Rated 5 out of 5 bydbensavage from Rear Cord too short too reach back of UPS UnitThe Cord on the Back that plugs into the UPS unit is too short :OI guess I'll have to make a new longer cord so this will bolt in my rack flush with the UPS unit. Poor design. If the cord was only 6 inches longer it would be fine. If you have a short depth UPS you will be fine but on a Full depth unit don't expect this to work out of the box....

Rated 5 out of 5 bySteveM from Poorly designedI purchased this product with a SMART5000XFMRXL but the unit is designed in such a way that when you attach it to the SMART5000XFMRXL the cable is too short and/or the unit does not go deep enough into the rack so the BP48V24-2U has to 'float' in the rack since it has to be pushed practically to the middle of the rack shelf so that it can be attached properly.
