The 8 MB default in my brand new PC kept freezing during zoom sessions. So I replaced it with 16 MB. Totally fixed now!

Do not run Win10 on 8 GB RAM!
Upgrade from 8GB to 16GB made laptop really responsive, before it was quite sluggish. Installation of the memory module in the slot is very simple task. Removing the laptop plastic bottom cover is very stressful. Plastic is too soft, I broke couple of small clips, despite of all my careful efforts.

Great product, hard to install.
I chatted with a Dell customer service rep and she suggested this memory, I ordered and it arrived pretty fast, the price was good and then the reality came true, I need it to install it. Unfortunately Dell does not have one or has not have updated their Youtube channel tutorials, I could not find a video on how to get it install. I even had a hard time finding the manual, I am a visual person and a video will be more helpful. After so much research, I found a helpful youtuber that does tutorials, I had to trust him since there is no materials on how to put it. Finally it worked and my computer is so much faster, the problem is a little bit when I restart my computer it takes forever to start, once is up and running is way faster than before. Now I try to just put it to sleep that way when I start It will go fast. Maybe I need to adjust some setup here and there but so far I am happy I decided to upgrade my memory.

There isn't much to say about RAM. I plugged it in and the laptop recognized it. However, ordering it was easy. I dealt with a Dell employee who was easily able to tell me what I needed for my laptop. The price was reasonable and the shipping was fast. Then I tried to buy RAM for an OTHER MAJOR BRAND LAPTOP and it was a nightmare. Thanks, Dell!
