Customer can schedule the Micro Consulting Engagement Service by providing written notice (email) to Provider stating the Provider™s preferred training date (which must be at least (2) two business days from the date of notice and the specific elements to be covered Provider will make every effort to schedule Customer engagements within five (5) business days of Customer request.
