Poor Performance
Worst Performing wireless keyboard and Mouse I have ever owned. Both the keyboard and mouse seem to lose connection frequently and the keyboard will occasionally register 10 - 12 keystrokes of a single character. This poor performance seems random. It will happen at least 2 or 3 times per hour. I was using a cheap iClever wireless mouse and keyboard with previous laptop and thought I would use the dell offering when I purchased a new dell laptop. After 3 days of fighting with the Dell wireless mouse and keyboard I have decided to got back to the old iClever set on my new Dell laptop. I am using the iClever set now to type this review. If I could return the Dell set and get my money back, I would do so immediately.

Keyboard issue for connectivity when not logged in
Bought this one recently. Look wise it is good but quality seems not excellent. Left shift button for a new key board is missing some storks. Also when connected only through Bluetooth it is not connected until you logged in the windows so what's the point having connectivity if you cannot use it while login. It built external quality is good though.

Works perfectly from a distance of 8 feet. Great feel typing and the casing is solid. Much better mouse than the generic one. I recommend greatly the wireless combo to minimize the clutter.

I LOVE this keyboard. Very luxurious feeling. I don't like, though, that the box was open when sent. That's why I took a star off. If I buy a NEW thing, I expect it to be new in box. Not opened.

Intermittent connectivity loss via Bluetooth.
Bluetooth connection just drops off, even during small amount of inactivity. The mouse is better, but the keyboard drops connection lot often. The connection via USB dongle works fine. Its just the Bluetooth connection that has this problem.

Worth the investment, but will take some getting use to.
The keyboard and mouse both work well. The touch is nice on the keys although the design means that the keys are very closely placed and any user more familiar with less compact designs might likely struggle with striking the wrong keys that are not on the QWERTY key set. For example, backspace, up cursor, and down cursor). The number lock on the number pad also seems to behave differently than I am familiar with. It appears to turn itself off, or it just might be that I am accidentally hitting it instead of the backspace key. Regardless, sometimes, the number pad keys don't respond and its because the num luck needs to be reinitiated.

Keyboard types well, has all the essential keys. I find it quite small/tight and am having a hard time adjusting my fingers to it in that sense. Overall pretty good.
The mouse zoom/scroll button is super clunky; it doesn't zoom in and out very well or smoothly and I need that for the work I do (GIS professional). It basically hasn't worked well enough for me to keep using it. I reverted back to my old mouse and will keep it as a back up (unfortunately).

Delay on keyboard have to press first key an extra time for it to start typing(sometimes more than once) and this is all the time if you haven’t touch a key in a few minutes... mouse track ball doesn’t work 90% of the time

Bluetooth connection does not work well
I wanted a keyboard/mouse combo that connects Bluetooth, because my new Dell Inspiron only has two USB connectors. Based on the reviews, it seemed like this was a good choice, but turns out that they have quite a bit of intermittent disconnects and stuck keys. I ended up using the included USB dongle and it's working fine now.

The keyboard is fantastic. The keys give a nice response, and are nice and quiet. The slightly compact layout is very comfortable to type on and doesn't take up much desk space at all.
The mouse is so-so. Feels kinda light and a little cheap. It might be slightly better than an average mouse.
It's great to have both the bluetooh AND the USB receiver option for this combo. Works excellently between 3 different devices.

Keyboard is great. Mouse is a constant problem refusing to reconnect.
I really like the keyboard. But, the mouse has constantly been a problem. I'm currently using a Jelly Comb mouse connected via usb due to the fact that the Dell mouse will not connect to bluetooth. Regardless of what I've tried. It will not connect.

Convenient with some drawbacks
The best feature about this mouse keyboard combo is switching between devices which is just super convenient. After one week of use the enter and left shift keys started squeaking which was kind of sad and is why I removed a star. I also removed a star as due to its compact nature although nice for space, is very hard to adjust to after decades of using a full size keyboard. Working in the IT field some commonly used keys are cumbersome to use on this keyboard.

I bought this combo for my new XPS 15 laptop. The mouse works great, however the keyboard will disconnect every 20 minutes. It is annoying to keeps reconnecting the keyboard when you are focusing on your work.

Chromebook bluetooth problem
Dell has a great product. However, my Chromebook keeps dropping the connections. I don't believe it is Dell's problem, I have stopped using it because it has become frustrating. I hope when Chromebook bluetooth get better I will be able to go back to using it.

Too much money for what you get.
Not as good as I was expecting. No internal speakers with this computer so you have to get external speakers. Not as fast as I was expecting. Sure it works, but not worth the money.

Clears the clutter with great performance.
So happy the way this set clears the desktop cutter when working with desktop, laptop and tablet. Sure it takes a little adjustment to get used to switching, but it's worth the transition.
I was hesitant to change my mouse after nearly 10 years, but besides this being a little lighter the level of precision reduces the amount of movement. The benefit really shows after 7-8 hours.
Seamless switching with BT 4 devices, wireless can have interruptions occasionally, but to be expected with so many devices in close proximity.

Small keyboard
This keyboard is quite a bit smaller in length and width than my previous Dell keyboard. As a result, I'm hitting keys that I don't want to hit...as an example, when I go to it hit the 'backspace' or 'delete' key I'm actually hitting the 'num lock' key. Hence, when I go to use the number key pad it doesn't work!!! Very frustrating.
I won't purchase a keyboard again online.

Fanstastic connectivity. Backspace/NumLock and arrows are awkwardly placed, which takes some getting used to, but acceptable for the multi-device capabilities. Might not be my first choice for a singe device, but it works very wll.

Good multi-device setup
I use this to switch between two laptops that are side-by-side. So far it gets the job done. If I were to nitpick: it takes a few seconds for the mouse pointer to register on the next device upon clicking the switch button. This may not seem like a big issue, but if you are switching between two devices constantly, it does take up a good portion of time.

Highly recommended for an htpc.
Awesome combo. Comes with an RF dongle but can easily be used with two other bluetooth devices as well, and it's very each to switch between the 3 devices. Quality feel and weight. Nice small keyboard.
I do not like the layout of the up and down arrows. These are keys that I use frequently and they are much too small. Since I used this in my living room, this is a reasonable trade off to get the smaller footprint. I would not want to use this keyboard on my work computer though.
Only other minor complaint is that the plastic of the keyboard is quite smelly and toxic for the first 2 or 3 weeks.
Regular price seems a bit high but I'm very happy with what I paid on sale.

