CDW’s just-in-time inventory model and multiple distribution centers will ensure you have the products and solutions you need when you need them.
This site is customized with specific hardware and software products that have been approved by the Information Technology department for use at Mercer University. For more information on these products, contact the Mercer University IT Help Desk .
For any software that has been purchased, the Mercer IT Help Desk will be notified to complete your installation. You will not receive any physical media. To place an order via an account manager generated quote:
- Enter your quote number in ‘Find my Quote’ and click 'Find' to retrieve your quote
- Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to your quote
- Continue shopping or Click on ‘Checkout’ to finalize your order
- Enter your order number or PO number in ‘Find my Order’ and click 'Find' to retrieve your order
Begin Shopping
- Use the SEARCH bar at the top of the screen to look for products OR
- Click the category you wish to browse using the Left-Hand Menu
- Click on the item you wish to purchase
- Click on Continue Shopping or Checkout
Transfer a Cart
- Click on your Shopping Cart
- Click the 'Checkout' button
- Transfer Shopping Cart Page will appear
- If the Page does NOT auto-load, click the "Transfer Shopping Cart" button
Convert a Quote into an Order
- Use the Search Quote/Order field above the Menu to locate your Quote.
- Add your Quote to the Shopping Cart
- Click the 'Checkout' button
- Transfer Shopping Cart Page will appear
- If the Page does NOT auto-load, click the "Transfer Shopping Cart" button NOTE: Quotes cannot be altered.
Return to this Homepage
- While browsing, click on the HOME Hyperlink in the upper left hand side OR
- Click on the CDW•G Logo in the Upper Left-Hand Corner
