Nice Projector, but may have issues
We bought 45+ of this model for our school district. They were professionally installed in classrooms late in November of 2017. Teachers like them and are using many of the features, wireless and otherwise. However, some drawbacks exist with the wireless connectivity. We have very robust WLAN, but the projectors will not handle full morion video across wireless gracefully. My biggest question about the projectors however has to do with the fact that 3 have already quit working. The units simply stop functioning. Epson has replaced a couple of them and I am about to call on the third one. Since they are ceiling mounted it is a bit of a hassle to switch them out. Also, Epson's RMA policy/process requires a credit card and anyone working in a school knows how hard that is to do for a simple hold.
Epson, in my estimation, has always produced quality products. Here's hoping this model is not the exception. I would not currently recommend this model until Epson shares more details regarding what is making them fail. I'll be happy ot come back and revise when/if more info on the problem comes back ot me.

Nice Features, but not very dependable
We purchased 43 of these projectors and had them installed by a professional AV installer. One failed right out of the box and 6 more have failed in 41/2 months. Some of the failures with less than 10 hours on them. Espon has replaced the failed units (with refurbed projectors) but has been very combative about helping us understand what is going wrong with them. All fail the same way. If we do achieve a solution and assurances that the rest aren't going to fill out of warranty I will be happy to return and amend this review.

Great resolution and brightness for medium sized conference rooms.
We just go these to replace our older Epson's at 800x600 resolution and the difference in brightness and resolution is amazing. We were in a meeting using the old one (sorry can't remember which model) and replaced it in the middle of the meeting and it was so much brighter and the tiny letters that were blurry became super sharp. The noise level is on par with other Epson's. Sometimes it can be distracting for people on the conference phone if it's placed too close to it. But for non-phone meetings, it's pretty quiet. This is a very very good projector.
