Rated 5 out of 5 by from good printer for home office I ordered this printer on Office depot store. The machine working well. Easy to set up. The only thing I don't like is the size. It takes too much spaces. Other than that it workingvery good. I like this printer can print up to 11X17. It is good to print dome photo. But don't expect fine quality print.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EPSON Printer Well... I am writing a review because it is apart of the set up process... so I will base it off of that. It was incredibly easy. Just follow the steps and you are good to go. It was a lot bigger than I expected however it is not a problem. The testing printer page was incredibly crisp and I was pleased to see no bleeding or distortion. I am over all happy with the purchase as of right now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good printer so far I bought this printer to specifically print letter and tabloid size paper. I didn't do enough research, because, although I can print both sizes, I have to change the paper out every single time - which happens numerous times a day. A little annoying. Not sure if theres a model that does that, but this one isnt it. Set up was a breeze. Print/copy speed is good. Touch screen display is very helpful with prompts. The unit itself is bigger than I thought it would be. Have only had it a couple weeks... so far so good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked well until it didn't anymore! I bought this in July of last year and have not even used it enough to go through two ink cartridges. Then it started eating paper and constantly jamming plus makes this horrible noise and then displays an error saying the cassette 1 isn't inserted correctly. I have tried everything and it won't clear the error or print a sheet. Disappointing with it being so new. Can't recommend this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ink too expensive Ink cartridges are tiny and cost way too much. Picture and print quality is excellent. Scan works well. Print speed is fast and photos are HD on photo paper. Did I mention the ink is ridiculously expensive for how tiny the cartridges are?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't bother with this printer I bought this less than a month ago and I am still waiting for it to work without any errors. Set up was horrible. Tech support is incompetant and when it does work without error, it takes about 5 minutes from the time I press print, until the time the job actually prints. Epson should pay me for all the time I have spent trying to troubleshoot the errors!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recommended with reservations The Epson 7710 does a very good and fast job of printing and seems efficient with ink. The paper exchange is, to say the least, daunting. The large format use is quite satisfactory once the learning curve is flattened. Changing standard paper through the front tray or using envelopes is difficult and often results in inaccurate printing. Recommended with reservations. Thank you.

The test prints came out fine. . .But when I went to print from my doc's it would not print. . .I then set it up wireless and the test prints came out okay. . . BUT, when I go to print, still won't print. . . . .I have followed every prompt completely. . . .WHY WON'T MY PRINTER, PRINT ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why get rid of a great feature My previous printer/scanner WF 4630 allowed me to describe my document prior to scanning, my new WF 7710 does not allow this. I am required to take an additional steps by finding the document in the folder then renaming it. WHY? additionally, the set up takes too long. Other than this, the wide format printing works as described as does the letter size printing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EPSON IS THE BEST BRAND I HAVE USED I NOW OWN ONLY EPSON BRAND PRINTERS, SUPER RELIABLE AND EASE OF USE ARE INCORPORATED INTO THEIR PRODUCTS. THIS PARTICULAR COMBO PRINTER WAS PURCHASED TO REPLACE A BROTHER THAT WAS NOT GETTING IT DONE. RECIEPT PRINTING WAS TO SLOW AND PAPER CAPACITY WAS TOO SMALL TO HANDLE EVEN A SMALL BUSINESS OPERATION. I STARTED WITH A ARTISON SERIES AND WAS SATIFIED SO I DECIDED TO UPGRADE OUR PRIMARY WITH THE WF SERIES. ALL PREVOIUS PROBLEMS RESOLVED AND WE HAVE HAD ZERO TECHNICAL OR PERFORMANCE ISSUES IN YEARS. JUST LOAD PAPER AND INK AS NEEDED" WHICH IT'S EASY ON " AND DONE. TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH COST AND CAPABLITY OF EPSON PRODUCTS. ALSO PREFER THEIR PRINT HEAD TYPE OVER OTHER BRANDS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Misstep There is one problem that really bugs me. We live in the desert, so dust is a huge problem. I cannot cover the full printer, as anything touching the front screen makes it stay ON. I need to cover the screen to be able to cover lower down and get the paper exit (where much dust collects) protected. The darn screen will not go into a sleep mode if the cover is touching it. My wife hates this about it too. Otherwise it is OK.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Prints I've had my printer for about 6 months and I love it. I used it to run my small in home business. Suddenly the printer malfunctioned in the middle of a print job. I tried fixing the issue myself using the online tools with no success. I sent an email describing my issues as instructed Friday night and by Saturday morning I received a reply instructing me to call in on Monday. Monday morning I called and the nice lady informed me that someone would call me back a little later that day to resolve the issue. Just as she said, that evening I got a call from another nice lady who informed me that my printer had malfunction but if it was within warranty, they would replace it. Luckily I was still within warranty. I explained that I use the printer for my business and she was nice enough to overnight it to me. I'm hoping this was just a one time thing because I really like the printer. This is day one of the new / refurbished printer so fingers crossed that this one lasts. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the malfunction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features, difficult to use I bought this printer because I needed all of the features a multi-function device provides. Setup seemed easy, but I am not able to use all functions. Even printing only works about half of the time on the first try. I'm constantly having to run my printer troubleshooter, scanning is near impossible, printing from a flash drive has never worked, and copying has been troublesome. My company's IT techs are tired of me and suggested I buy a different printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Install Cumbersom I bought the printer and it arrived on time as advertised. Set up and Install was an issue. It is fairly heavy, so manipulating the install was a chore. I installed the ink cartridges, but did not get the tell-tale "click". The animation kept showing the cover wasn't closed. I finally powered down and powered back up it seems fine. Ive only used it to print confirmation of fax set up and usb set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy set up We've only had it a couple of weeks so we haven't had to use all the features. The set up was easy and the output quality is good as expected. I've run into two issues but haven't had time to contact Epson. First, for most of our printing "draft quality" is adequate and we want to conserve ink . Although there is a draft setting, I haven't been able to select it for use. Second, when we scan using the Epson scanning app, the quality is extremely poor. When we use the Mac Image Capture app the quality is fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unknown - great luck with previous Epson Produces None - after 2 days (about 4 hours) I still cannot get the printer to connect to my computer - My Stylus Photo 1400 kicked off in about 10 minutes and ran like a champ for about 5 years until it just simplely got really tired. That performance is the reason that I considered no other name when I a new printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not what I expected The printing quality is horrible. Will not print a decent picture no matter how I change the settings. Always has an "error" or doesn't like my paper...etc. Too fussy. I purchased this because of the wide paper allowance. So far...it doesn't work. Haven't been able to use this feature yet! Not happy at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great all in one! we purchased this last month and have loved the capabilities of printing small to large sized paper projects. The faxing is a breeze. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic printer for photography Just brought this home yesterday and set it up this morning. Directions for set up were easy BUT the CD and "Start Here" document were not included in the box, even though it said they were, on the box label. Luckily, Epson has all these things online for download and so I was able to get them easily. I'm an amateur photographer and the last printer I had was an Epson 2200 for large prints (up to 13x19). That was a good printer, but quite expensive. When that one died, I went without a color printer for several years. When I saw the ad for this printer and saw what it could do and then saw the sale price I ordered it immediately. I haven't printed a photo on it yet, so the jury's still out, but I'm expecting it will be awesome. Can't wait to try it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adequate Not a bad unit but a bit slower than expected and not great scan quality. When upping the resolution to try to combat the latter, it took a very long time to scan a basic page and even then the quality wasn't much better. One of the only printers in this range to have A3 printing capability though which was a pull factor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! This printer is fantastic! Works great, works fast, does 12x18 and 13x19 paper, which is perfect for me (I’m an Architect) the only thing I wish I did was upgrade to the 7720 which has an extra tray, then I could keep both 8x11 and 12x18 without switching paper. Buy this printer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Set-up instructions very poor When trying to set up the unit, I chose the language as English. and was unable for a long time to "enter" that choice and continue. Nothing in any of the written instructions indicated that I should tap the screen to change entry questions. I accidently "bumped" the screen after about 10 minutes and noticed the screen change and was able to complete the entries. Something is needed to be added to the instructions to tell a new owner how not to waste so much time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer Its a big printer but it takes legal paper and my last printer could not scan legal size paper where this printer can, easy to use and fast printouts very impressed with it, and the ink that came with the printer is still being used so far and it takes larger size ink if that's what you want.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printing from computer issues I was excited that I found a printer that could do the job of 2 printers that had to be replaced. Unfortunately it has been a problem getting it to print from the computer despite the efforts of a very computer savvy family member. Driver problems don't seem to want to solve themselves. Repair operation messaged that they could not fix the problem and left it at that. Strangely enough it prints from my phone via an Epson app so it can print just not from the computer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer This printer is powerful and more importantly, reliable. I have had many wireless printers in the past but none have made it as easy as this one. It is always connected and I can print from my phone with ease. My last printer required turning it on and off to get it to connect to the wifi. This thing on the other hand has given me no problems. It is large but not bulky and would make a great addition to a home office or a small business. While I have not been able to try the fax feature, the scanning is amazing. it makes it very easy to scan multiple documents at once in no time at all. The printer does get dirty rather easily, the plastic seems to be a dust magnet. I think this printer is best suited for a small business that doesn't need thousands of sheets of paper a day. while it is very fast, there are other printers that are more suited for larger volume printing. this printer is very cool in that it allows for a large variety of paper types and sizes, making it very versatile. If you need a printer, then this is your guy for the job. