Upon placing your Medill laptop order, please email the Medill student's full name, their Northwestern email address, and their Northwestern Net ID (the Net ID begins with 3 letters) to angieandkelly@cdwg.com. Also, please fax a photo copy of your student ID (wild card) or your letter of acceptance to 847-465-5114.

Please note that because the T60p is configured specifically for Medill, these laptops are non-returnable. Should you have any hardware issues with your laptop, your order includes a Lenovo 3yr On-Site warranty plus TPP (accidental damage protection) where you simply call Lenovo technical support at 800-426-7378 for assistance.
