SERVICE BRIEF: SIR-VMW-CVG-001, SIR-VMW-CVG-002, SIR-VMW-CVG-003
The Sirius VMware Virtualization Health Check Service examines the VMware vSphere infrastructure that supports an organization’s production environment. Sirius Professional Services experts validate technical consistency, examine the use of best practices, and identify areas where potential system degradation and bottlenecks can impact system health. The Sirius Virtualization Health Check Service identifies gaps in current practices and areas of concern. Sirius also provides remediation recommendations. These topics are discussed during follow-up workshops, and formalized recommendations are documented and presented at the conclusion of the engagement.
The Sirius Virtualization Health Check Service is designed to review and provide remediation advice for a VMware vSphere environment, including vCenter Server, vSphere Clusters, and individual ESXi hosts. There are three tiers of the VMware Health Check and the pricing of the offering is determined by these factors. Scope remains the same between the options, outside of examining the current replication settings.

VMware Data Collection – Tier 1
SIRIUS QUICK ORDER SERVICES FOR VMWARE LICENSE DATA COLLECTION
SERVICE BRIEF: SIR-SIR-CVG-201, SIR-SIR-CVG-202
This service assists the customer in collecting data associated with their VMware deployment for the purpose of internal verification or assist with a VMware compliance request. Often, VMware customers must respond to and comply with these requests in a timely manner at the request of the software manufacturer. Sometimes, VMware will make an initial request via the VMware account team prior to launching a more formal request. While the goal of this service to avoid a formal VMware audit, there is no guarantee that this service will avoid or replace a formal audit as the compliance request and subsequent action is at the sole discretion of VMware. However, acting in advance often reduces the impact of data collection to the client’s team and satisfies the data collection requirements of the process. This service also provides a repeat opportunity to analyze and appropriately size the VMware portfolio and provide client guidance around managing the licensing going forward.
Tier 1: Up to 6x vCenters
Tier 2: Greater than 6x vCenters