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wide Format at an Affordable Price! Unpacking the printer is pretty straightforward. Although the cardboard was damp and there was condensation on the plastic, the printer was fine. The fact that it uses a proprietary power cable is somewhat annoying. The network and USB ports are tucked away on the left hand side of the unit rather than on the back which is awkward but not impossible in the space I am using. It does become problematic when a paper jam occurs in the rear feed unit as the cord can get in the way. Users should note that when configuring the printer, there is not a “save” option; however, “start setup” seems to be equal to “save”. During the ink jet alignment procedure, a page is printed to facilitate alignment. The user is directed to choose from each row the box with no lines and no spaces. However, the page did not have any boxes in any row that fit this criteria resulting in the user needing to take his or her best guess. These set up issues may have been detailed in the manual on CD, but I did not take the time to load and read it as most people will not bother to do this. The printer has a large footprint which makes sense considering its ability to print in a wide format. Be sure you have space to access the rear feed tray. I have mixed feelings about the rear feed for odd ball paper sizes: the versatility is great, but the location could be troublesome depending on the space constraints. The quality and speed of the printing is really excellent considering that it is an ink jet printer. Black and white prints and copies are super crisp. Color prints are shockingly good! This printer easily outperforms the color laser I have been using. It will be interesting to see how long the ink cartridges last. The cartridges shipped with the printer are small compared to other ink jet cartridges I have used. For those who are used to fewer paper size options, the printer needs some attention to make sure that the paper size is clearly defined both at the printer and in the computer software being used – and both have to be in agreement. And the thing I find most annoying about the printer is that it does not seem to have a default setting (ex: B&W copy, single sided) to which it returns after a designated amount of idle time. If your last print was 2-sided color and you forget to adjust the printer settings, you can easily end up copying 2-sided color on your next copy job, so be sure to check every time. I also have not figured out how to kill a print job during the print process. There is not an obvious “cancel” button. Having the ability to print in wide format and on legal and ledger size paper at home is great! These are options that might be more than the average home user would need, but for the price, it’s well worth it! Users who enjoy digital scrapbooking or similar hobbies will enjoy the ability to print on 10” x 10” inch stock and 12”x12” inch stock without leaving the house. And the high quality printing truly makes a trip to the print shop unnecessary. This printer is great for desk top publishing tasks, too. This printer has a lot of exciting options that I have not had the opportunity to test yet, and I find the fax option to be unnecessary in the digital age. Overall, I am truly impressed by this machine and look forward to exploring it further. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile, Efficient, and everything I need. I love my new Epson Workforce WF-7710. It was super easy to unbox and set up. I love that it can print different size paper and scan up to 11 x 17. For work I need the capability to scan different sizes so this Epson is perfect for business and / or pleasure. Also the fact that it can print and scan and copy 2 sided also gives me the time to accomplish other tasks with such an efficient printer. It also gives me the versatility to print from my laptop, tablet and even smartphone. It holds enough paper (250 sheets) so I do not constantly have to refill or monitor the paper. It prints fast and great quality for such a reasonable priced machine. I love the fact that I can use high capacity ink cartridges for high volume printing and know that I will not run out of ink. It was so easy to set up I did not have to refer to the manual, although it is nice one is included and not just accessible online. The ink will not fade so the documents will last a long time and not require replacement. The copy, scan and fax functions are speedy and high resolution as well and the color touchscreen keeps me abreast of the status. I have been printing envelopes as need but not on a regular basis, nevertheless it is nice to have the option. It truly is multifunctioning and the operation is quiet. Rated 5 out of 5 by from in love This is the first Epson brand printer I have ever used, and I regret waiting so long! I was shocked at the size of the device and very excited about the large scan and print capability. Opening the box I noticed several blue tapes so while removing those I took a good look at all the mechanics. The printer can print from the front but also has a rear feed option if you have paper you don't want to get bent. The starting instructions are very well written. Straight forward without a ton of excessive text, it also includes very specific comments that make sure you have no questions about how anything goes. I used the included disc to download to my desktop, the website to connect my 2 different types of laptops to the network, and the app on my iPhone. The desktop had some issues connecting using the automatic reccomended settings (it is an old desktop so it could have been the computer). Once I selected to manually add the printer to the network the instructions were also very specific and easy to follow, connection was successful. I was concerned how well the large capacity paper tray would work, I filled it and have had no issues with it grabbing more than 1 paper at a time for each print task. I had a few concerns about this printer due to past experiences with other brands of printers, none of my concerns have been an issue with this Epson WorkForce 7710. It easily connects to multiple devices. Doesnt have any issues adjusting to different paper sizes or types. I tested printing double sided pages with no issue and the photo quality was great. I often print on index card and envelopes, this printer functions so well with all the jobs I have tested. I'm beyond pleased with this device. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big but good! This print is advertised as wide format so you should it expect to be a large printer. This All-in-One is exactly what I was searching for, a wide format scanner with scan directly to a memory stick, along with auto duplex printing, and duplex copying capability. After a month of use all is as a I had hope for, reliable printing, excellent scanning. I hope the cost of ownership matches the performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good I purchased this a month or so ago to replace a WorkForce printer that unfortunately died at less than 2 years. Since my previous Espon printer lasted well over a decade, I was very disappointed. However a move from ME to NY in the moving van may have contributed to this. Though it worked fine for a few weeks after the move, the way it broke leads me to believe the rough truck ride may have caused the problem. I like this printer fine so far, but right away I got a notice on the screen to update firmware. Which I tried to do with no success. A call to Epson revealed that the firmware cannot be updated with a wireless connection (which is not stated anywhere else). So everytime I turn the printer on I get the update notice that I have to click off. It's not a huge deal, but is irritating. I just hope this WorkForce lasts longer than the previous one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from not happy compleatly . Bought this Printer and had trouble getting it to work on my system. Partly my fault but not PC savoy so issues there. Now that I have got it kind of straight and I know that I should use only Epson ink but with my budget I have to go with reman. and I see now there are not many places if any that I can get what I need. I am now having to look at dumping this WF 7710 and finding another printer of perhaps lesser quality that I can afford the ink for and be able to print lager prints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too easy to screw up when installing ink cartridges My only real complaint about this printer is that it allows the ink cartridges to be installed without removing the yellow tape from the cartridges. When this happens, the ink delivery system gets fouled beyond repair. In my case, I did this with the yellow cartridge. No amount of nozzle cleaning ever allowed the yellow ink to work properly. Greens and yellows never printed properly. I had to return the printer to Amazon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great design! I'm in love with this printer! If you’re looking for an All-In-One professional printer then this is the one for you! It's a bit on the heavy side, and for good reason, its heavy duty and durable. The set-up of this printer was super easy, with that being said, this is a first. It was a pleasure setting this one up, no difficulty at all. The set-up guide was done very well and the on screen directions made it super easy. On to the printing, it was sooo gorgeous! The color is vibrant. I started with a regular print out, perfect! I have gloss paper on hand so I went ahead with a color picture, spectacular! The colors are vibrant and it looks like a professional picture. I definitely, hands down, recommend this printer! It's on the pricey side but its well worth it, it does an awesome job and will last long! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice printer Started using this on Jan 11, 2018 and i use it everyday and no issues so far. Love this printer !! ADF works nice for quickly scanning stack of double sided papers, it warms up quick and scans quickly. Wide format printing is great to have for my needs. I haven't printed any photos yet though. The text is small and crisp like my laser printer, much better than my last older workforce 630 printer. The large touchscreen menus are very easy to use. Can't go wrong for wide format at this price, i was surprised at how nice this turned out, when i bought it there was no reviews other than paid ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement Printer Wont Work With Google My original 7710 had issues and was replaced with a refurbished printer. Now I cant print from any site on my Goggle account. It prints from Microsoft Edge but not GMAIL. Epson support said it was my problem not theirs (ref # 19028-007694) Google says it is an internal problem with the printer. Now I'm stuck with a printer that's not very useful to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big,fun, functional printer Here is my background I am a stay at home mom, volunteer, and my husband owns his own business. With that being said we do a ton of printing at home. I have 2 elementary school aged children with constant project and needing things printed. I also love printing out food menu items, crafting, photos and many other things. As for my husbands work, we have to print out many blue prints and flyers. The printer came and the box was slightly damaged but that didn’t effect the printer. After opening we started to install and set up the printer which was so user friendly and easy. It’s a BIG printer. Set up with the big touch screen and key pad was great. It was very clear and easy to navigate threw the process as well as printing things out. I was a bit disappointed with the ink. For such a big printer you would think it would be either eco tank or even bigger ink cartridges. After ink we loaded up the paper, which wasn’t that easy. It was a bit confusing for me. Maybe I’m not used to so many options as i am used to a very basic printer but i think over time it will get easier to load the. Paper. After loading the paper we started to print. It was very quiet! The first thing we tried was a photo. Even with photo paper i felt it wasn’t great photo quality but it was nice. I do think with a little practice maybe i could get better. As for blue prints and double sided printing. It did a great job. It was fast, quiet and produced quality prints. Here are my pros and cons pros: easy set up, fast, quiet, great touch screen, 2 sided printing is awesome, has many different paper options. Has a easy printing from phone or tablet with app and setting up WiFi. Cons: BIG, hard to load paper, doesn’t hold much ink, printing photos wasn’t the best quality. All in all i really enjoy using this printer. This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that i received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer for home office use...BUT Would have been five stars, but what Epson neglects to tell you in the specs is, yes it does have two "trays" one on bottom and one in back, however the tray in the back, can ONLY support a single piece of paper at a time. Not really helpful when you need to print 8.5x11 and 11x17. Having to swap paper out all the time sucks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My son loves it. My son's printer gave out after 15 years of service. Needed a new one for him to use during school. This one fits the bill. He can do whatever he needs for his class projects. The only drawback is that I forgot to sign up for the ink replenishment program at Best Buy when I bought the computer. Apparently it is something that is only available at the time of purchase. Other than that, it is a great printer