Great compact combo
Great compact combo. Don't expect a large keyboard with bug spacing. But one you get used to it, it is very comfortable to type on. I have fairly large hands with zero problems, unlike other reviews.
The mouse is nice a responsive. I use it for photo and video editing, and it works well.
I would recommend this combo.

This keyboard is sleek and the mouse feels great in hand. The keys can sometimes need a heavy press to type the key however which causes unintended typos. Hesitantly recommend.

Splendid! Typing feel is mostly subjective but this has a nice spring to it, excellent build quality, compatibility, maintains strong BT link with my PC and no issue connecting to a chromebook. Ended buying another for my wife. Battery life is great but not rated as high as competing logitech. A non-issue for most since it'll last so long anyways. I also I feel it types better than my logitech, which lacks BT for widespread compatibility.

Light and easy-to-use wireless mouse/keyboard set that paired up with my laptop instantaneously. I use it for traveling to other remote locations where I co-locate during the job. I do not like bulky sets where they take up too much room on my desk space and these products are small and compact where they do not take up that room so much. Happy to have made this purchase!

I've had this for 3 weeks and so far so good. The location of some keys took a little getting used from my last keyboard but not an issue. If I get even half the promised battery life this setup will be well worth the cost. Great product so far and half the cost of other brands.

bluetooth connectivity is very inconsistent. Have used with multiple Windows 10 PCs and the bluetooth almost always drops or hangs and occasionally seems to crash the bluetooth driver altogether. This is the only common device across these PCs and they use different bluetooth drivers. Overall

Awesome keyboard/mouse combo. Went in just for the keyboard, but was pleasantly surprised by the mouse as well. Especially given some of the reviews here. Both are great, and worth every penny. Invaluable for workflows with an iPad. Dell software that’s able to customize the mouse/keyboard buttons is icing on the cake.

Expectations were not met
I was so excited about this keyboard but the expectations were not met. The Bluetooth option is not effective at all - it will disconnect completely from time to time, there are delays when connecting and once connected there is a delay between clicking the key and the character showing up on the screen - this drives me bonkers! And no, it's not my internet - I have used other Bluetooth keyboards without any issues. In addition, it is too small and the Home and End keys don't work properly.

This Dell Multi-Device Keyboard and Mouse combo works very well. It has a nice touch and feel on the keyboard; the mouse is smooth with no trailing image as the cursor moves across the screen. There is onnly onne thing I would like to see changed however. The caps lock feature ha a small light to indicate that caps lock is on. However, it turns off after just a few seconds so you do not always know when caps lock is actually on. This causes a lot of problems when attempting to type in passwords since we use upper and lower case for our passwords.

On the whole a solid keyboard and mouse. My only gripe are the scroll up down arrows are too small. These half height keys in close proximity to each other are hard to hit.

Great look, touch, feel, performance. Connectivity is irregular.
Mixed feelings. I have had two. The first was nearly perfect. I had to wake it/them up from time to time if I had been away from the device (which another manufacturer's product did not require but the performance, look, and feel were otherwise performance. Then there was a bluetooth connectivity problem with the Dell computer. Tech support couldn't find the problem in the computer, so they sent a replacement combo. Subsequently, a field technician fixed the problem with the bluetooth connectivity. Now, I have to re-pair the combo's devices 3-5 times a week. I don't know if it is these devices or the PC itself. It's livable. Oh, and I asked about sending the original combo back to Dell. The tech said to just keep it. Now I'm getting emails about returning it or being charged. I hope I can find the box.

Dell Devices Fall Short
I was looking forward to "cutting the cord" with my new Dell XPS and the Dell wireless combo. Setup was simple with multiple options (I'm using Bluetooth) and even multiple device connections. Unfortunately, day-to-day use of both the keyboard and mouse has been problematic. The keyboard will frequently "go to sleep" after periods of inactivity and doesn't wake up until after you have typed several characters. The mouse is even worse with frequent freezes of two or three seconds even in the middle of using it. I have tried changing a number of settings (including power management) to no avail. I'm assuming it's an issue with the laptop itself which I would rate somewhere between "disappointing" and "very disappointing". Not what I expected from Dell.

Great idea, good execution and decent value for $$
The idea just works! Functionality is top notch, switching between USB and Bluetooth connectivity is near seamless. I am currently using it with two devices (USB-Laptop, and Bluetooth-Surface Pro). However, I would imagine the Bluetooth connectivity might vary based on the age of your computer. The combination of a keyboard and a mouse in the package is very cost effective. The keyboard is narrower than a standard keyboard. Those with fat fingers might need to try out for themselves. The mouse has a good ergonomic fit. Would recommend for stow and go applications and in instances where keyboard use is not heavy/extensive.

I really enjoy the keyboard, it feels great to type on. I do wish it was a little less constrained in size - no dedicated page up/down buttons and home/end/delete buttons are small and badly located. Another minus is using a configured Bluetooth connection with the keyboard instead of the dongle - it usually takes a few seconds to "wake up" if it hasn't been used for some time, but then it is a consistent connection. No issues with the mouse, it is quickly responsive and feels good ergonomically. The best point about the combo is the ability to sync to multiple computers, it works flawlessly.

Big problems with keyboard coming out of sleep mode
Keyboard sometimes doesn't reconnect properly out of sleep mode. Keys would continuously be long pressed. Sometimes when 'enter' key is the repeated key, it non stop opens up certain apps in Windows.
There are times when keyboard by does not re connect at all out of sleep mode. Only an inconvenient restart of computer would reconnect.
Quite surprised that it does this at least twice a week.

First mult-device wireless keyboard and mouse
I picked this up on a sale and generally happy with the purchase. It's a stylish accessory and feels high quality. My only concern with it is when switching between devices, there is a little bit of a lag for the keyboard to connect to the new device. Also, keyboard and mouse have different switches (they don't switch together)

Okay as a compact keyboard
It works, and was easy to install. One hiccup was accidentally pressing the device selection key and suddenly it was unresponsive to my PC. I wish I had looked more closely at the size and key arrangement before ordering. It is compact, but it would be easier to use if it were full sized. Our previous Dell keyboard had cursor buttons grouped between the alpha and numeric keys, and I miss that. For someone who wants to port a keyboard between devices, it is probably great. For a single PC, I would have preferred a different product.

