Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Monitor Came pre-calibrated with the calibration paperwork from the factory. Colors really pop, blacks are very black and the brightness is great. Accessing the ODS is easy, despite there being no joystick. The buttons are on the bottom right and are nice and big. Overall, I highly recommend this monitor.

For somethings it's actually too big, but a monitor manager let's me carve it up into virtual screens when I don't need a single giant screen. But when I do, it's been great. I'll be using a lot more over the next few months but initial impression is good. It does have kind of a lot of backlight bleed, but not enough to bother me in this setting. Usable with the desktop stand at about arms length and can use in full 4k at 100% scaling. The other thing to mention is it is really bright when all white background, so you may need to turn brightness down or use a screen dimmer app. Using for CAD/CAM and office applications, not gaming.

Very glad I did, there isn't anything wrong with the 34" (I use one at work) but the Quad HD at home is awesome. Has a great picture and the controls are easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bigger is better when it comes to screen size. Up-Sized from a 23" to this 32". Was fearful that I would not be comfortable with the larger screen. Wrong! Ended up loving it. Will not be returning to the small screen ever again, at least not in a (desk-top). I was not blown away with the picture sharpness, etc. But having a larger screenshot of things like email, music library, Office, and everything in general has made a huge difference. Did not realize hoe much of a typical screenshot was cropped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very satisfied I upgraded from P2715Q and am absolutely satisfied. Bigger size, Less bezel, Better color+HDR and more space. I used to use 150% windows text for 27 inch, but 125% is good enough for this monitor. The screen is big enough to display both my pc and usb-c connected laptop in Picture-In-Picture mode. 4 USB 3.0 are also convenient to charge my cell and wireless devices. It is less than 15lb, so you can use a monitor arm as well. Dell provides 3 cables (usb-c, dp-dp, usb 3.0 upstream), all 6ft.

I love the sharp text and general clarity of my Dell laptop 15 inch screen at 1920 x 1080. This monitor gives me that same great sharpness and clarity times 4. It works much better than a dual monitor arrangement since I can divide the screen space any way I want to. No dead pixels. No bright corners or edges. I would recommend this monitor without hesitation.

This monitor has the same great quality I've come to expect from Dell (this is the third Dell monitor I've bought over the span of 15 years) along with some great new features. The 4K resolution is stunning and pairs beautifully with my retina MacBook Pro. Being able to connect a single USB-C cable to my laptop for power, video, and USB is a game-changer! No more fiddling with multiple cables when I want to take my laptop somewhere else. This is the largest single display I've owned (previously I had a 24" and 27" side by side) and I was not sure how I'd like the size but it's pretty easy to get used to and I really appreciate the screen real estate. I had to switch some habits around, like instead of using apps fullscreen I now tile multiple apps across, but the changes were easy and having so many things visible at once is really great. If you've got the budget for this kind of display you will absolutely appreciate all the things it does!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RTINGS is wrong - there is no flicker I hesitantly pulled the trigger on a *PAIR* of these for my media production workstation. I wanted 4k but didn't think a 27" display was going to be large enough to run at the native resolution with no scaling (which I was correct in assuming). The 27" 4k monitor from Dell is reviewed VERY well on multiple sites but since the 32 was so new, there wasn't much around other than the RTINGS review which absolutely savaged this display for it's flicker. I must have read and re-read that review debating on this display until I found someone else who posted that contrary to the review they also pulled the trigger and said the display was wonderful. I am happy to report that this is the case and there is no visible flicker with this display. It is absolutely incredible and working in full 4k with no scaling has completely spoiled me with the amount of screen real estate. If you are hesitating because of the RTINGS review, I would suggest pulling the trigger as well. This is far and away the best looking 32" display I have seen (design wise and visually). The display manager makes easy work of making this 4 x FullHD displays. The ComfortView is very easy on the eyes (nearly immediate visual adjustment) and is a couple clicks away if you need to go back and forth for reference. I find I run this display almost always in ComfortView with the exception of final renders. The other concern I had before purchasing was how much space was BELOW the monitor at full height (I was trying to place a studio monitor/speaker below it). I couldn't find anything about the actual height measurement. At full extension, there is 8 inches below the monitor. The only thing I needed to change was the length of the cables and picked up some 10 footers for my particular install and there are no issues. The only "gripe" if anything, is the placement of the usb ports on the side. This has been where Dell puts ports for well over 10 years. When you have dual displays, you immediately cover up the right monitor's ports so you are stuck using the left only. This can limit you cabling options if you like keeping your desk clean. I think a simple solution would be to move them to the top of the display.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dell Ultrasharp 32 4K USB-C Monitor Don't see any difference between this 4k Dell monitor and a regular one from anyone else that costs a fraction of the price. Completely overrated and overpriced. I use dual monitors and my other is a 32" Samsung I picked up for approx $200. When viewing things side-by-side between the two monitors, there's no difference at all - at least not enough to substantiate the price anyway....

