The frame was warped and appeared to have some type of clip that may have come loose that allowed it to pull away form a small portion of the screen. It would not easily snap back into place and so I chose not to force it and risk damage.Surprised that only 2 choices were available for the screen resolution.Unit was "fuzzy" on startup and appeared fine after warm up. Just left with concerns so the product was returned. Did purchase another ACER unit as all else of this brand ever used has proven to be of high quality and fair price.

Rated 5 out of 5 bynestorgoot from High quality, awesome price.I was upgrading from old VGA monitors in a unique triple monitor setup to something more high def. So I purchased these Acer S220 monitors to book end a middle Acer T231H touchscreen. I was worried that it would be an obvious difference in clarity, but the pictures are incredibly crisp across all three monitors.I was also concerned because I am using a 3 monitor configuration using a Matrox Triple Head2Go device to spread a single desktop across all three monitors and this product sometimes has compatibility problems with certain monitors - but not with these monitors! All the Triple Head2Go features work perfectly and the quality is so great... the awesome price from CDW just makes it even more unbeatable.I also use to have a VGA switch to toggle one of my monitors between two cpu's (software developer), but now the monitor has an input selection feature that replaces the VGA switch and allows me to toggle betweewn the VGA port and the DVI port.Great job CDW on price and speedy service... ordered on Friday at 3am and was shipped out that afternoon and received the following Monday.Very pleased overall with product and CDW.

After being brand loyal for their low end monitors I was ecstatic when I saw this LED version arrive. It also features full 1080p resolution to boot. The general move to LED backlights provide great benefits such as more slim bezel and casing, lower power (which means less heat generation), and much higher and more even brightness. The first cheap LED monitor I purchased was priced at $180, so at ~$120 these are a steal!

These monitors are very budget friendly, take minutes to setup and we have had no issues out of any of them. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a "best bang for your buck" monitor.
