To place an order via an account manager generated quote:
  • Enter your quote number in ‘Search Quote/Order’ Field and click 'Find' to retrieve your quote
  • Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to your quote
  • Continue shopping or Click on 'Transfer Cart' to return to the e-procurement system

CDW Apple Returns Policy
Apple has a 14- day policy for product purchased directly through Apple, however their return policy for product purchased through Authorized Resellers such as CDW is as follows:
Only items that have been purchased directly from Apple, either online or at an Apple Retail Store, can be returned to Apple. Apple products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

All Apple orders must include the Apple DEP sku 3753578 on the order to ensure they get registered to your Apple School Manager. CDW customers are subject to CDW’s return policy when it comes to Apple product.

CDW’s Return Policy
Returns need to be reported within the CDW 30 day return window and returned within 10 days of the return approval being issued. Only exceptions are hardware returns tied to Apple/CDW errors, these returns need to be reported within 90 days of the invoice date to qualify for an exception. If the hardware is tied to AppleCare, a return needs to be entered for the AppleCare tied to the serial number on the hardware being requested to return.

*AppleCare has a strict 30 day return window, there are NO exceptions.*
