Very annoying and a waste of paper. I wish someone could help get rid of this !

The colors are true and look great! The unit scans well and copies well, too. It is perfect for the home. My wife is the primary user and she prints an occasional picture of quilts and quilt instructions. I highly recommend it for any purpose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just a month and having issues Just past 1 month since I bought the laser printer and I'm having problems/issues with the black toner cartridge. After cleaning the corona wires and drum unit, I am still experiencing the vertical black streaks, blot inks and scattered ink stains. I have called the technical support and have told me that they'll send a replacement toner cartridge. We'll wait and see; hoping that will fix the problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dependable After having to throw away another Brother color laser printer, I was skeptical about buying a replacement. Within a couple of weeks, the new MFC-L3750CDW failed. Brother took care of it quickly and the failed unit was ship out of here. For the last two months it has been dependable. And the professional quality of the print is great.

Following the instructions was easy, until we had all the steps completed and the printer gave us and error. "Cartridge Error" check color and position of toner cartridges. All the drums and cartridges were installed correctly but the error persisted. Brand new with factory cartridges and we cant print a thing. The faq is no help.

I still can't use the scanner. There is no icon listed in the pc. If I use the scan feature from the printer, and send it to pc, nothing.

It has worked well, is quiet in its operation, and was fairly easy to hook up. My only complaint, as it is with every printer, is that the replacement cartridges cost as much as the printer. So buyer beware; you'll pay a reasonable price for the machine and an unreasonable amount when you have to replace cartridges.

This printers cost and cost of operation, quality of performance, ease of use, easily works with Mac ETC is exceptional on all scores. I'm a contractor and the paperwork is a nightmare, this makes it so easy. No brainer, quit thinking about it just get one.

Easy to install, on the front of the printer it has the number for the replacement toners. So no more hunting for what toner cartridge you need. Compact design, so it doesnot take up alot of space for all that it can do. Will buy again.

We trust the brother products as we have purchased an inkjet multifunction product in the past, and also a label maker. Both products exceeded our expectations for performance and reliability, but it was time to upgrade. We love the wireless feature of this laser printer that works seamlessly with all products including Windows 10 applications, iphones, and ipads. Very happy with the performance so far. We have not needed to order toner and are studying to see how long they will last under our normal useage. Have recommended these products to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

This is the most expensive printer/copy/fax/scan machine I have ever owned and I don't regret spending the money at all. Very quiet, speed is excellent for home office or small business use. Very good value.

Setup hit or miss I'd love to give this All in One Color Laser printer a higher score, but having to have installed this printer on various platforms on different brands of computers, I've come across too many inconsistent setup issues. Wireless printing is so important nowadays and setting this printer up on a wireless network can be hit or miss. I've installed on Windows 10, Mac OS, and chromebooks. Sometimes the setup process goes perfect, computers and OS recognize the Brother without any problems. Some installations on the same OS become a more tech challenging event. OS doesn't recognize the printer, you have to manually enter IP addresses, you have to shutdown machines, reboot routers, reinstall driver software multiple times just to get it recognized. To me, that's a big factor when it comes to ease of installation of devices. I feel bad for a consumer who might come across these difficulties and struggle just to get connected to the printer.

Wireless connection was seamless, hook up and setup was less than 10 min, and after doing my research on what the features of the printer were and how it measured up to others, it has lived up to all the expectations. Would definitely recommend this as a home office printer.

Colors can be adjusted and if I want professional quality pictures then I have them printed via professional print services. I am very happy. I sold my old Brother laser and trashed my HP inkjet printers for this to combine to Laser, color all in one. Thanks again Brother for a great home printer.

Including unwrapping, downloaded/installed software, connected to personal WiFi, tested printing and scanning on windows computer and multiple mobile apple devices. This is about the 10th printer I’ve purchased in my lifetime (and first Brother and this was hands down the easiest one to install and use. Bottom line: I highly recommend!!!

I first printed something three times (one page as I didn’t hear printer (set up in hallway). Don’t have landline anymore so no idea about the fax. Solidly made, much nicer than a clunky ink jet printer

We inadvertently triggered the two-sided printing function, and it does not work well. It turns the print all smudgy and those smudges persist on one-sided copying for a while. So stick with single-sided printing.

