This includes phone, email and secure message access to Ipswitch MOVEit support staff, and 24/7 access to the MOVEit software, documentation and knowledgebase on the support site (registration required). MOVEit license with Extended Maintenance provides emergency 2-hour callback access to MOVEit support staff.
