Rated 5 out of 5 by REBECCA R. from Ok, but not great Screen resolution (set to it's highest) is not the same quality as my 5 year old Toshiba, nor is the quality of the material that the laptop is encased in...in hind-site I wish I had bought something I could touch and view in person...but I've been so pleased with my old laptop, I wrongfully assumed I would be equally pleased with the new one. I'm optimistic that it will last as long as the old one, but saddened that it feels and looks so 'cheap' when it's comparable in price (cost a little more) than my 5 year old Toshiba Satellite.

When my Catering Director was in the market for a new laptop, I highly recommended this product. I'm disappointed that I did. Received the product on April 4th. On April 12th, the screen was messed up. I have emailed pictures to CDW and we are still waiting on a response.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BENJAMIN I. from No Complaints The monitors I have connected with HDMI have acted a bit funky, and the keyboard looks a little weird because it sticks out around the bottom-middle (I do not know if these are errors with this model or just my computer). The Bluetooth also seems to cut out quite a bit more than my other devices, but it is manageable. The Intel sticker is kind of annoying, as well. In addition, a pause/play button is not built-in. The touchpad's position is also kind of weird. I could maybe go on, but I do not want to. Despite all these things I have brought up, I really have no complaints. This laptop is imperfect, yes. But that is to be expected. Regardless, this is a legitimate computer for playing light games (I am playing Danganronpa V3 on it right now and it is doing great) and schoolwork (I am in college, using Brightspace) as well as many other little things in-between (email, pdfs, docs, etc.). That is what I have found so far, and it has not failed to tackle any task that I have laid out before it. That is why, despite all those things I pointed out, that I can say that I have no complaints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ROBERT T. from Hate the screen saver before login page The laptop is great once you get to know the systems. What I hate is the screen saver you have to delete before you can sign in. I talk to a Toshiba tech and there's no way of removing it, other then that it's nice laptop.