Good and Portable Combo
For me is a great combo. Pretty good performance in battery and connectivity. The keyboard have a excellent dimensions for portability. The only things thing to remark is the material that looks or file regular quality. Any way I provide a good rate.

Nice keyboard, except I find the space bar clicks louder than the keys which I find a little annoying. Plus the range of the blue tooth connection is not good. If I plug the USB receiver on the back of the PC, the signal gets dropped so I had to plug it into the front of my desktop. I have no issue with the mouse, it stays connected with the receiver plugged in the back or front.

Good keyboard but bit great for wfh
This is an great wireless keyboard, but not so friendly for WFH use. The only things to complaint is having to toggle to get to function keys and toggle again to use the home/end keys. Also, the arrow keys in the bottom is also hard to use. Like my previous Dell wireless keyboard better, function key on top together with home/end, no need to toggle and arrow keys are big and easy to use.

PERFECT Solution for working with multiple systems
I bought this Keyboard/Mouse combo to allow the ability to use one mouse and keyboard for 3 separate systems I use while working from home during COVID. It has been the PERFECT solution. With a click of a button on the keyboard, and mouse, I am able to swap between all 3 systems with ease. Connectivity has been stable, and I have had no issues. The mouse is comfortable, and the keyboard feels sturdy and well built. The only thing that has taken a little getting used to, is the fact that because this is a slightly shorter keyboard, the "delete" button has moved up to the top, and is smaller than your typical delete button. It has taken some getting used to, but once you get used to it, I've had zero issue with this setup. Highly recommend!

Great with USB, awful with Bluetooth
Great keyboard *when used with the USB dongle*. When using Bluetooth, if you haven't used the mouse for a few seconds there's a lag when you next move the mouse. Same with the keyboard. Personally, I found that lag to be so annoying as to render the mouse and keyboard unusable.

Nice and sleek hardware. Just disappointed that I have to turn the number lock off to be able to use the page up/page down buttons (located on number pad keys 9 and 3) to toggle through tabs in Excel.

It is very heavy. And the charger is heavier of any other charge I ever had. Dell is not what it used to be. I have been using Dell machines for over 25 years and I’m very disappointed lately, I’m only keeping this computer because I’m very familiar with Dell service. I hope I don’t regret it.

Economically priced good quality wireless keyboard
The keyboard has some nice weight. It sits solidly on the tray. The keys move easily with distinct feel and rapid spring back. The wireless connectivity is smooth and has no delay. The only thing I don't like about it is that it has a numeric keypad which takes up too much space on my keyboard tray. It would be very nice if Dell made this type and quality of keyboard without the numeric keys. Conveniently, only one USB dongle is used simultaneously for wireless connections for the keyboard and mouse.

Bluetooth connection sometimes takes a few seconds to wake up, so i switched to usb adapter for better responsiveness. Im also constantly hitting the number lock key. I wish it were placed somewhere else.

Plug and play setup with sharp color scheme
Needed keyboard/mouse setup that worked flawlessly with my dell work laptop. This was installed in seconds and haven't seen the wireless connection ever dropped. Big bonus that sold me was the battery life. Supposedly 36 months. Hope to see that (as I am only a few months into my purchase). Previous wireless mouse from a different brand would only last 3-5 months on a battery.

Great functionality, but design needs improvement
I work from home and often need to be able to switch between multiple computers. This has made life so much easier! My only complaint is that on a full size keyboard I expect the "delete" key to be to the right of the "backspace" key, instead it is above it. Immediately to the right is the "num lock" key which is aggravating. I'm an 80wpm typer so this has a steep adjustment curve. It is not so annoying that I am returning it, but it is definitely a big negative.

WE have a small business and this duo is awesome. We have three tablets and they are all used for different things. It is so great to be able to connect and disconnect from each of them so easily. It is also a great space saver to have only one mouse and keyboard for all of them. It is very easy to use and looks great too. I would definitely recommend this product duo to family and friends.

Poor performance on blue tooth
Bought this with a brand new XPS Dell laptop. Connecting using blue
tooth was terrible. Blue tooth worked fine with my old Dell laptop. Go figure. You think this would work out of the box being both are new and both are from Dell. had to use the USB sender to make it work.

Keyboard is super sleek and was easy to connect to my laptop, but is not ideal for using excel because the arrow keys are smaller than all the other keys. In addition, there's no 'pg up' or 'pg dwn' button, which is also inconvenient for using excel.

Not good for Excel
This keyboard has the "F" keys that can be activated only pressing the "Fn" key. This make this keyboard very unpractical for people who use Excel. Just FYI people who work in Excel need F2, F4, F10, keys constantly, and you cannot press the "Fn" key all the time. I would suggest to talk to a Banker or a Consultant that actually spend time on their keyboards (not just for typing) before developing the next version of this product

Keyboard constantly need to be re-paired with pc
The keyboard consistently stops working, requiring me to unpair it with my XPS 15 and then try pairing it again. Sometimes this works, and sometimes I have to restart the computer for it to work which is incredibly aggravating and disruptive to my work when I have to do it once every hour or two. I haven't bothered to try the mouse because I'm afraid I'll have the same issue and my Logictech mouse has worked perfectly from day one.

So light and I love the keys! I'm a quick typer and it's super smooth. The only thing I wish it had was a recharge station or rechargeable batteries. When it came out of the box and it had 3 AA batteries I had a bit of disappointment that I would have to stock up on batteries for it.

working great, I work from home and share my monitors via HDMI switch, this was the only thing missing to make it work well. Only thing that I would make it better is if switching one device would switch the other as well. Have to change one then the other.

Solid, but a bit small
The mouse is great. The keyboard isn't bad, I just wish it was a bit larger. I use excel fairly often and use the function keys so I need to get used to using the fn key when I want to use them. I prefer when these keys are separated. The number pad is also directly next to the rest of the keyboard so I often turn on/off the number lock when trying to backspace. Other than that, I have had issues with the keys not registering with my computer, but I think that issue is more on my computer's side.

