I bought an Envy Inspire 7900 series to do photos. It's really good for photos but slow for everything else. Whereas, the OfficeJet Pro scans and prints fast. It just won't print on photo paper any more.

Therefore, I must get excellent results from each and every printout. It's frustrating that even my mistakes, which are frequent, come out crisp and clean. HP ink is always dependable!

I would like to print some large pictures with it - Larger than 8 1/2 by 11".. But i don't know how to set it up.. I read some things.. But I do need to hire someone to come help me. This printer is fast - does everything I ask it for... It is EASY on ink ( so far) lol

But this item was in fact not compatible with my printer. Why would it be listed with the products for my printer. Now, I'm out of the cartridge I needed and have to take time out of my day to reorder or go to the store and buy one.

The process is clumsy. Even though my credit card info is stored in their system, I have to re-enter it almost every time I make a purchase. Most annoying is the difficulty getting a receipt. They don't include one with the order, and to go online it's difficult to find, then to print it out is difficult. I recommend they either include a receipt with the order and send a copy via e-mail.

The online ordering experience was awful, ship to bill to, quantity ordered all were moving targets during the order process. Finally had to get a rep on the phone to take the order and even that took 15 minutes. How about copying the Amazon model. One account with multiple ship tos and payment options and a list of previous orders to click on to repeat a given purchase. Better yet, when the ink is low, give me a one click option to bring up previous order and edit for current need. Sorry if this isn’t praiseworthy enough to be published, just hope somebody reads it who can address these issues.

Upon installing it into the printer, I received a message stating that it is incompatible with my printer. I reinstalled it several times, and received the same message each time. I called HP, gave them information they requested, and was told that the cartridge was defective.

When I was promoted by my computer that my printer was low on ink I followed the link to the hp website and it instantly showed me the proper ink cartridges. So easy!! They also sent a postage paid envelope for me to recycle my old ink cartridges. I was really impressed with that.

Today is May 18th 2020, it said delivery was 2-4 business days. I still have not received my ink and it says pending when I try to track it. I tried calling customer service but went through a never ending maze of questions and was disconnected. I JUST WANT MY INK THAT I PAID FOR OR AT LEAST TO HAVE A DATE OF IT"S ARRIVAL. ACTUALLY A REFUND WOULD BE BEST AT THIS POINT!

For a little more money, it can print 1,000 pages more than the 952XL, making the purchase worthwhile. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is HP ink has become extremely expensive and the printer I bought does not have the Instant Ink option (Model: OfficeJet Pro 7740).

We called a month ago because the printer is terrible. they ended up sending a new printer head and ink. worked great. ink done. bought an original hp ink on amazon. it doesn't work. call again a week ago. they said buy from HP. we did and it doesn't work. we just got off the phone with them. nothing they can do but sell us a printer. I am done with Hp and would like to return the ink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Just the Facts" I have used HP printer cartridges for many years and some other HP products which I found to be of excellent quality; however, the price for the cartridges seems to be somewhat excessive so to keep my business costs down I was forced to look for less costly but same quality alternatives which I did identify so I have been buying my printer cartridges from another manufacturer. However, HP seems to have something built into their MFC's that is now rejecting and blocking my ability to use the less costly compatible printer cartridges made by another company. I think that stunt somewhat rude and seems to be an attempt to stifle competition in the market and create a monopoly? That ploy has definitely soured my view of HP so that when I need to replace my HP office equipment that will be in the forefront of my mind.

I don't know what the performance of other cartridge manufacturers is, but my business depends on HP.

My printer will not take it because it's not part of the cartridge subscription service. I will avoid buying an HP printer in the future.

Also, since I started using the HP ink cartridges, there are a lot of printing mishaps that cause me to print a second time. Using more ink than needed. Absolute last time I buy any HP product.

When the time came to install the ink cartridge it would not work. So then I ordered from HP and it still won't accept the cartridge. I had to bring one of the older printers out of storage to use. I have been brand loyal to HP for over 12 years but this has me disappointed.

After a week and still not having my ink, I started to regret it. The ink is fine but shipping took forever. I ordered on 2/17 and finally got my order 10 days later. Since we all work from home right now, this was quite inconvenient.

I purchased all new HP cartridges. I still get a message on my machine telling me it is not compatible. For Real. Over $200 on a $50 printer and they are not compatible.

This time the price for the 956 xl black ink cartridge was a good price. so I purchased two cartridges. If they could keep the price down on these cartridges, I would purchase directly from them all the time.