I spend most of my time reading articles and watching Youtube videos, Hulu and Pluto TV. A little gaming but at 1440p. Wonderful display. No buyers remorse at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ryzen 3000 Issue Great Monitor: However Asus Crosshair VII Hero with a 2700X no issues. Upgraded to Crosshair VIII Hero and a 3800X and could never access Bios. This is due to the DisplayPort. Using an HDMI there are no issues. I am using the same GPU (Nvidia 1080ti) on both motherboards. This monitor needs a firmware update to fix the DisplayPort issue. Even using Advanced Startup options through Windows 10 to access UEFI; It still fails to enter Bios. After trying multiple monitors, keyboards and software tricks: This monitor refuses to allow me to access Bios using the DisplayPort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from color and resolution are way off I just received my order today and have spent 4 hours on the line with tech support who sent me around and around and have not been able to answer my question. I have this hooked up via USB-C to a 2018 macbook pro. After trying many different settings for the color calibration, I am not seeing color accurately. whites are not white and text is fuzzy. If you are a designer / photographer, do NOT get this monitor. My old apple cinema display from 2006 is better than this.

I wanted more screen real estate for multiple video/media streams with larger windows and to take advantage of my new MSI GTX 1050ti graphics card. This was a true plug and play upgrade. A fantastic combination.

First monitor had a color gradient from cool to warm across the screen - Some LED light leak, and some IPS bleed. Although I expected some bleeding, the amount was more than I expected from a monitor at this price point. It was on the verge of tolerable and could be minimized with re-calibrating, and I probably would have kept it but given it 3 stars - but the bad color meant an exchange was in order. The second monitor made the first look like perfection. There was very little light leak but the IPS bleed was simply awful. Unfortunately because IPS bleed comes thorough the screen (unlike LED leak which comes around the screen) it also meant that there was a color shift depending on viewing angle. Made the monitor unable to be used for any kind of video or photo use. Ending up going with an ASUS ProArt for a few bucks more and couldn't be happier - ZERO light leak and ZERO bleed with a larger color spectrum and faster response time.

Keeps my XPS15 9570 fully charged through USB C while also passing through Ethernet (via USB3 Dongle) at 350Mbs. Surprisingly good performance as a hub and makes for a clean desktop with only the USB C cable connected to laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Welcomed improvement to my home PC multi-monitor setup. The company I work for uses Dell products quite a lot. I asked a friend in the IT department for a monitor suggestion to upgrade my home PC setup. The U3219Q UltraSharp was the recommendation that I wound up purchasing and receiving in only two days. The monitor arrived in excellent condition and assembled without any difficulty. I rearranged the monitors with the U3219Q as the primary, and hooked everything up. After more than two weeks with my setup, I am quite satisfied with the display size and picture quality. The additional screen space makes a much better experience with viewing and working with multiple application windows. I especially like how well the graphics look for CADD and similar software programs. I highly recommend this monitor.

Especially helpful if you want to display lots of text and need it to be sized for over-40 eyes. Expensive compared to smaller screens, but I like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor image qualtiy for IPS The viewing angle is horrible. With your head in the center, everything off-axis goes grey. Blacks in the corners look about 50% grey. You have to actually move your eyes directly perpendicular to the panel to see black. Probably the worst image I have seen for an IPS monitor. It almost looks like this is a TN panel. The anti-glare film was peeling off in one corner, so I grabbed it thinking it was a protective shipping film... mistake. Now I have a ruined corner. It's big, the image is clear, but the with the poor off-axis viewing this monitor has limited use. Definitely look for something else if you do design. I am in IT, so I am stuck with it because it technically works.

USB ports and the built in KVM & picture and picture features. Only "want" was higher power charging USB-C, it's recognized as low power charge on my Dell Precision laptop.

Using for Motion Graphics and Editing. Missing speakers another concern. I am pretty satisfied anyway. I would buy a second one, but it is a bit pricey. Probably will look the same model at second hand or refurbishment options.

Wish Dell made a bigger version (38") for home but in the office this is perfect. + Excellent picture quality + Physical appearance is excellent, i *love* the minimal edges, etc. + Powers my laptop from USB-C. + Excellent stand (and tilts ... but i don't need it in portrait mode) o This monitor is not curved like some Samsungs --- This is NOT a negative just an observation. - It's more expensive than other 32" 4k monitors --- (Although it really does feel worth it). --- Summary: If you can afford it, buy it. It's simply the best.

However no tweaking of settings can fix the screwed up black point. Pure black shows up grey, every color is a bit bright. Color calibration is horrid (used a professional color calibration tool to test) Color and Tone adjustments are poor.