Have had in use for about 5 months and tech support was unable to help me to remove the LARGE black spots from my prints! I am not on hold waiting for tech support again (and have been on hold for 33 minutes so far and do not have high hopes they will be able to help me. Very disappointing product

The print from mobile app is awesome, it wakes up the printer remotely, prints the job, then goes back to sleep shortly after, great feature!

Our computers constantly had to keep re-adding the printer and the black ink went out after less than 100 pages. We replaced the black toner from Office Depot and after three days of using every print was faded to the point you could hardly see it. No matter what we tried, it was like that. Then, even though we set to print as B&W and not color our color toners kept rapidly decreasing in ink. We have replaced this with another brand and are really happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Much more than I anticipated in the MFC. Very easy to use and separate screen and numbers are a great improvement. I have one small issue. The right hinge that supports the cover is not securely attached to the body of the MFC. I must be careful when lifting the cover due to the hinge not being secure and the cover tends to raise easily. Is there an easy solution for this matter? I did not return the MFC when it was unpacked due to not being able to run my office without the unit.

I love the beautiful printing of the L3750CDW, especially color printing. It was easy to do the set up and WiFi connection from computer and smartphone. It's quiet and prints fast.

Continuously says it's offline, until I restart it. Then, I can print. It prints fast and beautifully. I really do love it, except for that one issue.

Unlike all the unreliable HP printers I have had in the past, I would recommend Brother to all the unsatisfied HP printer owners. HP in no way shape or form even come close to the satisfaction I'm experiencing with my BROTHER . Thank you.

I liked the smaller footprint compared to my old printer, it fits in an area that I couldn't fit anything but a monochrome printer. The printing is fast and good, both black & white and color. I'm not using it for pictures so I can't offer an opinion. The scanning is very good and very quick compared to my monochrome printers. Here's hoping it lasts 15 years like my old one.

Love my new copier, scanner, fax, printer, it's a tad bit slow when it prints double-sided, but that's okay and it does not Scan automatically double-sided pages but that's okay too. It certainly prints them well and I'm very happy with the settings that are available and the touchscreen is wonderful.

Since I'm not in a hurry it's no big deal to me. If I were working in a fast paced office environment, I might consider something else.

" Received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion"This printer does really prints color pictures and graphics clearly and very fast. The machine based on its size is so quiet you can barely hear it. As I just started my business it has been great to print all my brochures and contracts for my clients.The high capacity paper cartridge is great as I can run the printer for long period of times without having to refill the paper. That it can be setup to print via wifi, hard cable or through a print server. That I can connect via phone, pad and cell phone.The user guide or manual is well documented that helped me a lot in setting it up. It walked you through how to install the cartridges, how to put paper in the machine. How to setup the fax line, printer cable and network cable it auto detects if you are going to use a hard cable wire or wifi it will disable the network cable.It is very easy to assemble put it up but the only issue was with the software it took several attempt to sync up the wifi printing and after I turned off my laptop the printer was no longer visible.The initial setup worked well, installing the ink cartridges was easier because of the instructions were very clear. I believe other than the software setup the physical setup was easier than most other printers.I would say that the performance of this printer exceeds my expectation. The print quality was amazing and the speed of printing is fast. The machine was stylish, I like the size of it had good weight this tells me it was built with quality as I would expect from a Brother printer.I think the improvements that I can think of is to make sure that the software in the box is properly tested when it comes to wifi printing.Cell phone or pad printing works well too, very easy and very convenient . This also allow you to do printing to do WIFI and hard network connect as well.Overall this is one great Brother printer is built to last, it has a sleek design, it is fast and prints vivid colors. Easy to setup and configure. Has a high capacity paper tray and can print up to 1000 sheets before having to replace the toner. Very happy to use and have such a great machine.

This printer was easy to unpack and get set up and the directions were very simple. Packaging was quickly removed from each ink cartridge and they were put back into place with no problem at all. Connecting to the internet was a breeze and it`s wireless functionality was something I was very impressed with. All of our phones and tablets were connected within minutes too. After it was ready, I printed some things from my phone. It`s very fast and such great quality! I tried different settings and photo paper and each one turned out perfect. I was quite impressed with how much paper it holds. I`ll spend less time running out of paper and refilling it compared to our previous all in one printer. Overall, I am very happy with the size, quality and speed of this Brother MFC-L3750CDW Compact Digital Color All-in-One Printer. It more than met the expectations that I had for this type of printer.