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Photos Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Review NOTE: before doing any printing, do a print head check, and Print head alignment, I noticed an improvement in printouts after doing this step, Epsom should recommend this. I have had the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 For a Few days now. One of the first things I did was set it up and print out a high gloss Photo Image the came out looking like a professional print. Printing was quick with paper cassette tray filled. I have not tried the NFC / Wifi Direct (No Need) but this will make direct printing from mobile Devices that support printing a snap. I use Google Print and pairing was very simple via the Web UI. The Web UI is intuitive but not as polished as it could be. Touch Screen controls are intuitive to navigate and pairing to my home wifi network was simple. Scan for networks select mine type in the password using the Onscreen Touch Keyboard. I was able to scan a document front and back with the ADF Scanner using the Epson Network Scanner app, I was not able to get windows to scan natively from the scanner. Supports Google Cloud Print, AirPrint, Epson email Print using their software registration program. Scan to Cloud, I was looking forward to using scan to cloud, it does not appear that google drive / docs is supported and I have to use the Epson Software to set it up. Printer is BIG Length 22 in Width 18 - 22 in depending if you use the back bypass tray and have the touch panel pulled up. Hight 14 - 22 in 22 is with ADF sheet tray lifted up, otherwise it is only 14in high CON No google drive support Starter cartridges for ink. I think if you spend almost 300$ for a printer you should get full use Ink cartridges, I will say these trial cartridges are lasting a bit. Issues with Windows not auto detecting and installing the drivers. Clunky webUI “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This large format MFP is a winner! The Epson WorkForce WF-7710 is a home or small office staple. This MFP is a heavily featured machine, including photo quality prints up to 13x19 in size, a 11x17 two sided auto feed scanner, and a platen scanner. This printer also includes the options to fax, copy, and duplex printing. It also features wired and wireless connections, Wi-Fi Direct, Ethernet and NFC pairing. While unboxing, I noticed the printer was well packed and had ample styrofoam that would likely protect it from any harsh shipping environment. Once the printer was out of the box, there were 20 pieces of blue tape that secured all the parts and pieces during the shipping process. This was probably the most amount of tape I had ever pulled off of a product. Therefore, be sure to check all areas; some pieces are not obvious. The paper tray was large and had a capacity of 250 sheets of copy paper. The feed tray has many options, such as; letter, legal, A4, 11x17, and 13x18. The tray can also hold paper in landscape up to A3 paper size. The menu screen was easy to read with a bright glass panel and capacitive touch. When first booting, it took about 6 minutes to initialize. Once the boot up was complete, the printer asked to insert the ink cartridges. The ink cartridges the printer came with were of standard capacity allowing 300 color pages and 350 black and white pages. It was also compatible with XL cartridges at 1,100 color and black & white prints. One of the things this printer is capable of, which is not an option for many other machines, is a super XL black cartridge that can yield about 2,200 black & white prints. While printing normal pages, along with photos, I noticed that the printer speed was fast, even with quality prints. The control panel is adjustable from a vertical position to a 40 degree angle, which is great since my printer is on a low shelf and this allows me easy access to the menu screen. After using this printer for about a week, I would have to say there is a lot to like about this multi-function printer and very few dislikes. One thing I think Epson should include is, during the setup, provide an option to connect to WiFi. If you would like to connect wirelessly, it must be done after the initial setup is complete then drill down into a couple of the machine settings to initiate the wifi setup. This machine is not capable of connecting to a 5ghz network but, that is not a big deal unless your home is crowded on the 2.4ghz network. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big boy printer So far, I’ve enjoyed my experience with the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer. I’ve had the printer for just over a week now and my experience to date has been almost all positive. I’ve been happy with the print quality and print speed is very fast. This is quite a capable printer, it can print 2-sided, it can scan and fax. The document feeder is appears that it would hold a large number of sheets. PACKAGING: Because this printer is wide-format capable, you should be prepared that this is a large printer, it takes up a good deal of desk space. Because of this, the box it ships in is also very large. When I received the printer, in my estimation, it was well packed and well protected. There are many pieces of tape installed to keep items from moving in transit, so expect you’ll be pulling off a lot of tape before your first print. SETUP: Very simple, very easy. The setup was as I mentioned very simple. Getting it connected to my wifi was a breeze. The touch screen is excellent, it really stands out compared to some of the other printers I’ve owned or used. I will warn you that initial boot-up set up takes awhile. Partially because one of the first things that the printer does is pull down the latest firmware. Despite having to wait, I appreciate this functionality. I hate running into odd issues only to find out that they are solved in later firmware. The other issue I had was that the ink cartridges did not “CLICK” into place. They seem to be properly installed, but I never was able to get that satisfying “CLICK” out of it. Not quite sure why. CONCLUSION: This is a great printer as far as the hardware is concerned. I’m quite happy with the build quality and the print quality. My family, specifically my kids, have really enjoyed the vibrance of the color print and I appreciated the easy of setup. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly Surprised! I just bought the AIO WF-7710. Delivered today!! First, it's bigger than I thought it would be but it fit into my office space so no complaints. Set up (for someone like me) was very easy. I just followed the instructions to the " T " and it worked. It took longer to unpack the machine from its taped wrappings than it actually took for the setup! Aside: thank you Epson for the way you did pack it though because I saw from my window my UPS Driver tumble it off his hand cart onto my lawn and I was thinking "umm that's a very bad start"...but it was absolutely fine. Annndd it has a "quiet mode" was a nice surprise that was, I am loving this machine already as it's printing faster than my previous Canon printer and it's printing double sided!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome printer.. highly recommended This is my first experience in Workforce Printer. Surprised at first sight. It was bigger than I expected. The package is very good and weight is almost 48lb. Box comes with 4 ink cartridge, power cable, quick start guide and Software cd (no Ethernet cable, If we need to setup via Ethernet you have to take your own).Printer setup is very easy and guide is also good. Just follow the steps in the guide for the installation. I have completed the unpacking and installation in between 20- 30 min. Unpack and remove all stickers. Then connect power and turn on the printer. Enter language, country and time. Then lift scanner unit and open ink cartridge cover and insert cartridge after removed yellow tape from the cartridge (Shake cartridge before install, especially if you are in freezing areas lol ;)). Make sure all cartridges are pushed down until it clicks. Close the cover and scanner unit. Ink charging will take almost 8 min. We will get the ink charge completion message on the screen. Then load paper, (printable side should be down). We can adjust paper tray based on the size of the paper. One awesome feature of this printer is 2 paper loading option. One is a normal paper tray, it holds 250 papers and output tray hold up to 125 sheet and the second one is a rear feeder, it is an awesome feature. Another amazing feature is wide format printing up to 13x19 and auto double-sided printing up to 11x17, I really need this. We can take more prints than a normal printer for sure. Ink cartridge is much bigger than other printer cartridges moreover instead of 1 cartridge for color, Epson using 3 different cartridges. I love their concept. Register and driver setup in the system was easy. I did not use CD, downloaded setup software from Epson site. Installed Epson connects app on mobile and desktop. The dashboard of the app is very simple and user-friendly. After that I connected with the Wi-Fi and systems, only need to be done once. Everything is working great. Managing print/scan using the app (desktop/Mobile) is very easy. The printer has a good and big color touch screen. I am happy with printer & printing quality but not with printer weight ;). All other features like printing, copy, scan, fax, USB are working fine. We can scan up to 11x17 paper size. We can use automatic document scanning option with two sides scanning and printing, it is a huge plus. We can change the resolution. It will save ink. If we add memory card slot, then it will be very helpful. Normal Print quality and photo printing are outstanding. No fade, spots, ink dry very fastly, no leakage, no smears or streaks. The speed of the print is awesome/fast. I would highly recommend this product to everyone for private/business use, this is a great product. Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real work-horse I bought this printer as a replacement for an HP that died on me - a print-head failure. I needed an all-in-one, but also a large format printer as I produce technical drawings & illustrations. So the 13" x 19" print capacity is perfect for me. So too is the multi-sheet feeder for scanning as I often have to scan signed legal documents. The print speed is good, and the prints are precise. I have two small gripes: the printer I'm using is the second one I bought... the first one refused to acknowledge that the print cartridges were properly installed, and that was fatal... I never got to print a single page, so something there is far too sensitive. Secondly, the WiFi facility defaults to the printer's own network; and it took me a long time to figure out that I didn't need use that and could configure the printer to hook into my WiFi in the house. I persevered, and it was worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works amazing!! This printer is terrific! right out of the box it was easy to set up. I did end up using the software that came with rather than relying on downloading it from the web. I did have a few errors when trying to switch between paper and envelopes, but using the proper software fixed those issues. I was upset that it was not switching from paper to envelopes. I was about to give up & decided to do a full install and it solved all issues. The ability to print from a smart phone is so cool, I really use that alot. Pictures are crisp and vibrant and i find that this machine conserves ink well. I recommend to anyone wanting an awesomesauce printer. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile All in One The Epson WF-7710 Wide-Format Printer is a wonderful addition to my network. I was very impressed that the functions that this printer does at what I consider a compact size for what it does. Being able to print documents that are 13”x19” helps me stay away from print and copy stores and allows me to make them myself. The initial setup of the printer went very smoothly, I actually missed one of the protective tabs on the ink tray and it was able to point me to the exact location that was causing the problem including a picture of where the problem was. Another positive of this printer was the fact that I now have the ability to scan documents not only to a computer, but to my google drive account and my email account. The high capacity ink cartridges are helpful too as it allows me to print a lot of documents and not have to worry about running out of ink in the middle. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good All-In-One I have not had a new printer in about 3 years so I was excited to try this out. I was not disappointed. The setup was incredibly simple. I love that the printer itself connects to the internet so that it can run its own updates instead of having to go through the computer. I also really like how easy it was to setup the wireless printing. Once it was on my network my computer found it and connected. Along with its advanced features it still prints, scans, and copies great. I am really impressed with the quality of the scanning. The big office printer I have at work doesn't scan as well as this. The speed of printing is also very impressive. I have only had this printer for a couple weeks so I don't have any negatives. The only concern I have is the size of the ink cartridges. They are very thin so I don't know how long they will last. Hopefully, it is just a different design that I am used to and they will be on par with all other ink cartridges. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best printer for the money I bought this printer approx. 1 month ago and have had an opportunity to familiarize myself with it. Installation and set up was easy. My only problem was the software. I am still using windows 7 and the software seemed like it would be compatible. After the software installation I was able to get the printer on wi fi, no problem, computer was online but the 2 would not communicate. I uninstalled the software and went on line and downloaded the driver for windows 7. It worked perfectly after that. Quality and speed of the printing is outstanding. This is truly an outstanding small office printer for no more then the price of a home printer. The size of the printer was a little larger then what I expected, but still quite doable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Paper Handling This is a relatively good printer with good options for an all in one. However BEWARE the paper handling if you plan to use anything other than 8.5x11 paper. The tray WILL NOT feed photo paper appropriately and the rear feed is temperamental at best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The True WorkForce of the Industry! First let’s get to the main subject, If you’re looking for an All-In-One professional printer then this is the one for you! When I received the printer at the door I was amazed on the size of the box and for good reason, The packaging was done beyond what a normal printer comes in, This was packed to be 100 percent safe for traveling through the Fedex or UPS places as we all know, they love to see if they can break whatever is inside. I work for a manufacturing company so I know the challenge of shipping an item to arrive safe and sound. Now lets talk about the weight of this printer, Yes it is on the heavy side, and for good reason. This is not one of those printers that your tossing out after a year. The weight is due to being very well made to last a life time. Part of my job at work is also buying the company’s printers for our instructions sheets and more. I have been to every major copy and printer company and have done major research on the good and bad to be on the watch out for. So when I say this is one well made machine I am not joking. You get a heavy machine only when you use quality parts and not cheap all plastic parts. We have seen so many printers get trashed due to being bumped off the desk or table and breaking, that’s not going to happen with this machine, Made to stay in place. Next subject, Set-up. The set-up of this printer was so easy that I truly believe a 8 year old could do it. It was a true pleasure setting this one up. The short set-up guide