CDW offers IT hardware, software and customized solutions from more than 1,000 trusted tech brands, from Apple to Zebra. Our in-house brand experts can help you select the right product or solution for your needs — and we won’t charge you a cent. View all CDW brand partners.

How much is shipping, and what shipping options are available?

Shipping costs can vary based on the weight of the product and how far it is being shipped from a CDW distribution center. You can view all shipping options and costs during the checkout process.

We offer a wide variety of shipping choices, including special offers, custom contracts and white glove deliveries. Carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, AIT Worldwide Logistics, UPS Freight, Veterans Messenger Service and Dynamex. If you live in the Chicago area, you can pick up your purchase at the CDW Will Call Center in Vernon Hills, IL. Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, CDW offers free shipping on print supplies through our Print Supplies Program, as well as discounts and automatic or prompted delivery. It’s free to enroll and available to all customers.

Getting My CDW Advantage

What is included with My CDW Advantage?

My CDW Advantage makes it easier and more cost effective to shop for hardware and software with a savings of 5% on CDW products and services.1 After you make any purchase totaling $500 or more, you'll get access to a dedicated account team2 who can offer answer product questions, arrange expert consultations on complex IT solutions and provide advice to help your organization reach its goals and plan for the future.

You'll get all this on top of great CDW account features such as quotes, bundles and easy billing and reporting. CDW account holders can also get discounts and free shipping on printing supplies, along with other great perks.

How do I get My CDW Advantage?

To start saving 5% on purchases with My CDW Advantage,1 you’ll need to create an account. Once you're signed in, you'll be able to see your discount reflected on products (look for the "Extranet Pricing" label).

To qualify for personalized IT advice from a dedicated account team,2 you'll need to make any online purchase totaling $500 or more. The $500 minimum applies to a single order and cannot be accumulated over multiple orders.

Within the same business day as your order, a CDW expert will call or email you to learn more about your organization and IT needs and begin the process of connecting you with a dedicated account team. An account team should reach out to you by phone or email within one business day. He or she will connect you with an account team that can answer any IT or product question you may have.

Can I get advice if I have not made a purchase or if I haven’t spent $500?

You can contact us any time for product advice and IT questions, even if you’ve never made a purchase. Just call 800.800.4239 to chat with an expert Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT., or email us any time.

Once you’ve made a purchase totalling $500 or more, you’ll have access to a dedicated account team that will get to know the needs of your organization and offer more tailored advice.2

What if I make a purchase or purchases totaling less than $500?

You can still contact us at any time with questions about products, your purchase or your organization’s IT needs. You will not become eligible for a dedicated account team until you make a single purchase that totals at least $500.2

What information will I get from my account team in my initial call or email?

In addition to answering any questions about your order, an account team on your team will introduce himself or herself and find out more about your company’s IT challenges. This information will help us better assist you with advice and product recommendations.

How long does My CDW Advantage discount last?

Does My CDW Advantage discount apply to products and services?

Yes, your 5% discount applies to products and services,1 whether you buy online or offline through your account team.

How can I view My CDW Advantage price while I shop?

When you are signed in to your account, you will see your discount reflected on product pages across the site as "My CDW Price."

Does CDW offer price guarantees or price matching?

You can rely on your dedicated account team for any product question or IT challenge, no matter how big or small. What kind of advice can I get with My CDW Advantage?

No question is too big or too small for your account team.