Upon opening the box I was overwhelmed at the size of the printer, but now that i have set it up and connected all my devices to it I am very impressed. The printer is not loud, the size is still a little overwhelming but I`m getting use to it being in the space. The color prints are very vivid and clear, the black and white prints are amazing also, no lines or sweat Mark`s which is very good.

I am putting together a home office and this printer is everything I need! I am in Marketing so I often need to print large quantities of color flyers and these print just as good as if I had them printed at a professional print center. The colors are vibrant and the text is extremely clear. In working remotely, I often need to scan documents and send them to my coworkers and the scan functionality on this is very quick and scans a clear document in seconds. I really enjoy the digital touch screen as it not only makes the printer look better, it is very easy to use in our touch screen friendly world. Other printers I have used in the past have repeatedly gotten paper jammed in all different crevices which is always such a pain. With this printer, I have only encountered 1 paper jam and the panels open easily to remove the jam and continue printing. I give the functionality of this printer a definite A! The setup of printers is always something that I dread because inevitably it always seems more complicated than it actually is. I must say, the setup was easy! I simply plugged in the power cord and synced it with my laptop in under 5 minutes. If you do have any trouble, the quick setup guide is extremely user friendly, complete with pictures, and will walk you through every step in the event of a connection issue. You should have no problem setting this up on your own!The only real issues I have with the printer are that it is pretty heavy and clunky. If I had to change anything, I would say to make it smaller and lighter if possible. I have a small condo and this takes up a decent amount of space but for the features that I`m getting, I still think it`s well worth it. I would definitely recommend!

I have always had inkjet printers so that`s where my experience with printers lies. I was excited to try this digital laser printer and I can say that I was not the least bit disappointed. This is an all-in-one device meaning that it can print, scan, fax, and copy. In my usual printer activities I use all of those except for the fax so I will not discuss the fax function. Set-up for this printer is a breeze. It is much bigger than what I`ve ever used before, even other all-in-ones. I would say it`s easily twice the size and weight of the largest printer I`ve owned. It will need some space for operation and someone able to lift fifty or so pounds. Once I got it on its home on a table, turning it on and connecting it to my computers took almost no time. Yes, I said computers. I use this printer with more than one computer and there have been no problems sharing this printer over wifi. All of my use of this printer has been using wifi. This is probably my favorite thing about this printer. The fact that I can be sitting in the other room with my laptop and send a document and have it print without a hiccup.I have scanned multiple documents and there are a multitude of options available that should give anyone what they need. The only issue I`ve found is that I could not find a way to choose which computer to send the scans to. It is initially set up to send to the first computer I set up as a default. It does give the option to send scans to USB drives or a cloud service so there are ways to work around it. The scans themselves have been high qualityI have not been able to discern much difference in a copied document from the original. Copying is quick and high quality.Printing has met or exceeded every expectation I`ve had. Overall printing is quick and relatively quiet. The colors have been vibrant and consistent and the formatting has been exactly as I`ve laid out. I was hoping with the accuracy this printer has exhibited, that it would be able to print back-to-back so that the two sides line up exactly with no offset. Home or small office printers struggle with this and this printer is no exception although it seems to be more accurate than most. Double sided printing is automatic and as quick as normal printing.There is only one paper tray plus a manual feed tray. The manual feed tray can be set up so that the paper feeds directly through printer without bending. This can be really useful as there is noticeable bending in the paper, especially for thicker paper. The direct feed path also makes the printer take up more table space, though. I have been able to use heavy card stock (110lb in the paper tray but the paper will bend and stay bent after printing.It`s hard to know in such a short time how long the toner lasts but there are indications that it may be less than I would hope for. After a couple weeks of relatively heavy usage the toner levels all show to be less than 2/3 full after printing approximately 300 pages of the estimated 1,000 pages from the starter toner drums. A couple of the drums show to be nearly half empty already.Overall, I would say I`m extremely happy with this product. It delivers high quality end products and also seems to be fairly sturdy. I expect this printer to continue to impress for many more years to come.