was done very well and the color on screen directions made it super easy. With having the option of using a wired or wifi connection is great, a lot of the printers now only give you one way to go, but not this machine. You won’t be disappointed. Now the other main subject, Usage, Since this is a all-in-one printer I decided to try every fiction. First was printing a highly detailed photo so I had our company art department come up with a major test print and let me just say “WoW”. This machine passed 100 percent, spot on for detail and color. Then I tried the scanning fiction of the same photo and again, passed 100 percent and did not grain out at all, could not even tell it was a copy. Then we tried other highly detailed pictures of different sizes because this is also a wide format printer and again I was amazed on the outcome. We even did two sided printing and not one problem and the outcome was great. We set-up 5 different items to connect to the printer from cell phones, both android and Iphone, desktop computers and laptop and 1 tablet and had zero problems connecting and use. No disconnects. Then being able to print from a thumb drive or flash drive is also great, go ahead and try to find other printers out there that have that. Being able to print from the cloud is also great because sometimes you just have to work away from were the printer is. Being able to scan items and then saving them to a computer or other item is super, did not have one problem. There is much more that is good about this machine but this review covered the basics of what the average person will use. The only con we can find on this machine is that it is a Ink Jet and as we know, it is like buying gold. We have not printed enough to see what the true yield is but it seems to be using less ink then the other printers around. I guess the good thing about this machine is that you can purchase the larger ink tanks. Plus each color is separate so you don’t have to buy a full tank because you used more blue or yellow, this helps a lot. Our hats off to Epson and the WF-7710 All-In-One Printer. I love when I get the chance to put machines through the paces and try to make them fail, only because I am a Quality Control Manager and that’s my job, Find what is wrong with an item before it gets to the customer. A very well made machine. When I do reviews of test items I feel it is the best interest to be truthful and point out the weak points of a item so that the next person won’t be shocked to find out it was sugar coated and this review was done to the best of my skills. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Far doesn't work I purchased the printer to print on 11x17 paper. So far the only paper sizes I can select to print are 8 1/2 x 11 or smaller. That is not why I purchased a giant size printer. Printer should work out of the box. I hope customer service is helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great features for the price to get the same features from any other manufacturer I feel you need to pay double what the Epson model costs. The features of the printer for the price is why I went with it. Quality of the parts or machine itself is...… leaves much to be desired. My first one broke after conservative use over 1 year. The Automatic document feeder would no longer grab the paper correctly, and printing quality was seemingly out of alignment. Maintenance such as head cleaning and alignment made no difference. Even new ink changed nothing. In my opinion, buy the printer from somewhere that offered a protection plan like best buy. I did, and am glad I did. Swapping for new one was easy and no questions where asked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Constantly needs attention I had my first Epson WF7710 about three weeks when I got an error message indicating I needed to call "service." They gladly provided a new one. I have been using the new one for about two weeks and once again I am constantly having to attend to problems - paper jams, losing connection with the WiFi, constantly getting error messages and having to discard the currently printing request. I have uninstalled and re-installed this printer at least once a day for each day I have used it - one day I had to do that four times! I waste so much time on this printer! UGH!! This one is going to be sent back this weekend and I am going to simply request a refund and will try a different product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome printer! After receiving this printer, I was excited to unbox it. I didn't realize that it would be as big as it is, but I saw the size as a pleasant surprise! I knew right away that this would be a great printer. The instructions and on-screen cues were flawless for helping me set up the printer. I had no trouble whatsoever, and it was a very quick process. I also love how it is compatible with my computer and phone, which makes printing from anywhere so easy! I never realized how nice it would be to print from my phone until receiving this printer. In terms of features, this printer has it all! It has color and black and white copying capabilities, easy scanning (especially when using the mobile app- I have never made an easier scan than I did with this printer!), faxing capabilities, and I am sure many other features that I haven't even explored yet! The control panel is a touch screen (as well as buttons) that makes printing more user-friendly than I have ever experienced before. This printer seems as though it can handle large volumes of paper very well, so I would count this a great printer for anyone in need of one for a work setting, especially a home business. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic for a home printer. First thing I noticed is this printer is very large. Make sure you have room prior to buying this beast. Once connected the set up was fairly simple. Windows 10 found it immediatley with no issues. I was able to print a test page in less than 5 minutes. From there I was able to print numerous formats, with no issues such as .pdf, .docx, and .xlsx. I am weary that the ink cartridges that came with won't last very long. I'm at approx 25% left in 2 of the 4 cartridges and only printed about 30 pages. A mix of we pages with colors, full color photos, and black and white text pages. I don't look forward to the replacement cartridges as they run on the higher side, especially if you plan on getting the "High Capacity" or "Exta High-Capacity" cartridges. I do like that this printer offers wifi and ethernet connections, I am using it via ethernet, but the few tests using my iPhone via wifi and the Epson iPrint app worked just fine. This was my favorite feature, but it's not groundbreaking. Scanned images came out great, easy transition to Photoshop for editing. I am a photographaer so I was excited to see the capabilities of printing photos. Honestly I wasn't super impressed. The quality is fine for your home photobook but I would look else where if you require quality photos. I have had this printer for a couple weeks now and haven't had any issues at all with this printer. Not one paper jam, or error. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the $ I added this to provide 11x17 scanning capability as well as to replace a WF-1100 that was giving problems. The wireless connection took a bit of patience but it is worth the work. I would recommend this machine to anyone needing the 11x17 capability. However, it is large so if you only use letter or legal size media and space is an issue a smaller printer would be recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Large, but awesome! My first thought when receiving the Epson Workforce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer was “wow, that is a huge box!”. After unboxing, I still thought it was a GIANT printer compared to previous printers I have used, but it is big for a reason. The ability to print large paper is quite handy in the office environment, so I will definitely compromise on the size of this printer. Other than the size, the touchscreen on the printer is great because it is large enough to see, and I like that it can be tilted up and down for easier viewing. Installation and setup of the WF-7710 was a breeze. I unboxed and followed directions, and was up in running in about 10 minutes. The wireless set up was very easy, and I love being able to print from my phone and my computer wirelessly. The scanning and printing aspects both were great, easy to use, and high quality. I am getting a lot of use out of this printer for work, and everything looks very professional. This is a great printer for someone who needs to print larger size papers, and also wants the ability to scan, fax, and print wirelessly. I will be putting this thing to use for a long time to come! Rated 5 out of 5 by from A medium sized, efficient quality printer I have been using the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer for 2 weeks now. The printer comes in a well packaged box with detailed installation steps on how to set p the printer. The package also includes a compact disc which has the software that needs to be installed on the laptop/computer which connects via wireless to the printer and one set of the ink case( both color and black ink) that goes into the printer. The whole process of setting up the printer takes less than 15 minutes with 6 minutes taken to charge the ink that goes into the printer. I was able to complete the entire installation process without any issues and in no time I was ready to begin scanning, faxing and printing of documents The print quality of the first sample test page came out very good like one would expect from any Epson product. I also did some color and black/white print outs using my laptop and it came out very well. Now I decided to take some prints from my smartphone. To print from a Mobile device, I first downloaded and Installed the Epson iPrint app on my iPad and iPhone which was a breeze and I was ready to print from my mobile device using my wireless network. The print outs came out nicely without any issues. This printer churns out quality prints fast and efficiently and can be used both in an home office set up as well as in a small business setting. The color touch screen on the Epson WF7710 Printer is large and efficient. I have also scanned many of my documents using the scan feature on the printer as well as faxed some docs using this printer and it all works smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a medium sized efficient quality workhorse printer for small business / home office use. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Annoyingly overcomplicated operation. Very heavy and bulky. It takes a long time to learn how to operate this machine. It is quite complicated, with many redundant settings, which often do not result in acceptable scanned photo quality. Ink is very expensive - and this machine drinks it up fast! If it were not so heavy and bulky, I would return it to Best Buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good business machine but . The single drawback I have found is the single sheet feed system that is supplied from the rear of the printer. If that system could take multiple sheets as little as 20. It would get a 5 star review. Set up was easy and fast all the features worked as advertised. The initial ink cartridges have significant printing capacity. It was easy to set up the wireless since the printer recognized my local network automatically. Since I use normal letter size paper and 11 x17 paper for engineering drawings I must manually change paper frequently. Hence the preference for a better rear feed feature. The price was attractive and ink prices are comparable to other costs for this the of printer I

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality & Features I have been using this printer for about a week now. Set up was a breeze and it quickly connected to my Wi-Fi and associated devices. So far I have encountered no technical issues and have been able to print from my phone, iPad, and laptop with success. The touchscreen is large and responsive with an intuitive layout that makes finding most options and modes easily. I really like the scan to email feature that allows me to scan directly to my email address. With the auto document feeder, I am able to scan multiple pages at once without the hassle of lifting the cover and placing each page on the scanning bed. In addition, the ability to print large documents is a must. I frequently print in 11x17 and this printer will scan, print, and copy this size with ease. I will admit that I wish it had two printer trays to prevent the need to swap paper sizes, but swapping print media is easy. As soon as you reinsert the print cartridge with the other size, the screen will prompt you and ask for the correct size. Another great feature is the automatic two-sided printing and scanning. No more manually reinserting the papers to get the second side to scan or print. Scan quality was actually better than expected. Many similar printers/scanners I have used have difficulty scanning highlighter colors. I frequently will highlight a document or drawing but when I go to make a copy, am disappointed the highlighter barely shows up and must manually re-highlight items. Not the case with this printer, while not perfect, it scans and copies the highlighter (yellow is still lacking a bit) and there are zero alignment issues. The same can be said of the print quality, although I find that the blacks are not quite as dark as I would like. Higher quality paper seems to be key to getting the best print quality. Scan and print speed were also better than expected and are nearly twice the speed of previously used inkjet printers. Overall, I am satisfied with the printer and would recommend it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Easy Setup This unit is very versatile and east to use. The setup was about 7 minutes from unboxing to printing. It is really nice to be able to print in different formats. I print a lot for work in different sizes so this is a really nice all in one printer for this purpose. The only bad thing that I would have to say about it is the little blue light. It is really bright and if it is in a dark