Disappointed with product
Mouse/keyboard stop working about every 3 days and the USB key has to be removed/replaced to get it started again. Very annoying. Mouse doesn't scroll evenly, sometimes one roll flips one page, sometimes it takes 2-3 rolls to flip a page.

One Issue / Otherwise A Good Keyboard/Mouse Combo
When playing video games the keyboard occasionally misses my keystrokes which is pretty annoying. That's my only gripe with it. Otherwise it feels really nice and the mouse is great.

Using with docked XPS13
I bought this because I dual boot on my xps13, and when I have the laptop in the dock I prefer to use the full keyboard. It works well but there are a few minor improvements that could be made:
1: a backlight for the keys.
2: automatic pairing — right now I have to manually cycle both the mouse and keyboard connection whenever I reboot my laptop into a different OS to get it to work, which is a minor inconvenience.
Have only been using for a few days but so far the quality of the typing experience is great.

Good Keyboard for working from home
The keyboard is very comfortable and doesn't strain my wrists which is a huge reason I was searching for a new keyboard. However, connecting the keyboard & mouse through USB did not work on my computers so I had to connect it wirelessly. Once I did that though, I had no issues.

The keyboard cuts in and out and work only intermittently at best. The mouse is better, but it's not great. I had to plug in a wired keyboard. I can't even use the wireless keyboard. Its a joke.

Keyboard does not connect easily via Bluetooth with my new Windows 10 Dell XPS laptop
Initially set up the keyboard and mouse for 2 laptops using Bluetooth connections. Works fine with my HP laptop, but keyboard did not easily connect with my new Dell XPS laptop with Windows 10. Mouse connected easily with both. Finally switched Dell laptop to the wireless connection option after struggling every time I turned on the laptop and the keyboard would not Bluetooth connect. Bluetooth still works fine with the HP laptop. Pretty bad that Dell's own Bluetooth keyboard wont easily work with their own laptop.

After buying two brand new Dell computers this year and one of them a $2,000 Alienware computer and having the keyboards go bad in BOTH of them within a week, I needed a good dependable keyboard and mouse. Hint. The quality of Dell's standard keyboards has really gone down the tubes so do yourself a favor and upgrade as you'll be very disappointed with the stock units. At first I thought it might have been just an anomaly, but one of my neighbors ordered a new XPS a week after I received my Alienware and his did the exact same thing. Stuck keys. And I mean stuck , stuck. No fixing these.

The PC itself is compact, quiet and performs very well. The display looks great but I do wish there were more options for sharing real estate from multiple inputs. The keyboard is handy with its ability to control multiple PCs, but I wish it had a "big brother" with a keyboard layout like the KM636 or KM717.

This keyboard and mouse set looks super great - even better if you already own a Dell device since the color matches. The keyboard feels heavy and durable and types great, love the full number pad on the right side. Also great that it can connect to multiple devices so you can switch around easily.

Potential defective keyboard
The mouse and key board appear to be a good product, but our key board sticks on the caps lock button at times, and the key board sometimes applies multiple letters when hit once. I will be calling Dell.

Stylish yet sturdy
Bluetooth capability is excellent allowing me to easily sync with my laptop. I've always been a big fan of having a separate mouse and the command is very responsive. The angle of the keyboard feet is also nice as my last keyboard was flat which wasn't great for my wrists placement at my stand-up deck. The keys also have a nice touch.

If there were ever a commercial grade quality keyboard this is it. I love chiclet style keyboards. They have the best touch and feel. Dell has hit a home run with this compo of keyboard and mouse. Good product, hope to see a new model.
Nice keyboard, and functions well. Only complaint is that they don’t make a full size version. After 2+ weeks of use I still find myself miss typing.
I purchased this to reduce the keyboards needed on my desk. I use the same desk for multiple machines (work, home, new dev config,...). Unfortunately some aren’t on the same network otherwise I’d consider a software based kvm.

Very disappointed at the slow reaction time
I am having problems with both parts of this set. First, they both turn themselves off after a minute or two necessitating turning them on before continuing my work. Second, the keyboard can become painfully slow, so slow that you are not sure what letters you typed until you wait for them to slowly appear on the screen. And this is with a brand new very high speed computer (also from Dell, which works very well).

A Needed Accessory For My New XPS 15
This combo is a necessity for anyone with a laptop. It's either bt or usb, you decide. I went with bt so no "extras" are hanging off my laptop. Gives it a much cleaner look. the mouse and kb are also just compact enough to fit my Wenger Swill Army pack, A top notch product.

Okay, but not as great as I'd like.
The mouse works great. The keyboard, however, is very frustrating. It works well for the most part, but in an effort to conserve energy it stays in a paired setting but in a disconnected setting. It then often has a difficult time changing to a connected status. This is a very annoying feature that takes some getting used to.

Very sleek design! The look and feel of the mouse and keyboard are high end. The pairing up process was seamless, you can either connect via Bluetooth or using a dongle that is on the mouse. Both are comfortable with the mouse easily molding to your hand and the keyboard keys evenly spaced at just the right distance to where your hands don’t strain after a long work day on the computer.

Great keyboard, no bueno when using KVM switch
Love the keyboard and mouse but cant get it to work with the one dongle in my KVM switch. I use the dongle in 1 PC and Bluetooth in another PC so extra steps to switch back and forth with my keyboard/mouse instead of using one KVM switch, very annoying.

Keyboard has non standard layout. Difficult to determine home keys by touch. Cursor keys difficult to manipulate because up/down keys are only half size. Why oh why do they make me hold the FN key to access frequently used keys like home, end, page up and page down? But it gets worse. If you use the bluetooth connectivity at the same time as you use bluetooth audio, the mouse stutters and doesn't track predictably. I took the "works with multiple computers" bait, but realizing the keyboard is so bad, I have found I only use the wireless mouse, and that has an unfortunate button on the left that I need to reconfigure because every time I bump it, my browser does a page back. Very poorly designed. If I could rate this ZERO stars, I would.

Terrific albeit tiny keyboard & mouse combo - no more KVM box.
Connectivity works as promised. Two minor nits; 1, keyboard is quite compact - great for desk space, not so much for clumsy typist and 2, Bluetooth sleeps when computer sleeps so normal mouse wiggling & space-bar pressing won't wake up the computer (this may not apply to all computers) which can leave you thinking 'it broke' - likely dating myself but "patience Grasshopper" has worked for me.