I have been using the Brother Color all in one, printer, fax, scanner for approximately two weeks now. The set up process was super simple. I didn`t even have to read the directions for set up, it was self explanatory if you`ve ever worked in offices using similar copy machines.The Brother printer connected automatically to my WiFi. I did not have any problems trying to connect. This printer printed effortlessly from several wireless devices in our home. The finished products were very crisp and clear. I printed several color photographs and the color was very vivid. The fax portion on the machine worked effortlessly. I had to fax several pages and they went through on the first try without having to send them again. The automatic feed worked amazing. It did not jam at all while using the feed.I love the fact that this printer uses toner instead of ink cartridges. I have found the copies come out more clearly when using toner cartridges.I would definitely recommend this printer for home or small business use. It is well worth the money and seems to be a sound investment with little to no problem areas that I have come across in the two weeks I`ve had it. Five Stars!

"I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion."I have been using this printer now for about two weeks and it is indeed a great printer. When I received the printer, I was a bit worried about it`s size, because it`s described as a compact printer for home and small offices. I have an office space that doubles as a guestroom and as luck would have it, when the printer came, I had guests. At a glance I thought it was too big because I wanted something a little more compact and when I saw it, my first impression was it`s going to make a lot of noise when it`s printing and disrupt my guests; however, it`s the quietest printer I`ve ever encountered. If you are not standing right next to it when it is printing, you will never know it`s in use.Setting up and using the printerFirst of all, if you have a small space that you call an office, this is not the printer for you, but if you have the space to accommodate it, it is worth the buy. Upon receiving the printer, it was easy to set up and begin using. After removing it from the box, it took less than 15 minutes to get it up and running. The moment I had it up and removed all the plastic and paper from it, I entered my wireless password and printed directly from my phone, no hassle. I sell products online and had a few labels to print and I was able to do that without installing the printer to my computer. I also tried the send to email option, where I used the email that is assigned to the printer and print a document directly from my email. If you have ever printed at Staples, it is the same concept but without all the hassle. You simply type the email into the to section and hit send and within seconds, your document is printed. I`ve also used this printer to print photos and I must say, the quality print that I got on my pictures are comparable to professional prints. I absolutely love how my pictures come out. The one thing I don`t like about this printer is where printing pictures are concerned, I have to use letter size photo paper to print on because it doesn`t have a photo tray, but considering that it`s more for office purpose, I understand. It`s also a lot simpler to remove a paper jam with this printer than with smaller home printers. I truly love this printer and I have bragged to my husband and friends about how much I love it. It has made my job so much easier and allows my business to operate more smoothly.

Great printer with quick and quiet printing. As a mac user, it was not difficult to set up and get running, which I have found with other printers. I found the physical size to be a bit bulkier and it is pretty heavy to get out and place. Although I have not yet run through all the ink and needed to replace, I do like the quality of the print that is produced. The speed of the black and white print is truly the biggest plus in my books!

What I love most about this machine is that it can do up to 50 sheets of document through its automatic feeder which enables multi-page copying and scanning. Although it can also do the same for faxing, I was not able to test that part because I only did couple pages at a time, but I assume it would work just as good.It also has fast printing speed of up to 25 pages per minute, but if course that depends on what kind of print jobs you`re doing.It can accommodate variety of paper types and sizes including card stock, envelopes, photo paper, etc. I also like that it can hold up to 250 sheets of printer paper so I don`t have to keep refilling it.It is cloud ready. Easy to set up. Userfriendly. Not as noisy when printing compared to other printers.The ink is expensive but maybe it is something I can justify with all other good functions and features.