room very noticeable. I was in the market for a multi format printer to do different jobs that I was working on. This happened to be one I cam across. Print quality was very good and fast. Very comparable to laser. Not quite as laser but the quality is just as good. I am looking forward to printing in different formats. “This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable and well priced. Very nice printer. I have an EPSON Artisan large format printer. I needed something that did several things, well. In Best Buy they were selling the WF-7710. It was a very good price for a better printer. It scans, faxes, prints 5 pages per SECOND! You need one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sensational All In One Printer I have used many epson printers and it seems like epson constantly strives to just get better and better. This wide format all i one printer is just everything you could ever ask for maybe even more. Now for the details Now when it comes to epson they box there printers very well. Opening the box you can see everything well packed and easily manageable. This printer is big and big for a reason. Once out of the box you can see how well built this all in one really is. I suggest a very solid surface to place the printer on it is a bit heavy but not too bad. The easy to follow directions will get you up and running in no time at all. The touch screen is nice and vibrant and easy to follow. This printer has 2 paper options it has a normal tray but it also has a rear feeder for specialty projects you might need to print. Now as far as print quality this epson WF-7710 is amazing with vibrant colors and extremely quick print speeds. I really like the WiFi on this printer its strong and picks up everything i need to print throughout my home easily and fast. The other great option is being able to print from either a smartphone or tablet with the epson app. That in itself makes things so much easier not having to use a computer every time i need to print something. In general everything about this printer is excellent. If your looking for an all in one printer then i highly suggest picking up this WF-7710 from epson you will not regret it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great except for copy page order It has all the capabilities I need (particularly the rear feed for heavy stock). The one annoyance, which was the reason that I rated it down a star, is the copy page order. If you copy a document using the automatic document feeder then the copied pages come out arranged in reverse order. Very annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great machine The first word came out on my mouth was " huge" . yes this is big , you need space to put this baby , but this is also a big help and make big change on you printing occasion. I'm happy with this machine , the packaging is very secure, it also have tape to keep the item in place arrive in good condition. the ink was sealed in a vacuum storage to keep the good quality . I cant see anything that I don't like about it. now I will tell you everything I love about this printer: first of all always read the instruction, just follow the instruction it you will be done in just 5 to 15 minutes including putting the machine up .I love the quality of the picture , even I use the cheaper photo paper . and its very convenient printing in any device , I don't need to keep using my laptop just to print, using phone to print feels awesome,i love that i can print bigger size and i can scan also bigger size, i remember having hard time scanning my marrige cert. before with my old printer, this printer solve that problems. it also looks very neat because of being cordless, one more thing i love about it is the back to back printing, well it save me money. im very satisfied with this product and higly recomeended for office and home use , specially if you have kids that print school projects, this is great .. Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE WORST PRINTER I EVER HAD I bought this printer in February and it always gave me a problem: it stops all the time while working; the paper remains stuck (I threw away more paper than used); it doesn't print document with more than 1 page, you have to print every page separately; it says there is not paper and there is paper; very noisy....and other many problems. I lost so many time trying to let work, but I'm very tires and upset also because it is not working in any way: all the time the paper stuck and I can not print. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my new Epson! I got this printer for its wide format capabilities and love a lot of the features. It prints so quickly and I love the way it flips to print the second side almost magically. The print quality is amazing and I can create some very professional looking documents. For the most part, it is a lot quieter than any printer I have previously owned, but whenever it starts to print the first page of a document it makes a rather annoying squeaking sound that seems to beg for a drop of oil. After that, it is almost silent. I also get a lot of 'paper out/not loaded correctly' errors. It seems that when you push the paper cassette into the machine, the force it takes to click it into place causes the stack of paper to shift a little forward and the printer thinks it is loaded incorrectly. As you have to first push in the paper tray (where the finished page comes out) which is above the cassette, then pull out the cassette, take off the lid, re-position the paper, put the lid back on, push the cassette back in (gently but with enough force to click it into place) then pull out the paper tray again each time the error occurs, it can be time consuming.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my home office I received the Epson WF-7710 over the holidays and could not be more impressed by it's user friendliness and versatility. Out of the box it took me less than 15 minutes to set up and configure to my current networks. I found the directions so easy to follow I'm pretty sure even my parents would be able to set this printer up. For my first test I simply copied paper I had lying around the house and couldn't have been more pleased that it immediately worked. Quality of the copy was a 10/10 with no ink smears nor first print 'warmup' that I've found with other printers and new ink cartridges. Fast forward a week and all 3 roommates are using this printer for our shared home office. I connected to my smart home devices and can print from anywhere on the road immediately home. No more hours wasted printing new documents at the end of the day (a serious time saver for me). I also love the auto 2 sided printing. Sometimes it's the little things that make life that much easier. Easy to connect to Wifi, fax and even offers a direct connect wifi if you don't have a network available. As for quality of prints, I notice great edges on my documents and almost no color bleed on heavy saturation. Even printing images that traditionally have heavy bleeding had clear lines. Compared to the low quality office printers I've used in the HQ, this printer is a breath of fresh air. Printing specialized sizes through the back paper tray was as easy as the inital set up, and can provide the versatility of prints to set you and your business/ projects apart from the rest of the field. Summarizing, you wont be disappointed with this printer and I couldn't give it a higher recommendation. From standard prints to customized documents, this printer is top of class. Even though it is 2018 and we have advanced technology to suit all of our needs, finding a decent printer can still be difficult. Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a beast! My First impression of this printer was, Wow, what a mammoth! This by no means is a small printer. The box alone had trouble fitting through my front door with only one person mashing it. It is relatively heavy so I do advise to have two people when it comes to carrying, maneuvering and unboxing this printer. I was quite happy with the amount paper that can be put into the printer at one time. Most printers only allow maybe 20 to 30 pages at once, this one you can hold up to 200 Pages at one time. That removes the unnecessary time for finding and loading paper into the machine. Setup was a breeze. I really didn't think that setup would be as easy as it was, as I am not as tech-savvy as most and the size of the printer alone intimidated me a bit. I was up and running and connected to my network and laptop in the matter of maybe 15 minutes. The LCD display made set up so easy as well as the very easy to understand instruction manual that came with. I'm very impressed with the quality of print job this printer provides. There are so many options for printing on this machine, but I think my favorite would have to be the double-sided printing. It saved me a lot of time and for as much printing I've done the ink seems to last a pretty long time also. With the machine this size some might expect it to be loud and it's not. This is one of the most quiet inkjet printers that I've ever owned and has by far become my favorite. Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is OK... I bought my machine after my prior Epson died because it wouldn't work with Windows 10 very well...it finally locked up and died. I found my current machine at a great price, which made me wonder if it was just an older model or if their was a design flaw of some sort. The machine is a great size and copies well. It works with my home network and the Internet. However, my machine will not scan as advertised because the machine doesn't work well with Windows 10...period. To scan photos or documents I have to save them to a memory device connected to the USB port on the machine. This is a major inconvenience for me. If you can live without scanning to a Windows 10 device this machine is good at the price I paid. I'm just disappointed...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good at what it's meant to do This is the second 7710 I've purchased. I was pleased with the first one, which died in an electrical storm. The fact that I replaced it with another one should say something. Two sided printing and scanning are very nice features. While it's not a speeddemon, it's more than acceptable. The sheet feed can be a bit clunky, and while it's great that it can handle 11 x 17 paper, I've never had any luck getting it to take personal sized envelopes or 4 x 6 index cards. Standard sized ink cartrages are reasonably priced and have an ok life. th X sided cartridges last a long time (unless you're doing full page cover). but are pricey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cannot Beat This Printer For The Price At this price point, you will not find another printer to come anywhere near this one. 13x19 for both printing and scanning, the quality of the prints is excellent and the speed is pretty good as well. I have not had this unit long enough to speak on the durability, but I have worked in IT for over a decade and done lots of printer maintenance and the build quality seems good to me. I really enjoy the convenience of the mobile app and the creative print options are excellent. We do some custom laser engraving work and as such have to get "traces" of graphics that customers send us. The "coloring book" option in the Epson mobile app has already proven to be one of the best and simplest methods for turning a full color graphic into a line drawing that I have ever found. Since this first unit is being used as a sublimation printer we are seriously considering purchasing a second unit to keep as just a general office printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Covers Everything I Needed After receiving the Epson WorkForce 7710, I used it to all if not most of its capabilities in order to put it to the test. I'll start by saying: it is massive (in comparison to my previous dinky printer). Some may see that as a bad thing, others may see it as having more power/capabilities. After finding space to place it in a not-so-spacious room, I began the setup portion. It was fairly easy to set up with directions in the pamphlet and on the just over 4" tilting touchscreen display. There was a little bit of a scavenger hunt when attempting to find and remove all the tape that keeps moving parts stationary upon shipping. As I'm sure many others may do, a lot of my setup process was done without looking at the instructions. Epson definitely makes setup user friendly (with some added capabilities for the techies in terms of networking and other options most others wouldn't pay attention to). A major selling point for me is the ability to connect and print from mobile devices. It allows me to look at the document I require on my email through my mobile device and print it out without ever having to boot up my computer. This alone ranks high on convenience in my opinion. Scanning and faxing work really well also, in the time I have had the printer so far. The one other problem I've had so far is with the ink. This may not be printer though, just the cartridges that were included. One test I had was printing a picture onto normal paper from my mobile device. Not a wide range of colors, but enough to test. Certain areas ran a little soggy compared to others (as to be expected when printing full images). The problem occurred shortly after when printing documents for work and discovering that after 1 document and 1 full picture, there were some faded lines in normal documents. Now, I don't print often since mostly everything is fax-to-email or scanned to my computer, so this doesn't bother me that much. But for someone who prints many pages very often, different ink may help. Though I'm no expert. All in all, I am pleased with this printer for my personal/ professional use. The couple problems I have may not affect some, but others may have bigger problems with it. If you have a table or part of the desk to place the printer, the size is no problem. If you don't need all the features of scanning and faxing, maybe stick to a smaller/cheaper model. But if you have the space for it and don't run through ink terribly quick, I definitely recommend this product, for personal and professional use. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Color and Features I purchased this a month ago started using it the first day. I create lots of printed B&W docs and add graphics and charts in them. Excellent reproduction. The scanner of photos is a bit of a pain to use in you have to change settings often or remember what your custom settings are for and when you change or select one it wipes out some of your previous selection. So if you have a preset but want to tweak one setting it sort of thinks of it as a entirely new setting which I guess it is but it can be a pain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Features This printer is a good for performing most all around print/fax functions. The initial basic set-up was easy to perform with the user friendly Printer Connect software applications. Fine tuning the printer to meet more personalized printing preferences was slightly more difficult. The included Epson User Guide provided more detailed information to allow for the personalized set-up. The rear paper feed is handy for printing a single sheet of document paper or printing a photo. The printer does have a fairly large footprint & requires additional room in the frontal area for paper tray removal. The large capacity paper cassette is a plus, as are the multi-sheet auto-document feeder and auto-duplex functions. Overall, the printer has performed well during the limited time since purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printer software needs improvement I bought this printer to replace an old Epson Workforce WF845 in order to do 11"x17" scans. The reason I mention this is the comparison of the software of the two printers. The software for the new printer (WF-7710) needs improvement. The status bar in the progress window is gone on the new printer which just about makes the progress window useless. This is important for scanning documents with high dpi's which can take some time to complete. If the scanner is in the sleep mode, the wakeup feature takes 3 to 4 minutes for the printer to come to life and start scanning. One big feature now lacking (that was on the old printer) is the ability to scan various size documents in one file. For instance, can't combine a scan of 8½"x11" pages with a scan of a legal size page (8½"x14"). Overall, this printer does what it is suppose to do but like I said, the software needs to be upgraded to at least match the older printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All in 1 Upon first notification of tracking the printer came very fast. It is quiet large but It was packed very well and safe. It is also heavy but that is to be expected for the large size. Following the instructions made set up/ installation very simple. If needed The written instructions were straight to the point and step by step. So there is no confusion.  Looking at features the list is long. The printer really can do everything. Such as Colored or grayscale options, it can print larger sizes up to 11x17, scanning, copying which can be done on both sides. There is a mobile app for Epson so printing can be done from both tablet and smartphone.  The Printing is done efficiently and fast. The paper try also hold up to 250 sheets of standard paper so I'm not having to constantly refill. There is also a large touch screen so it is very user friendly. Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT PRODUCTS EPSON printers by far are the best printers I have used in the past 10 yrs. I have never had an issue with a single printer that I have ever purchased. I still to this day use a EPSON printer I bought in 2008, and it has never missed a beat. And now I bought this WF-7710 and I'm loving everything about it. Great product. Thanks EPSON.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Large format adds versatility I bought this printer for several reasons. The first is that we had compatibility problems with our previous printer on Windows 10. The second is that it shares cartridges with another printer in our house. The third is that it's large format offers versatility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Typical I had to try and set this up twice. I could not figure out the wi-fi, it should simply respond with the name of our wi-fi and we put in our password, no such luck. They get cheaper and cheaper and are mostly about selling ink for Epson. I just want it to work and then I burn through it like the last one that lasted a year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is okay, I guess I bought it and it was delivered mid-day, and it was mechanically easy to setup. Everything worked but had errors with all ink cartridges. Call Epson help line, waited over 20 minutes and no one answered. I called a friend who is a IT person at a company, he walked me thru, still errors with ink cartridges. I ended up going to Staples and buying new ink cartridges and the printer worked. That is what I get for buying a Epson!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hopefully This Time! My first Epson product was a 600 printer. After that it was a 380,(2) 890's,1280,a 1560 scanner, and a 1280 printer. In 2016 I purchased a7610 printer. It was trouble after just one week! Due to the Epson warranty and an aftermarket warranty it was replaced 4 times!! It was a great inconvience and very costly! Each time I had to get more ink cartridges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A hands-down winner in larger format printing We're a two person household of work-from-home professionals that consequently do a LOT of printing. While we mostly print in standard formats, as a person that does some graphic designing for work, I sometimes have the need to print in "unique" sizes that a normal 8 1/2 x 11 printer could not accomplish. This Epson WorkForce WF-7710 printer ended up being an absolutely fantastic printer that solves that issue entirely. Borderless printing up to 13 x 19 is truly a wonder to witness in action. Print quality wise I'm blown away in how good everything looks. Printing is quick and efficient for sure. The high quality, gigantic scanner is also a welcome addition as it works in flatbed AND document feeder modes for larger jobs. The big thing that sold me was the direct integration with tablets and phones using both WIFI and NFC. As we increasingly depend on these mobile devices for various things, I've found ample opportunity to print off a quick email or document directly from my phone. Doing so is a breeze with this new Epson printer. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Manuals I'm not new at using computers and printers by a long shot, but you need a step by step full instruction manual included in the package or at least where you can download one, not the piddle one included with the item. I had some questions, which I could find in the so-called manual. I also had a real problem with error messages about not hooked up to my computer, and then it started printing, so obviously it was already connected. I had to call your tech staff, which was no help. The printing was great after that. Now I have a problem with the scanner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WF 7710 I had my share of printers in my computing life, 40 + years; and had many printers. This wf7710, is the most difficult to set up for whatever reason does not finish detecting the printer, regardless of ip. address, been present. The second complaint is they do not refund the purchased price. That why I give a 3 star instead of 5; like the first Epson printer I bought many years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Workforce all-in-one is a workhorse! I received this printer last week and the first thing I noticed was the big box that it is packaged in and I realized this is for a good reason! Upon opening the box, everything is well packed, and easily manageable. This printer is big and has some weight to it and once out of the box you can see how well built this all -in- one is! I am VERY impressed with the quality of this all-in-one! After unpacking and installing the ink tanks (I recommend getting the XL optional ink replacements if you are going to be printing wide-format prints since large format printing can use a lot of ink) using the enclosed very easy to follow directions I connected the WF-7710 to my home network and it was a breeze using WPS to connect. It also has an ethernet port if you are setting it up close to your router. I registered for Epson Connect Services which was quite painless and easy and now every portable device including iPhones and tables can now print from and the WF-7710. I am also able to print directly to the WF-7710 using NFC from my Samsung phone which is a nice touch! Speaking of touch, the 4.3" LCD touch screen is nice and vibrant and very easy to navigate. Now on to the most important part of this all-in-one WF-7700..printing. This printer has 2 paper options, it has a normal tray that holds 250 sheets of paper and it also has a rear feeder for "specialty paper projects". I am in a household with multiple users and we are always having to print "projects" and the ability to print wide-format prints at 13" x 19" and the option to print 2 sided prints is a HUGE plus! Now as far as print quality this Epson WF-7710 is great with vibrant accurate like-like colors and quick print speeds. Scanning in this printer is awesome! I love the automatic document feeder two-sided scanning option and "scanning to destination" menu is convenient with options to scan to a shared folder and scan to email are perfect. I haven't tried to send a fax yet but I received one yesterday with no issue. In general everything about this printer is great and I have no complaints so far! If your looking for an all-in-one wide-format printer loaded with features that handles up to 13"x 19" print projects and has the ability to scan up to 11"x 17" then i highly suggest picking up this WF-7710 you will not regret your decision. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review and this in no way influenced my decision on this review!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent print quality. I bought this printer for my birthday a month ago. At first I had trouble installing the right driver for my Mac but a quick chat with customer service and all was well. (It was my fault.) I needed the big paper size for printing my art designs. It does a wonderful job with pictures. The tray will hold up to 13x19 but only one sheet at a time. It holds 150 sheets of regular size paper (or legal) though. I find that using the single sheet back paper slot is a lot easier than changing the paper tray. This printer uses ink cartridges but if you buy the ones recommended the picture quality is outstanding and for you artists out there the Dura-ink is rated to not fade for 84 years. I just wish it had the new cartridge-less ink tanks but the wide paper size in that new ink type is at least twice as much as this printer. The scanning, copying, and faxing abilities are all bonuses with outstanding quality. You can't go wrong with this printer. Get it while it's on sale. The 7720 model only has an extra paper tray so I couldn't see paying the extra for it but for office use or those who need more paper (500 sheets total) the two standard paper trays are for you. You will enjoy this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bulky but with great features The first thing I noticed about the Epson WorkForce-7710 All-In-One Printer was its size. The printer is very big and heavy, its bulky size made it difficult for me to find a space for it in my office. After I took it out of the box I set it up and for the most part it was very easy to set up. The instructions were easy to follow. My main problem was trying to get the printer hooked up to my Wi-Fi, that took me a while I have Comcast Wi-Fi, so I know my Wi-Fi was strong. I have been using the printer for over a week now. The printer does print very fast and the quality is very impressive. I scanned a photo using the scanner and it scanned an 8x10 photo very quickly and the quality left me very impressed. I printed out invitations to a NYE party I had and it is fast with good quality, but a little loud for my taste. I tried the fax on it and it was easy to set up, but it took a little while to fill out the info before I could send it. The fax sent in a timely slower then would have liked, but the quality was impressive. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for the price! I bought this printer a couple months ago and immediately had to do some nice certificate printing that turned out great. Lots of features for the price and it prints much faster than the old printer as well as two sided printing without having to handle the paper between prints. Takes a bit to configure with a computer for scans however scanning to a flash drive is simple. Have not tried faxing yet however but the fax setup was easy. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding surprise I have the WF-7710; I am totally blow away with how amazing this all in one printer is!! It's the perfect small biz. helper. I am a freelance photographer, I also do promo designs and even document printing.. And in the past that was taking a lot of space, and was spreading my work over a few devices. For prints needing HD and Wide angle work I would have to use a contract service and the deal with emailing them if there was needed fix's.. Outstanding surprise, I had this printer unboxed and printing in under an hour -WIRELESS- install, HECK YEA!! And O the amazing print quality, I have payed big money for headaches, AT LAST!! I have found a printer that can truly earn me money printing at home, the WF-7710 is an amazing tool for any creator, or company needing an in house complete print solution.. It's powerful it doesn't take very much office space, and best of all its QUITE! And it is fast!! I would highly recommend this to any freelance photographer, or company needing to have print services. The other amazing is the WOW factor, this will- look like you spent a TON of money, but honestly I have spent more buying a cricket bat then I spent on this amazing printer! IT looks and WORKs like nothing else in its class.. And it is SO QUITE it's perfect for an office, or at home..