The keyboard and mouse combo looks very slick.Came in a nice box, and with batteries. I am a fan of little keyboards to use with my laptop, as I can carry it around, and to use for other non-desk type computing such as steam link and the TV. Nothing wrong with the combo, except that it is small which is difficult for me to type on for for a long period of time.

This wireless keyboard & mouse combo is perfect for everyday use. I recently purchased a Dell XPS 15 and I didn't realize the keyboard would be so different from that of my work laptop which has the number pad as part of the laptop keyboard. This is quite portable and while I haven't used the Bluetooth to connect I do like the fact that I can program the mouse to different devices. This helps for when I use for my work laptop as well. It's also really very comfortable.

The mouse was great but the keyboard was completely unacceptable!! In fact, I have returned the set. The keyboard is not rechargeable, only battery operated. The reception between the USB transmitter and the keyboard was very spotty. The Keyboard doesn’t have a dedicated number pad. The the spacing on the keyboard is too tight. All-in-all not nearly as good as my Logitech keyboard.

Computer was good. Had major problems with wireless key board. At last the technical support identified the problem is with the wireless key board and sent a wired key board by mistake.!!!!!. Again spent more than an hour with technical support explaining the history and they promised to send a wireless key board. Still waiting for this replacement

This keyboard is very well made and feels very good to type on. It is nicely weighted and stays in place without moving around. The complaint I have is that the up and down arrow keys are half in size compared to the left and right ones. The mouse is also of very good quality. The wireless connection is excellent.

Awesome product for anyone that has more than one device
Awesome product. I have this connected to my desktop (via the USB dongle and two other devices via bluetooth. It works seamlessly. I can connect any of the devices without worrying about taking out dongle, or having to disconnect and reconnect bluetooth.
Also, both keybaord and mouse are super quiet - so I can type away without worrying that the person on other end of my conference call is hearing me typing / clicking away.
Who ever thought up this product is a genius.

Purchased for the use within CAD software, as long as I use the USB plug it seems to work most of the time, but using in wireless mode ie., Bluetooth, it locks up regularly.. This is a brand new XPS 8930 desktop unit that it's tied to, there is no reason for this bluetooth system locking up! ***Disappointing!

The combo comes with multi device pairing, both keyboard and mouse can be paired with multiple devices. They have the option of connecting the device using Bluetooth and they also come with a dongle that is the wireless receiver, which makes it easier and faster, once setup on the device to be connected. Dongle is available inside the mouse. Mouse and keyboard can be used independently.
Keyboard is designed to be very compact, but it is a full keyboard. The keys have soft touch and it has short key travel. There are extra shortcut keys provided on the keyboard for windows calculator.
The key marked in blue can be used to change between the channels of connections or devices.
Not gaming mouse but excellently designed for ergonomics. The clicks feel very good, it comes with the forward and backward buttons on the left to surf the web browsers with better pace.
The middle button behind the scroll wheel can be used switch between the channels for mouse. So, channels can be switched independently for keyboard and mouse.
Overall, the combo is an amazing option for productivity.

Instead of buying a KVM switch to share monitors, keyboard, and mouse for $500+, this keyboard does the same thing. Switching is easy and nearly instantaneous. At first I thought having to switch the mouse and keyboard separately was a poor design. Now that I have two weeks on the keyboard, I love it. Often I only need the mouse to acknowledge (e.g., installing software) while continuing to type on the other pc. (NOTE: I use the monitor menu buttons to switch between VGA and DVI imputs to my company and personal computers.)

A great wireless combo.
Works like charm. Keyboard and mouse work reliably, keyboard on my lap and mouse on my knee. Light and comfortable. The on/off switches could be better marked, but operate easily.

Very decent, but some flaws.
It works pretty well. And feels well constructed. I seem to have trouble pressing down the T all the way or maybe it’s not functioning but it just doesn’t feel super accurate when typing. I also use the multiple Bluetooth function and it works less confidently (lag, in accuracies) when paired to my 2017 MacBook Pro

Wireless Mouse
This purchase was for a wireless keyboard and mouse. Keyboard works well but the mouse does not work well, the scroll wheel does not work right, it just does not perform, jerky response while using, most times it does not even respond. This button is crucial to my work and game play, I would like it replaced with one that works correctly or another model that will be compatible with the keyboard.

Fine materials but focus on creating a compact product resulted in a poor keyboard layout
The keyboard is too short width-wise, they arrows are squeeze in a weird spot making it hard to hit especially the up and down arrows. There is no separation between the letter side and they number pad side, in particular is very annoying to keep hitting numlock key instead of a very very tiny delete button

Very easy to swap between CPUs. I have a gaming deck and a workstation and like to keep them separate. This works perfectly. Only drawback is distance from CPUs, but the signal is totally reasonable.

The keyboard is fantastic! Love being able to switch between devices at the click of a button. If it were backlit, it'd be perfect. As someone with small hands who prefers a smaller mouse, I found this mouse to be rather uncomfortable and prefer my Logitech wireless mouse.

Lethargic Wireless Keyboard
Although I liked the small size and soft touch wireless keyboard, the wireless keyboard is not working properly, skips letters, adds multiple letters and just plain seems to be lethargic at times.
I really expect to hear back for you regarding this matter, since I have ditched the wireless keyboard I paid extra for and have connected the hard wired keyboard that came with my CPU. Please send me a wireless keyboard that works correctly. The wireless mouse is working just fine.

The keyboard is one of the best I've ever used. The mouse not so much. It does the basic job of a mouse, moving the pointer around, but it is not very comfortable. The back where my palm rests is too tall and hurts my wrist.

Keyboard is great to type on, but the compact layout and size takes getting used to. Mouse is ordinary.
I like the feel and quietness of the keyboard. It feels great to type on. However, in attempting to make it compact, the keys are closer together and the backspace key is smaller than my old keyboard. I often accidentally hit the +/= key when reaching for backspace. On the number keypad, I often accidentally hit the numlock key when reaching for the home (#7 key. I'm hoping in time I will get used to the slightly more compact layout and not have these typos.
As for the mouse, it's just like any ordinary mouse. I was surprised Dell did not try to make it a quiet mouse, especially since this is considered a high end keyboard/mouse combo. I still use my old Logitech M330 quiet mouse, which is great.
The Dell Peripheral Manager auto installed for me, which was a negative surprise. I don't like software to be able to auto install without me knowing, especially with all the malware out there. I downloaded the app separately. Then when I went to install it, the message said it is already installed. But the software is nice in that it has on screen displays of when caps lock and numlock are on/off.

