Rated 2 out of 5 by from Malfunction My agency bought the Voyager Legend to go with our new desk phones about year ago. Loved the setting. It was light weight and their was no cords to hassle with. After about a month I would walk away from my office and come back after 5-10 minutes do to a meeting or something and their would be several missed calls. My wireless ear set never rang or beeped. I notified our IT Bureau of the issue and they replaced it with a new one (some type an style). Within another month the same thing happened to the new one. I made sure that their was no updates or anything that I needed to do (their was nothing). So, once again I notified my IT Bureau and they said they had no clue what the issue was. I asked several others that walk away from their desks if they was having the same issue and they was. Just to be clear I am still in range for my phone to pick up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good as it Gets I've tested several of these devices related to call center work and, in my opinion, this device is about as solid as they get. The USB device works perfectly with Skype for Business, coordinating the calls between my cell and Skype without issue. If I grab my phone and leave, the phone's bluetooth connection continues seamlessly. The battery is strong and can fully recharge in about 20 minutes, to provide another 6 hours of use. The sound quality is good. Streams music and podcasts equally well. Phone range is pretty good. The PC range is my only complaint, as you can only get 10 feet away from the PC or so before the call is dropped, while the native frequency of a Plantronics Savi unit, for example, provides probably 300 feet of range. If this could be addressed, it would truly be the perfect device. Also, it's much more comfortable than Savi devices. The Savi's presence is always noticeable, whereas it's very easy to forget this device is on your ear. Despite the range restrictions, it's my favorite device. .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from no volume on phone, lousy technical support I bought my unit about 2 years ago , and after one year it's stopped working on my phone ,the people can not hear me, I explained this to the technical support people and they suggested to buy a new one since my warranty expired, no one was able to tell me why on the PC the volume is fine ,but in the phone is lousy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good Features can work only if u know magic I got the Voyager Legend UK for work, the Enhanced Windsmart never works, people complain about the voice quality, i cannot keep my windows open during calls even if it is hot indoors. shame the support is also not of any use, they closed my case the same day i opened it. Case: 06324008 Subject: SensorQuestion / Description: hi, i was told that my headset has wind sensor inbuilt , however i have lots of complains about my voice quality . would need some help in sorting this out.You can also review our online knowledge base at any time to find solutions for many commonly asked questions.why would someone log a case if they can find the answer in the knolwdge base, fundamental understanding issue. use.. the device is in sitting on my shelf for more than 5 months.....
