Celestix Basic Support is a contract service that is designed for sale to end customers. This service provides customers with basic support that includes: advanced-exchange replacement of defective hardware with 24-hour RMA process; Celestix OS, patch updates; hardware limited warranty and all OS software and firmware updates and upgrades. Third-party software subscriptions are not included except for FV100-Safe@.