Dell Mouse and Keyboard Combo
This set was easy for me to set up straight from the box. It came with 3 batteries-2 for the keyboard and 1 for the mouse-.The keyboard is slim and keys are quiet. The mouse has a thumb rest, which is nice. Both mouse and keyboard has no delay and works great.

Modern look and price.
A very nice, sleek design. It definitely has a modern look. If you require a larger keyboard, this would not be a good option. It is the exact same size and layout as a integrated laptop keyboard. Also, the Bluetooth on it does cut out from time to time. Not as dependable as the 2.4GHz transceiver is, but it is nice if you need to switch between devices seamlessly that share a single keyboard and mouse.

Two months review
Easy setup, high quality design and manufacture. It was been a great experience using it for the past 2 months. I am still getting used to two difference on the key board. The first is the up/down arrow keys have been reduced in size by half and they share the same space as one standard sized key. For a guy with big fingers, this has taken some adjustment. The second is the numerical keypad where the number 3 & 9 are also the page up/down keys. You have to toggle num lock to switch between functions. This is still taking me some getting used to. I consider both of these minor inconveniences and if addressed would have made this a 5 star rating.

The keyboard and mouse would not work properly on Bluetooth and I had to use the receiver-transmitter which came with the mouse. That required the purchase of a multiport hub since the XPS laptop I have only has ONE usable Thunderbolt port, the other is used for the power supply.

Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo was Dell recommended when I configured the Dell 8930 tower. I expected it to be a full size keyboard like the keyboard on the Dell Studio 540 that was being replaced or the corded keyboard that came with the 8930. Mouse works fine. I had been looking for a compact or mid size keyboard for several months. I tried a few options but the keyboard was either too small for my fingers or too big for my work space. I love this keyboard and mouse combo. They fit my hands and work space perfectly. Both are sturdy and quiet. I also appreciate the USB and Bluetooth connectivity options. I can use it on my laptop, phone, tv, etc.

loved the look and feel of this set, and appreciated that it came with batteries! unfortunately, quality is an issue. one of the keyboard buttons popped after 1 day of light use. nothing a little glue can't fix, but disappointing on a brand new set! one
other thing i strongly dislike on the keyboard design is that insert/end/delete are negated when function lock is turned on (and function lock is necessary if working in XLS). insert/end/delete should not be swappable function keys. this is a major design flaw in my opinion.

Great Wireless Devices for Multiple Devices
The keyboard/ mouse combo was easy to connect and switch between multiple devices. The keys and mouse buttons are very responsive and user friendly. It also cleaned up my workspace without having cords everywhere. This setup has come in handy while working from home. I would highly recommend the wireless combo.

I am very please with this keyboard and mouse combo. Designing them to use AA batteries is a smart choice and increases battery life. The keyboard has a good weight and feels substantial. Being able to connect with extra bluetooth devices is a big help. My environment includes a KVM switch (i.e., keyboard mouse and video) and this combo is a nice supplement to that.

I would give it a 5, except for 1 measurable issue ... if I switch laptops, my Latitude 7400 needs to be rebooted to recognize the Bluetooth connection. Chromebook can hop on/off without any problems.

Vast improvement over my previous equipment. Mouse is very comfortable to use, and keyboard is heavy enough not to skid around when in use. They look good, too. As some other reviewers mentioned, it is easy to place your fingers wrong on keyboard due to the very subtle home bars on f and j keys, but that is a minor problem. If you are very fast typist, the occasional lag between a wireless keyboard and WYSIWYG display may bother you - not me :)

Awesome set of mouse and keyborad
This set of mouse and keyboard is awesome, it fills really good typing and it is not noisy. The metal frame is really cool and the numeric keypad is very handy when dealing with spreadsheets. The only thing I don't like that much is that the up and down arrows keys are too small but this is not a big deal.

Great for working from home with multiple computers--saves having to have multiple mice and keyboards. Well made, great feel.
Saves space when WFH with 2 computers, multiple monitors, two keyboards and two mice. This allows you to use one keyboard and one mouse with up to 3 computers! The dongle attached to my Dell works flawlessly. The BT connection with my macMini is somewhat spotty (not sure if Mac issei's or the product to be fair. I do hate the Home/End/Insert/and Delete keys are and the Num Lock is in a horrible place (keeps getting hit!). POOR (read: none) support for Mac computers (Dell Peripheral Manager is Windows only) so some features are unusable. Overall, though, great feel, great look, great idea, a lifesaver with the setup I have.

Not great for Mac users. Unable to change modifier keys on a Mac. Also has connection issues when using AirPods. Would not recommend. Works well on a PC, switches between devices well and it does look good.

This is a must buy! I love the ability to switch between devices easily and it wasn't too difficult to figure out. There are several customization settings as well. One of my favorite features is the ability to program shortcuts into the keyboard and/or mouse. The battery life is excellent. The keys feel great and work seamlessly. You can also adjust the angle of the keyboard. All in all, I am so glad I got this!

You can hook up to 3 computers with this keyboard/mouse combo. The main wireless connection works perfectly. The 2 additional Bluetooth channels do not work well and it’s frustrating to use them. You are better Off moving the thumb usb Link from one computer to another and use the main connection when needed in another computer.

Keys too small, might be good for travel if you don't mind looking down at your hands to find keys
arrow keys were far too small, and the home, end, pg up and pg down keys were not easy to use as they were embedded fn keys.

Great Dell product
This keyboard and mouse combo is very nice. It has a sleek design. The mouse is comfortable to rest your hand on. The keyboard is nicely spaced, so I dont feel like I'm straining my fingers/wrists while using it. I love the sound of the keys while typing (I know its random, but some sound better than others! It was also really easy to set up and start using. Would recommend!

Glitches with Dell Multi-Device Wireless Combo KM7
I purchased the Dell Multi-Device Wireless Combo KM7120W specifically so that I can quickly switch from my Dell Inspiron desktop and Dell XPS laptop. Unfortunately, the keyboard and mouse sometimes fail to successfully reconnect to the laptop. I sometimes have to try several times before I can connect. I have no trouble transferring to the desktop.