It sets up easily on computers. We had to download the app on our phones (the printer will not directly link to your phone without the app, but it works well. Overall everyone in the office is in love with this laser printer and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

I had owned an "all-in-one" printer several years ago and thought I knew what to expect of the Brother MFC-L3750CDW all-in-one, but boy was I wrong! This machine is great for home use or home office use and, in fact, offers more features than the dedicated printer I use daily at my job. Even though the machine was heavier than I expected, it was easy to set up right out of the box thanks to the foldout quick instructions it came with. If I had encountered any difficulty with the set up, I could have watched a set up video provided by Brother, but I had no problem following the written instructions. The first thing I did was to print from my Android phone, which was practically effortless once I had installed the Brother iPrint&Scan app from Google Play. I then installed the printer on my Windows 10 laptop so I could print wirelessly from my laptop. While I have been pleased with the easy-to-use advanced features of the machine and the quality of the color copies, scans and printing, I have had issues with the printer not remaining connected to my WiFi network. After talking to Brother support, it is possible that my wireless network is causing the disconnections. All this means is that I have to periodically reconnect the printer to the WiFi on the printer`s touchscreen, which is a minor inconvenience. This is the first printer I have had that allows me to print from my smartphone and I really value this capability!

I love that its easy to navigate the printer i mean anybody can use this printer. ive had a hard time connectting or syncing with the wifi but i figured it out eventually. this is better than what we have in the office. much bigger, and convenient, can fax, scan, and PRINT. i would definitely recommend it perfect for small office or even big office

Took a couple of hours to get it to work with my computers, but has been working great since. Color is surprisingly good, at least as good as my inkjet was. Did have one issue with it not shutting down, had to unplug it, but haven't had that problem since. Don't know how well it would hold up in an office environment, as I am using it in my home, but don't see why it wouldn't perform just fine.

I have been using my Brother Digital all in one color printer for the last few weeks. It is very easy to use and works very quickly. I have made over a thousand copies using both black and white and color and have not needed to replace the cartridge yet. The printer makes minimal noise and is nice and compact requiring not a lot of space. The work that it puts out is great and of the highest quality. I would definetly buy this printer it works wonderfully.

I have already replaced all of the toner cartridges TWICE! This printer came with four regular capacity toner cartridges. I changed them all with high yield cartridges when the machine said they were empty. The "High Yield" toner cartridge is labeled "Yields up to 2300 pages". Now, I've replaced all of the high yield cartridges AGAIN. I don't think I'll be buying another Brother printer.

I work in prints quite literally all the time and it will be my full time job once I graduate. This printer is not necessarily budget friendly for a college student but it seemed good at first for me to try and investing in. The first printer that came to me had issues printing colors smoothly and with saturation. There were horizontal strokes of patchiness so I contacted Brother regarding this issue. They determined it wasn't my toners so they sent me a replacement printer at no extra cost to me which was excepted. The same issues occurred. I don't blame the customer service—they were great. My issues was with the performance of this printer. How can I receive two disappointing printers that don't work any better than my crummy HP inkjet printer that barely has ink? It was my fault for not contacting Brother sooner within my 30 day warranty they gave me, but I cannot express how much I'm deterred from buying Brother printers here on out due to this experience. Also, if you print directly from any Adobe program, the printer doesn't read any of my typography as vectors and prints it horribly. You have to save it as a PDF and then print it, if you're wondering. It's a black and white printer for general use now at my house despite all my attempts to change print settings and triple check the printer settings. You're better off getting a different printer or going to HP. Brother print app also need serious help it is not user-friendly and will benefit from making it a smoother experience. (EDIT: I've tried uploading this review multiple times turning off my adblocker and it's prevented me from doing so. I'm hoping this posts so people can understand that this printer may not be for them.

