Great add for my WFH office set-up
Great to use when you have dual monitors. Only request is that I had to purchase a cable adaptor to complete set-up with my Dell laptop.

Fantastic Dock

Awesome docking for our users
Awesome little docking station - one wire to rule them all.
TB3 is a great solution for roaming users... one wire, you are charging, in the network, extra displays, external devices, etc.
Mac works too...some effort required.

An overpriced USB hub/HDMI adapter with a very noisy power supply
If I had to do it again, I'd just use a USB-C HDMI adapter and a USB hub to get the extra ports I needed (for reference: I'm using this on a Dell Precision laptop with only a few USB-C ports).
The "dock" is really just the aforementioned hub with a very cheap power supply built in. It doesn't save desk-space like a real dock (one where the laptop would rest in a cradle).
My main reason for a 1-star review is that power supply. When it is powering the laptop (no load) it has a high-pitched interference noise that's very irritating (and never goes away). The noise get's progressively worse when the internal fan on this thing kicks on under higher load.
If this wasn't purchased through a convoluted corporate purchase process, I'd have returned it the same day without hesitation.

It just works!
Dell dock's just work (with Dell product). Excellent resolution, easy install, and it just seems to work. Clients never complain about their dock's from Dell, which I appreciate.

Bring Back VGA
It's a better model then the previous dock wd15 which I believe was causing a lot of battery to swell up. The only thing I think should be better is if they could have kept vga port, instead of 2 display ports.

Helpful, Portable, Love it!
I received this product through my work, as my whole department went fully remote and it was time I committed to a professional home office set up. This docking station, helped me connect my two monitors and laptop together. It's super small and that is my favorite thing about it, the size is impeccable. It doesn't over-heat either, which was one of my worries.