Great but frustrating
Keyboard has great. Hold quality and feels solid. The keys themselves have a good feel and enough range that it doesn’t feel like your tapping your desk like some flat meyboards out there. It’s great that will connect to multiple devices. However the downfall of this keyboard is the tight arrangement of the layout. I routinely find myself hitting the wrong key when trying to use the arrow keys. Had I not already gone past the 30 day return window I would return this keyboard for a refund and get one that is closer to a traditional full size keyboard with an inverted T layout of the arrow keys.

Great keyboard! I love the feel of typing on this keyboard and the design and workmanship is top quality. I found that the responsiveness of the keyboard is a bit slow using the USB key and some keystrokes may be missed in a fast paced game but this was overcome by using one of the two Bluetooth connections. This definitely saves space at my desk when I have two different computers that I connect to - now just one keyboard and mouse rather than two separate sets!

This wireless keyboard and mouse combo is awesome!! It’s so easy to set up, and very user friendly. It has a sleek appearance, which is the perfect thing I needed to complete my desk/office area in my home. I am loving the ability to quickly and easily switch between devices using these tools, and The fact that it’s so light weight. The features offered are amazing, and the ability to program shortcuts is great and so beneficial to my work. So far, the battery life on both the keyboard and the mouse have proved to be outstanding, which I appreciate. I also noted that the keyboard is very easy and comfortable to type on, and doesn’t slide around under the pressure of your hands/wrists. Plus, the height/angle is adjustable so you don’t have to type in an uncomfortable position.
Overall, I would say this combo is a must have for your computer area! I can’t say enough good things about it.

Good Tools for My Purposes.
I had a problem when I replaced my old laptop with a newer model. I had programs that I could not tranfer on my old machine. Multi-device keyboard and mouse solved the problem. Easy to set-up and use.

I returned it because it's registering wrong key strokes. Can't wake up the computer from sleep mode via bluetooth connection. Connection drop offs.
I still give it 4 stars because this is the only compact multi device keyboard and mouse combo, with num pad.

The KM7120W keyboard and mouse combo fits my needs perfectly. The keyboard is sleek and comfortable to use and the mouse feels nice in my hand. I like how the mouse has forward and backward buttons on the side, which make navigation easier and quicker. I would say this set has increased my productivity and I am very happy with my purchase.

I have an older XPS 15 and just purchased the XPS 17 (w/27" monitor) as well....and then w/reward points, I picked up this Bluetooth keyboard & mouse combo as well. These are much better than I thought they'd be. I use my older XPS for work everyday and can quickly jump to the new XPS with the push of a button as this supports 1 USB & 2 BT devices - very easily.Keyboard w/number pad is sturdy and feels nice to type on. The mouse is detailed enough to use with Lightroom/PS editing - no jumping around like my old USB mouse. A nice bundle.

Difficult to get used to ...
I have struggles with my device on a number of fronts: (1 the left shift key needs to be hit with more force and in the right place, which makes work hard; and (2) I have had issues with the device disconnecting when the dongle was connected to my hub. I have also found the lack of "middle section" with page up/down inconvenient - fine for a compact keyboard, but would not buy again for my home office

A Simple Product That Works Well
This product is quite satisfactory, and the lack of wires is a big improvement. When I first tried connecting it, didn't work with the dongle plugged into the socket on the back of the screen, but it works ok with it plugged into a socket on the PC's front panel. Also, it would be a help to be able to adjust the mouse speed (inches on screen per inch of actual mouse movement) o give a slower but more precise motion

Keyboard Needs a Buffer
Connected without problems, but the keyboard goes to sleep and then does not wake up quickly enough. It needs a buffer to capture key strokes while it is reconnecting. It is a pain in the butt to have to go back end edit passwords, documents, etc, to fill in the missing letters. I can live with a slow mouse, but the keyboard leaves something to be desired.

Get's the job done - but for the cost the details should be more polished. The range is POOR - if not close enough to the USB it looses single and lags. Also caps lock/num lock do not remain on, and there's no light or indicator that it is on or off. Super annoying

Nice to be Wireless
Purchased a new tower, as my 7 year old tower was near capacity. So it seemed like a good time to get rid of the wires from the keyboard and mouse, since the old system setup's wires were a bit tight.
The wireless keyboard and mouse paired up instantly with the new tower. Instant plug and play. I get a small hesitation with rhe mouse every now and then, but overall it works well.
I just wish Dell would provide better written documentation so that I have something to refer back to if needed.

Like feel and weight / Keyboard connection issue.
I like the feel and weight of the keyboard and mouse. Setting up the Bluetooth connection to the mouse was easy and still works well. I was able to use Bluetooth to connect the keyboard after a few tries, but keeping the connection was an issue. It would loose the connection after computer came out of sleep or from restart. It would stay paired but would not connect. Each time, to get it to connect I would have to remove the device and re-pair and connect it. I called support but I kept getting redirected to the "person who could help me". After 3 hours and four people I had to hang up. I used the Dell community which was useful, but I am still having issues. I gave 3 stars because when it works, it works well and I like it.

Very portable! Small keys make for fat fingering interface
Overall excellent keyboard and mouse. I love how tactile and portable the devices are. Reason I give 4/5 is some of the keys are too small! As someone who spends significant time in excel and in powerpoint, the very small size of the up and down arrows is a significant hindrance and results in GUI interface difficulties. The small size of the delete and backspace buttons, paired with very close proximity to num lock, leads to some fat fingering as well.
If the key sizes were fixed (just make the keyboard 1" bigger!, I would give this a 5/5.

A great choice for a bluetooth mouse / keyboard
The mouse / keyboard set is almost perfect for me. Bluetooth was easy to setup and it works well. The keys are amply sized and spaced. The keyboard is nicely trimmed to minimal overall dimensions. The mouse fills the palm of the hand, if you like that shape, which I do. My only complaint is the lack of an LED indicator on the numlock key. However, there is an LED on the caplock key.

Keyboard and mouse will stop responding at random intervals (0-5 times per day) when connected via the Dell USB dongle. The only way to get the device to reconnect is to remove the dongle and reconnect.

