You can scale-up by extending the archive into the cloud for off-site, long term, cost-effective storage. Setting policies in "Mirror" mode replicates all data to the cloud for backup and disaster recovery purposes. Setting the policy to "Rotate" mode allows the appliance to scale-up and use the cloud as a secondary tier of storage.
Cloud Storage allows you to rotate or mirror data from the Barracuda Message Archiver to Barracuda Cloud. Once you link your Barracuda Message Archiver to a Barracuda Cloud Control account, you can mirror all the existing mail and then search, export, or forward that mail from both the Barracuda Message Archiver web interface and from Barracuda Cloud Control. Define Cloud Storage on the ADVANCED > Cloud Configuration page in the web interface.