I bought it because it did duplex printing which it does easily. The color is good, not really photo quality, but that's just because it's a laser. It does regular size envelopes, but not small ones. It copies stand-alone and prints from a computer or iPhone. The first black toner only printed 569 copies, but the color toners were still 1/2 full.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Printer Died Just After 2 Years of Ownership I purchased this printer in September 2019 and it's been barely used. After I finished scanning about 8 pages, I was about to make some prints. Then I opened the paper tray, added some papers and pushed the tray back in and all of a suddenly the printer just went dead. I tried to reboot it but to no avail. I searched online all day and found that most likely the Power Supply Unit is burned out. I find it hard to believe that a PSU would burn out on a 2 year old machine that is barely used. However, I still like this machine for its ease of use and printing quality. I hope it won't be too expensive to get it fixed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No repair centre - paper misaligned I don't think I will buy another brother printer, even though I've generally been happy in the past! I bought this printer in July 2019. As of spring 2020 it became almost useless - because every print comes out misaligned. Due to COVID, after trying online trouble-shooting steps, I just endured crooked printouts for a year, then in Feb. 2021 I tried to go through support to get it repaired, only to find out that Brother doesn't have repair centres. They asked me my operating system, to go through a cleaning step, and give them the serial number on my toners, and send maintenance reports. None of these has anything to do with paper getting misaligned (prints were still coming out just fine, so cleaning and maintenance reports are also going to report everything fine - not to mention the problem occurred when using the photocopy feature so OS was not needed). The corner of every page "dog ears" when it comes out of the tray, but doesn't if I put it in manual feed (but manual feed doesn't result in straight printing due to the difficulty of putting the paper in perfectly). I am really disappointed that this otherwise great printer is useless and unable to be repaired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So disappointed. I previously owned a Brother Laser printed and it worked for years with no issues, so when it was time to buy a new printer, I went with Brother again. So so disappointed. I've owned this printer for a year now, and since that time, have had 2 issues with toner. 1) dirty printing, which was resolved by Brother sending me a new toner cartridge. Ok, they looked after the problem, great. One time issue. Runs well for a while. After the 3rd black toner catridge was switched out, it felt odd that it went empty so quickly. I decided to switch the toner catridge back to the old one to make sure it's empty. Turns out, it wasn't, and worked fine, but the printer would only work after switching it with a new toner cartridge. Report now shows the toner as full (which it probably isn't). June 24/21: Contact Brother Support to find out, what's going on. June 25/21: Rep#1: please do this to print out a report and send it to us. June 26/21: done. June 28/21: Rep#2: do this to reset the toner. July 1/21: done, but the toner's still showing full. So why isn't the toner monitor working correctly, and why did it say the toner was previously empty when it wasn't. July 2/21: Rep#3: please send us the model numbers and serial numbers of each toner that you are currently using? July 6/21: Rep#4: Do this to reset the toner (which was already done June 28). July 11: Reply - this time, the reset isn't working, but here's the original report and an updated report. It still shows the toner cartridge as full, so not detecting the toner correctly. July 11: Rep#5: Thank you for the reports. Based on them, your printer seems to be working fine. No issues. July 11: The issue is that the printer told me that the toner catridge was empty when it wasn't. The main cost of operating the printer is the toner, and if it's saying it's empty when it's not, that's a problem. What's going on? To date, no reply. They've not provided a reason as to why a toner catridge would be reported empty and the printer n

Took everything out, cleaned the contacts, replaced everything carefully with no improvement. Customer support says I have to get it serviced even though it's only 9 months old. Used to love Brother MFCs but this is the second one I've had develop a fatal error in the last 18 months.

This new model has met my expectations except I am disappointed that a "printed" User's Guide is not offered.

Really was a great machine until in would no longer identify new toners. Replaced all the toners and drums with brother's parts and still no luck. While its still under warranty I'm not sure its worth the hassle and down time to warranty it. Going to give brother one more shot since we have all the toners in stock.

Scanning is lightening quick, time to first page is very quick, and it has a ton of helpful features. I've been using HP printers for years but am switching over to Brother because I think they are a better value, do everything I need them to do, and don't cost as much to maintain.

Still have it, still works just fine but we needed a color one so we went with Brother again. I am so happy with this one. It's very quiet, scanning really fast, prints fast. Cartridges last for ever. Overall just a great machine.

I was skeptical going to a smaller unit, but space was calling its name. It does everything my 9750 did but in a much smaller package. Great job, Brother!

I have bought there all in one printers for both my self and my wife who was not a technical person. I seldom had any print problems and my wife did but were easy to solve. I have worked in student computer labs which printed over 100,000 pages in a month on other brands. Personally I chose brother for ease of ink or toner replacement and brother proved among the easiest overall other brands

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our first Color Lazer and we are thrilled This has it all. Everything worked perfectly out of the box. Quick setup for my wife and she has not asked anything of me yet. Great color quality and sharpness. Fax sends & receives just fine. We have had this for a month now and no issues. This unit is heavy, so take note of that. The large paper capacity reduces the need for refill. The ink cartridges seem to be lasting as they still show almost full. We made this purchase as some other products make you buy all the inks when you may only need one or two. The app on my phone installed easily and my laptop software installed quickly and effortlessly. I have scanned to my pc without reading the instructions so I can confidently say this is intuitive. My wife is using all the features and has no complaints.