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Workforce should be called Workhorse! My first impression of the Epson Workforce WF-7710 was that it was massive! After using this for the past week now I'm thoroughly impressed with all the features this printer has to offer. Setup for me was a breeze - I was up and running in under five minutes. The longest part of the installation was a firmware update. This connected flawlessly with my home network and my laptop was printing right after setup. The touch display was extremely easy to use and walked me through the setup process. The quality of the printing was fantastic. Color printing was vivid and crisp. What I like the most about this printer is the wide feed capability. I haven't been able to print out graphs before on other printers without shrinking them and this allows me to do. In my job I print out a lot of surveys and plat maps so this helps tremendously. Other features that I'm finding useful with printer are: the large capacity feeding tray, the manual feeding tray in the back of the unit, the scanning features (and auto feeder which will hold up to 35 pages), and the 2-sided printing features. This also works with my iPhone X to print directly from my phone which comes in handy. I’ve owned Epson printers in the past but none have come close to the features that this printer has offered. I would highly recommend this printer if you’re looking for a true all-in-one printer that is easy to use and setup. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good,Bad and Not So Much This is 7th WorkForce printer. Keep purchasing only because of the Epson Connect feature. Print quality is outstanding UNTIL print heads clog up (usually at about 10 months of use). No matter how many times clean them with printer utility quality never returns. Also beware of the ink maintenance cartridge becoming full seems to result in hardware failure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer for home office, almost laser printer like Great printer for home office/power users Pros: 1. Great cloud/network capabilities that address the needs of modern connected homes. Professional capabilities such as Linux support, Google cloud print support, Mobile apps. 2. Sturdy/quality construction that feels (and does) handle home office type of work loads. Ideal even for small businesses. 3. Simple to setup and use for beginners. Lots of options like web administation for power users/professional setups. 4. Color touchscreen makes administration lot easier than other printers with similar capabilities. 5. Great print quality. 6. Economical (uses common epson cartrige models that can be purchased refurbished). Cons: 1. Ink jet - this printer pushes the envelop, but still limited by the printing technology that is ink jet. This is not a fair criticism, but still ink jets dry out without regular use. Even though I did not test this capability, I had this experience with other ink jets I had. 2. Supplied tanks are low capacity (or standard capacity). 330pages capacity is pretty low. If someone prints about 10 pages a day, they need to replace the supplied ink within a month. They do have XL options that run 1000 pages. Wish it came with those. 3. Heavy - This printer is definitely on the heavy side. It is meant to be a "professional" grade (and it is) printer and it is not something you move often. So, it is not a huge con. I work from home and we are a household with kids doing various projects - in other words, we consume lot of office services this printer offers on a regular basis. We have gone through our share of network printers and have a fair experience dealing with them. Installation: Gone are the days, we had a printer connected to a PC in the living room. Now we buy only network capable printers that can be setup once and can be housed in a backroom. So, first thing I did after unpacking and installing the ink tanks etc., is to connect the printer to the network. It was a breeze with WPS capability. Once I had the printer connected to the network, I hopped on the admin console (http:// and did some adminstration. I did not care for "epson" provided services once I saw the google cloud print support. I registered for goolge cloud print and I know every device including mobile phones and tables can now access the printer. Printing: Printing is really straighforward. I printed a test page from few different devices and it seems to handle fine. I am not a connesiur of print quality or speed. But both seem reasonable to me. Network Printing/Cloud Printing: As I mentioned, we are already setup for google cloud print. Once I added the printer to google cloud print, everything worked smoothly. I am pretty sure, epson's own offering will work equally well or better, but I appreciate that I did not "have to" go thru epson specific setup. I love it when manufacturers support/adhere to standards. Linux: I noticed that epson does provide linux drivers. But once google cloud print is on, I did not have to go through installing drivers etc., Much appreciate not having to go through another time consuming set of tasks. Scanning: Scanning in this printer is the best I have used in terms of features. I love that it is automatic two-sided scanning. The scanning destination menu is perfect. It gives me several options, scan to shared folder which worked flawlessly with a "windows share" of a NAS hard drive, and scan to email are perfect. I like the fact that it remembers frequently used emails. This takes away the need to installs scan drivers, downloading software etc., Love this capability. Overall, I recommend this printer for situations like mine. Fairly regular users with lots of devices with different operating systems, that do not care for installing software on each device. I have not used the printer long enough to speak for its longevity, but the build quality makes me think this is going to last a while. With cheaper printer ink options available, I can see this printer serving us for a long time. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh So Happy! I bought the printer for the wide format feature. Although this printer has some great features, I'm primarily interested in quality wide format printing and scanning. I was a little leary because of possible trouble setting it up through the wifi that I have had from previous printers. I have to say the instructions were straight forward, no usb cable needed. The set up was easy, and I was all ready to go within 30 minutes, and I'm not techy. My first two prints were photos, and they look great. I'm now I'm merrily printing. Thank you Epson :D

Only two complaints about the CD setup are: 1) choosing Router (instead of WiFi) for a wireless connection, and 2) had to set up printer's connection to our wireless router via the face of the printer in order for computer's Epson's setup to complete. Kind of a bummer the Epson 7710 doesn't work on 5-Hz frequency of dual frequency WiFi routers (may have to connect an Ethernet from modem/router to printer to work around this). An Epson rep at our local Best Buy who really tried talking me into an 4750 with pre-paid ink program instead of this printer, but a passer-by old man and my previous research reviewing better ratings of the 7710 vs the 4750 made me walk out of the store with the 7710.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn't work for long! I have owned other Epson printers that worked fine, but not this one. I bought this printer in 8 months ago, in March. I have experienced problems with it for most of that time. Currently it doesn't print anything at all. There seem to be issues with the printhead. It's the worse printer that I have ever bought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job with flying colors! I replaced an older Epson with this unit a month ago... when I was in the midst of a major volunteer project that required a high-quality and versatile printer. I'd had very positive results from an Epson printer before so I had no hesitation in buying the WF-7710. It has done everything I've asked flawlessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good 4"x6" and 5"x7" photos I just got this WF-7710 to replace the WF-7720 I had. I REALLY like Epson printers but it seems that they are falling behind Canon. The biggest problem with Epson printers seems to be the Head Alignment maintenance, mainly Vertical. Photos printed 8x10 and up does not come out sharp and clear. But the color comes out pretty good. I REALLY hope Epson addresses this Head Alignment issue, I REALLY want to remain a Loyal Epson customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent all-in-one wide format printer Let me start off by saying this is not a small printer by any means. Being a wide format all-in-one printer means it’s going to be a little bigger than your standard home printer. Having a second person to help with removing it from the box is definitely a good idea. With the size and features of this printer it’s probably best for a small office or home office. Setup went very smooth. After removing the many pieces of tape securing everything it was just a matter of plugging it in and adding it to my wireless network. Joining the network was as easy if not easier than usual. Software installation was also pretty straightforward and uneventful. After using this printer for a while I think it’s become one of my favorites. With an impressive list of features and ease of use I would recommend it for most anybody. While not a photo quality printer the quality is very good. The printing speed is very fast and it seems quieter than most ink jet printers. With features such as built in 2-sided printing and scanning to most common web services, everyone will find this printer useful. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer , but... This printer is doing a great job. I just installed the FAX utility, however, I had problems installing the firmware update. The other issue I have is that when I print at draft setting it comes out so light you can hardly read t so I have to go back to standard printing. The 2-sided printer feature for me its great! The multi-size feature for paper also is a great help when I'm preparing class activities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Energy Efficient The Epson WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer is a fast and energy efficient workhorse. This can print, scan, and fax a variety of different sizes, double-sided, color, and more. There are a ton of settings to make it completely customized to your home or office needs. Even in color it prints fast and the pages come out looking great. It will go to sleep quickly to conserve power but takes no time at all to light up and get back to work at the touch of a button, insert of paper, or request through your computer. For the initial set-up, the printer is heavy and may take 2 people to get it out of the box. There are no worries about having this shipped because it is packed in tight with lots of tape to keep the parts in place. There is only 1 page for set up instruction which is easy to follow, along with the on screen prompts. The ink cartridges pop in easily. There are no odd angles or weird wiggling them in and they all fit perfectly next to each other. I was making copies within minutes (it take about 6 minutes for the printer to set up the ink once you insert the cartridges). Setting this up on my computer was super easy as well. I don't have a cd drive, but the instructions provide the direct link to be able to install the drivers online. It took about 15 minutes to download and install on my slow internet connection. After that it will take you through the wifi connection, which was another 4 minutes, and then there is a firmware update. It took 9 minutes for part on of the update. It says you will need to turn the printer off and on again, but it will do it all by itself, making it much easier to setup. Another 2 minutes and it will turn off and back on again, then you are ready to finish the setup and registration, which was another 5 minutes. Your printer will be given its own email address and you can print directly to it from anywhere. I tested this out and it printed instantly. Overall, this is a huge improvement over my old printer. Even the control panel is adjustable, up to a 40 degree angle so that it is easy to use the touch screen and then push it back down to save space when not in use. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7710 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality prints & all around use for home/ home office I bought this for our home, but I use it for printing lots of professional high end documents and photos for my portfolio, resumes, etc. I have also done architectural images for clients, etc. It's a bit big for a home printer, but it also has to be to be able to handle the large format pages. I wanted the ability to handle at least 11x17 sheets and it does that and more. Epson also has lots of tech support for setup and help down the line. They helped me to scan and save straight to a memory stick for older images I had in hard copy format only. Can't speak about speed as I am not a high volume user at home, but it prints good quality for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WF-7710 wide-format all in one printer This is a large printer and takes up a good amount of room on my desk. The position of the usb plug to plug into my computer was not accommodating. I had to go completely wireless for my desk top computer. Hook up to wireless was instant and very easy to do. I can print from several of my laptops as well as my desk top with no problem. I have tried using the back for printing but was not successful. I will have to really understand that as it is really very simple to set up. I printed on acetate print A4. Worked out very nicely and printed perfectly for me. i also noticed the ink does not use up quickly like in other competitor printers which I have used in the past. I have also printed on regular printer paper and it prints beautiful. I love the wide format and the fact that you can set up your own size like 12x12.I also like the fact that the set up includes card stock. Great printer and I am happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent printer! My husband bought this printer for me, as an early Christmas gift. I am pretty technologically challenged & this printer has been amazing!