I have a dell 'Latitude' laptop and a very comfortable laptop cart for my dew home desk. I needed something compact to work with my small portable desk. There is almost no space from the end of the letters and the number pad. I love it. The fit is perfect and it allows me to convert my laptop into a desktop and not use the laptop keyboard. I figured the dell combo would naturally be a good fit for me, being the same brand. I highly recommend if you want the smallest regular keyboard. The mouse feels good, it's very responsive and it works great on the desktop w/o a pad. This combo transformed my laptop into a more comfortable work station. I like the feel of the keys. Looks and feels like good quality. Highly recommend for a laptop workstaion upgrade.

Great combo set, easy to set up and use
This keyboard mouse combo is a must if you have multiple devices. It is easy to use with my devices. Very user friendly, I had no problems getting it set up on my computer and tablet. I like that I can take my tablet into the living and work on my coffee table with this set and don't have to sit at my computer desk all day. The mouse is comfortable to use for long periods and the keyboard has a nice sleek design.

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a keyboard that closely matched my Dell laptop so I could switch back and forth easily. This is even better and the mouse is also an upgrade from the one I was using. I only wish the keyboard was backlit.

Just what I wanted
I bought this keyboard and mouse for my travel set for when I’m away from my home office. I have large hands and don’t like using the laptop keyboard for lots of data entry. The keyboard is compact but still very comfortable for lots of entry. The mouse is nothing special, but comfortable and reliable. Both connect wirelessly in seconds and haven’t given me any problems. Perfect for what I needed.

Works well EXCEPT it doesn't allow you to log into start up BIOS. To get into BIOS you have to find your plugin keyboard (which I planned to give away to save space) and plug it in, then restart system. Once that is fixed this will be a good product.

The keyboard is nice and comfortable. Battery is too soon to tell if it's gonna last. But what bothers me the most is that they didn't map Fn+Left arroy to Home and Fn+Right arrow to End. Those who uses Excel on a daily basis, this is a must. I have a XPS and this is a valid combination. I had a Latitude before and the same. Why didn't they put this here? Not even the option. They put home end far away from PqUp and PgDown which makes no sense. I saw in a forum people complaining about a Precision that they later added via a BIOS update. But not for this keyboard. Why? Why are the up and down arrows so tiny? Why not shrink right shift key and make arrows bigger? I'm disappointed.

The computer originally came with a cheap keyboard and mouse, but I decided to upgrade to a fancy wireless keyboard and mouse. However, after connecting them, I consistently experienced an annoying delay. Realizing it wasn't worth the time and money, I stashed the fancy set in our spare box of computer parts and wires, and reconnected the cheap keyboard, which works flawlessly like a rockstar.

Great for hybrid work
This is great for hybrid work because the Bluetooth and usb connections allow you to use the keyboard and mouse on multiple systems for home and work. The keyboard and mouse are compact so I can bring it with me so I have the same setup no matter where I am working. Lastly, the Dell peripheral manager software allows me to manage the devices for customized actions which helps me access key documents, applications, or links.

Great look and feel to this mouse keyboard combo. Only flaw with it is that the switch to switch devices is in the top left of the keyboard and gets hit multiple times if you use the number pad frequently. But overall it is very sleek and quiet to use.

Great set of mouse and keyboard. I love the feel on my fingers. The multi-device works flawlessly. I used the same keyboard and mouse for two different laptop computers... less clutter on my desk. The only comment I have is the up and down arrows... they are too small so takes a lot of getting used to. Overall I'm happy and would recommend it to everyone.

Great keyboard and mouse combo!
I’ve used this keyboard and mouse at work for the past two years and loved the feel and long battery life on both devices. When it was time to upgrade the home computer I added this keyboard and mouse without a second thought!

A Nice Multi-Device Keyboard
Although I haven’t used it much yet, the keyboard seems to be very well made. The keys have a nice feel and the connections so far has been fast and easy. I love the ability to connect 3 devices (1 via USB and 2 via Bluetooth).

Keyboard is super quiet and mouse is ergonomically designed. The only downside to the keyboard is it is rather small compared to standard keyboard which would not be suitable for large hands or those who are accustomed to or desiring larger scale

Comfortable and High Quality from Dell
Compared to my previous keyboard and mouse, Dell's combo is much more comfortable in-hand. The mouse is easy to hold and doesn't cause wrist pain. I love that I am able to pair up to three different devices with the included USB adapter and through Bluetooth.

This is an excellent product to get as the keyboard is slim. Both mouse and keyboard hold an option of switching through the devices at it connect the device with the help of Bluetooth. This is the coolest feature and I recommend to buy this product.

Sleek and versatile. This Dell keyboard and Mouse combo can easily be connected with 2 additional Bluetooth devices.
I have it connected to my Dell OptiPlex 7000 via USB receiver and can easily switch it over to my MacBook Bluetooth without issues. The keys feel smooth and responsive.

It would be better if the keyboard was a full sized keyboard. It would be nice if you did not have to go back and change the keyboard change when going between devices, especially if it could be done through the mouse. Other wise it is okay.

Looks nice, and works well when it works, but I have had trouble with both the dongle connection cutting out / stuttering / dropped characters from 1.5 feet away from the keyboard on my PC as well as reconnection problems with the bluetooth from like 8" away on my macbook. Honestly, kind of disappointed, and would have sent it back if I hadn't already thrown away the boxes. Curious if there are other better options out there for multiple device keyboard/mouse setups, but right now don't have the patience or funds to do more experimentation, so I guess I'm stuck with these.

The keyboard has a nice design and is functional. However, I would prefer the traditional layout with separate fn keys, full size up and down arrow keys, separate page up and page down keys, etc.
The mouse could be a bit smaller, but is otherwise not bad.

I have used Multi Keyboard and Mouse Combo but this product is very good and highly
effective. I love the Multi device switching which is very fast if I have to say one small thing about this then the down/up and side arrows could have been little bigger for playing games.

I am loving this keyboard!
I purchased this keyboard only because it was an almost perfect match to the key location and size of my laptop computer. I hate to adjust to 2 different keyboard layouts.
This has been perfect! The "click" noise is not too loud and the layout is perfect for me.
The keyboard also has a nice weight to it, so it doesn't move at all.
Highly recommend.