Different operating software appear to be in conflict with each other. It is very slow to start printing and then gets faster. It is very awkward to print checks. I have tried several way to turn off the printing on both sides and have yet to make it work permanently. The other day I had to print a 38 pages document one page at a time. I spend way too much time working on this printer to operate which is not what a printer should be about.

The scanner works very well, and all Windows features work well. For Apple: AirPrint worked for a while out of the box, then stopped - I can't get it working again.

It prints a page with the following characters almost every time you turn a windows 11 computer on that is connected via usb cable. The following gets printed and wastes paper " Get /eSCL//scabber/status HTTP/1.1 then on next line Host: localhost" This is very annoying. And brother needs to work with microsoft to eliminate this ridiculous waste of paper.

After being leery of laser printing from the olden days when color laser printing was either poor quality or absurdly expensive, I was very pleasantly surprised with this product. I have been printing at a moderate load level since I purchased it and have experienced no problems, a significant improvement on my previous experiences with inkjet printers. The customer service resources are also superior to my experiences with my prior printers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy compact printer I love the Brother line of printers - used the MFC 6710 for YEARS AND YEARS.....I miss it only because I as able to print the larger drawings of 11 x 17 Ledger - too bad that Brother didn't make this one capable of doing the same.....I do like this MFC-L3750CDW - its clean, quiet, easy to maintain, great print quality...the largest I can print is the legal 8 1/2 x 14.....I do recommend this little printer...it does have a smaller footprint, so does not take up so much desk space...but good Lord!! It's heavy for it small size :)

Easy and intuitive to use, great printing, efficient scanning and auto feed, and nice to look at to boot! This was an upgrade for me from a Brother B & W, and I am very pleased I made the move! Told to Call Brother. Brother sent a re furbished Printer. Not sure why a new printer a month old needed to be replaced with a second hand one but they did. The replacement refurbished printer lasted a week. Then had to do it again. Still do not have the new refurbished printer and using the new old one with the bad LED screen. Very Very disappointed with Brother this time and i bought this printer because of my past good experiences with the older modal i had.

The new model is much lighter, has updated features, is more compact, and was easier to set up. The control panel is much easier to navigate, and the cycle from print request to finished product is under 30 seconds (vs a few minutes for the older MFC-9840-CDW). In fairness though, we are still in the ‘honeymoon’ period with the MFC-L3750CDW. We only use it infrequentl at this point, and the printer would be more active in late spring, so a product review would be more meaningful or appropriate after 6 months or so. I print at least seven crosswords per day that are heavy black ink users. I am still using the cartridges that came with the printer. Beats an ink-jet printer by a country mile.

We had one say it was empty when it wasn’t, but because of the chip in it, we weren’t able to bypass the printer and had to recycle a partially filled cartridge. Then when I replaced the cartridge, that one also wouldn’t register. Fortunately brother replaced it. We’ll see over time how it goes.

Contacted support who said that I needed to purchase brother toner (which costs the same as the printer) in order to validate that it’s not a 3rd party toner issue. Did that. Was told it was covered. Support found a loop hole because even though it was purchased brand new, it wasn’t purchased from one of the “officially supported Brother suppliers.” Highly recommend avoiding Brother and this model based on my headache and hassle and Brother’s refusal to cover a faulty product that is actually covered within the given warranty period.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brother Printer When it works, it is a decent machine, but the machine has had at least 2 instances where it opted not to scan or print as requested. Very frustrating. There does not appear to be any reason for the 're-setting' but for a busy office, this would not work. Even Brother has not been able to explain, or correct, the problems. The machine simply works, or doesn't. The envelope printer will only do one at a time, which is a bit labour intense. The double sided scanning and copying is a nice feature but again, to use it is quite labour intense as it doesn't automatically do it from the ADF, you have to lay each page on the glass and then turn over. This was one of the reasons I purchased this particular model. But when it works as intended, it is a nice little office machine for a decent price.
