Replacement Process
•Simply call 1-866-544-7028 to file a claim, available 24/7/364.
•Upon determination of mechanical, hardware or sealed battery failure (laptop), your product will be replaced.
•Our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days from date you filed the claim regarding your replacement.
•A replacement will be made with either a product or a cash settlement.
•Once your product is replaced, the contract is fulfilled. You may purchase a new Replacement Plan on your replacement product if you desire.
Plan Details
•This plan provides a one-time replacement of your covered product.
•Accidental Damage from Handling covers damage consisting of unexpected and unintentional accidental mishaps such as drops, liquid spills and cracked screens. ADH coverage begins day one.
•Accidental Damage from Handling does not cover negligence or abuse of the product.
•This plan has a claims limitation up to the purchase price of the product. The total amount that we will pay to replace your product is the purchase price you paid for it at point of purchase. If we replace your product or offer a cash settlement for the purchase price of the product, the contract is fulfilled.
•This protection plan does not replace your manufacturer’s warranty but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty.
•Sealed batteries are batteries that cannot be removed from the device by the consumer whereas unsealed batteries are connected or plugged into the device externally.
•This plan must be purchased within 30 days of the product purchase and the product must be in good working condition at time of protection plan sale. The plan does not cover pre-existing conditions.