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from top is heavy The top is heavy when one has to put a page in to make a copy, and if you're making several copies, and putting pages in and out quickly, ALL of the command buttons are RIGHT where one's hand slides by over and over... Accidentally calling for a different activity you didn't mean to happen is an annoying interruption.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just installed The animal is heavy! I am a relatively strong 74-year old and had to get it up the stairs one step at the time. The instructions could be clearer. For example I could figure out which side of the ink cartridge should go in by lining up the copper connect points, but if you have never dealt with such things, you may be in trouble. I then tried to test print a page after the router setup. No go. I got error messages that item 1 was not properly installed. I assumed this was the black ink cartridge that was no longer accessible as the print head was stuck under the rim of the machine. Called Epson assistance. After a five minute wait I got a pleasant person on the line. He suggested that I check the paper tray. I gave it another half-a-millimeter shove and voila, problem solved. Stress all around. Don't install this by yourself if you suffer from high blood pressure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Setup is super easy, prints well and versatile media options Setup was a breeze with the keypad on the panel. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Epson to the way to go, but... We have three epson printers, and I am on my second 7610. Actually,, the first was the 7620 (two trays). The other two printers are 4540, which are rock solid. The issue with the 7610 and successors is the PrecisionCore technology. These printers need to work. If not, they have print head problems. I am now considering replacing the 7610 for the newer units, but I doubt the print head problem will go away. It is recommended that the printer is turned off when not in use, which I don't - so epson, how about you update the firmware to turn itself completely off once a day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice print quality, easy to use features. This printer is used for daily business use. It’s primary purpose is business reports and wide format printing. After a few hundred pages of use, I am very pleased with its performance. I highly recommend buying the extra capacity ink cartridges, as I quickly found it can only print about 30 pages of wide format type material on standard capacity cartridges. I would also highly recommend buying the 7720 for a few more dollars. The extra paper tray would be a huge time saver when changing continually from letter to wide format, mostly 11 x 17 in my usage sinaros.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed! Printer arrived fast and was packaged well. It was a tad bit bigger than I expected but manageable. Setup was pretty easy. The "auto" wireless setup did not work for me, but manual setup was very easy. I just pressed the wps button on my router and viola it was connected. The touchscreen is a good size and easy to use. I loved that it had illustrated instructions on how to insert the ink for the first time. As far as use, the printer is awesome. I have a basic black and white laser printer and the quality and speed on this Epson are the same. I was very surprised how fast it prints. I pressed print and turned around it there it was in seconds. I love the ability to print from my apple iphone also. It has been working flawlessly with all my devices. I printed a color photo and was very surprised how good it looked, even on cheap copy paper. Black and white also prints very well and you really can't tell the difference in quality from the laser black and white. It can handle a variety of paper sizes and types and I love that I scan larger items than my old printer. Overall I am very impressed with this printer. It is easy to use, works without issue, and prints at a very high quality. Took me less than 15 minutes. I have to print many documents daily. Some also have photos I graphs. With this printer they print quickly, and are clear precise photos. I am impressed. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer This printer is packed with a ton of features; some I probably will never use. It’s advertised as a wide format printer for photos but it works exceptionally well with printing everyday documents. It wasn’t hard to setup as the printer guides you through each step with pictures. The instruction manual and disk were missing from my box so I had to download the drivers from the Epson website. It took a total of 20 minutes to setup once I found the drivers on the website. The print quality for pictures is phenomenal! My cousin used the printer to print pictures for shirt orders and all she talked about was the quality of the print and how beautiful it looked. My absolute favorite feature is the print from device feature. After I downloaded the Epson app from the Playstore, I was able to print pictures and documents easily from my phone. I am an avid couponer so this is A+ for me. The only drawback I had and am currently working with is true color printing. The reds print darker than they appear on screen or when making a copy of document. That’s not a deal breaker but it’s something that I want to be accurate. I am going to continue playing with the settings until I get it right! For the price and features I would recommend purchasing. Please note, this printer is extremely heavy and needs space. It is not compact at all so if you have a small space, this may not be for you. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hoping for better... Purchased previous WF-7710 in January of 2018. Over the course of 13 months printed less than 400 pages of text, color and photo products and went through three sets of Epson inks. In early February this year in a matter of hours the printer went from perfect functioning to nothing, even after completing every recommended activity plus nozzle cleaning and a fresh set of cartridges. Checked with computer repair people and folks at both Office Depot and Staples and all agreed there was no salvation and replacement was my only option. All in all, very disappointing. Replaced it with a new WF-7710 and purchased a 4 year warranty, because of the features I need, I hope this one has more life. The only other printers I found locally that have similar features and the large scanbed in this price range are the HP7740 or a Brother.

However, when I recently re-did my wireless network (new passwords and SSIDs), it refuses to reconnect, I've tried everything; nothing works. I now have it running via Ethernet. I also am getting a lot of warnings when I boot my iMac, telling me that this or that program file will soon be incompatible because it's not 64-bit. All are Epson files, and I have what is alleged to be the most current software. I do not recommend this printer for Mac users.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Technical Nightmare!! Prints well but many downsides Wireless and Air Print work only occasionally and when directly connected with cable I have to reboot computer and printer daily to get it to work. Replacing ink is an awful experience even with Epson cartridges. The printer never recognizes them and it can take all day trying to do everything possible to get them recognized. Complete frustration and total waste of money. Great price but add in the value of my time I have had to waste to get this to work I could have purchased an office grade printer. Save your money and time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional capabilities I was going to go with a Brother brand, thinking it was the primo model. But I liked the Epson price and was suspect of it's declared capabilities... UNTIL I got it home and asked it to do what I needed it to do. It prints 11 X 17 posters great, in wonderful color, and it can print a four panel newsletter two-sided pages in high quality. Very good printer. I was really surprised and very happy I went with the Epson! Ink cartridges are easy to change. It has built in cleaning functions to keep it running smooth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printing and Scanning Gone Wrong Just bought WorkForce 7710 printer in March 2019. In June I started having or seeing about 9 streaks of dark, bold straight lines running vertically up and down my scanned or copied pages whenever I make copies or scan from the automatic document feeder. I went to Best Buy where I purchased the printer and was told that since I did not register with Geek Squad for repair and protection, I could not be helped. I had done all kinds of troubleshooting suggestion to no avail. I believe that the automatic document feeder needs to be changed and I need help from Epson.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too many menus I want it to print when I hit hte print button and scan when I hit the Scan button. Why are there so many menus to setup and labor through? In the world of Plug and Play, why are there so many menus to work through for setup. Finally got the scanner to work, too frustrating and no direction. I expect the printer to be a lot easier to set up and work, not work me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for our situation We purchased this printer when our 15+ year old Workforce finally stopped working. Setup was easy and I love the guiding verbiage on the display (the display really helps with ink cartridge installation, for example). Though larger than our original printer, it still fits nicely and the keys are larger and farther apart (so you don't hit the wrong key combination).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Junk I bought this about six months ago and quickly ran out of ink. I bought ink for My Epson Printer at Office Depot and installed as directed. It hasn’t printed again since. I’ve run all the cleaning procedures and nothing has worked. I’ve bought new ink cartridges and nothing! I called Dell, where I bought it and they couldn’t even find my invoice. I got tired of not being able to understand a word the Dell Representative was saying because he was unable to speak clearly so I gave up. Do not waste money on the WF-7710.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good choice for craftspeople and paper artists. I purchased the printer because the prints are very water- and smudge-resistant. I don't think they are completely waterproof, but they can be used with paints and mediums. My old printer made beautiful prints, but I had to spray them with varnish or sealer before using them. It slowed me down, and I didn't like the fumes. Drawbacks: 1) It's hard to figure out which settings you need to make directly on the printer panel and which ones you make in the "Print" settings via your computer. For example, the cardstock setting is in the latter. 2) Card stock must be fed one sheet at a time. 3) The manual says the printer won't print on vellum or onionskin paper. My old printer would print on "Corrasable" bond that I bought at Goodwill, and I haven't tried that in the Epson yet. If I remember correctly, it also doesn't print on transparencies. 4) The ink is expensive, but probably no more expensive than buying varnish/sealer. We still use our old printer for black and white. 5) I would have bought the less expensive Epson, but wanted the option of using 11X14 paper. This printer is really big for a home office. Having said all that, a print made on high-quality photo paper on the "best quality" setting is absolutely gorgeous. The paper tray has a cover that seems useless. We haven't retired it yet, but may do so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing but problems - more than one Ink cartridges are hard to replace - keep getting error message about "not recognized". Does not print envelopes well. Printing is often too light to be read, constant firmware updates. Frequently cuts off the bottom lines of text - even when that is in the middle of the page. I would not recommend nor purchase an Epson again. Sad because it had been a reliable brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features And Easy Setup I had just upgraded my 6 year old Alienware Aurora R4 Desktop PC running Windows 7 to a fully loaded Alienware Area 51 R5 Desktop running Windows 10 Pro. The new system runs circles around the previous AW computer but unfortunately my 6 year old HP wide format all in one printer (Officejet 7500A) is apparently not compatible with Windows 10. So I had to upgrade my printer to the Epson WF-7710. I am absolutely impressed with the price/performance ratio on this feature-rich printer. The ease of setup and operation are both wonderful. The quality of the output is way beyond anything I had ever seen out of the HP printer. Both text and images are crisp, tack-sharp and offer true colors. I find myself wondering if this might be too good to be true, I haven't had a chance to compare the cost per page of output or the actual ink cost for this printer yet. I will try to update this review with more information about these costs. As it stands now, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wastes time, ink & paper Was the only large format printer I could buy locally. Replaced a Brother all in one that was 12 years old. When this thing decides it wants to work, it works great. Most of the time you have to power it down and power it back up to get it to print, then it prints all the jobs it never printed that caused you to power it off. Tech support only tells me it is my computer, don't know how thats possible when the printer is connected wirelessly. Then they tell me to reset my router, which does work, but only solves the problem for a few hours. If I have to reset my router every time I need to print, there's no point in using this expensive paperweight..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super printer/scanner We wore out a WF7010, so needed the upgrade. Great printer/scanner. Allowed us to retire a Brother print/scan/fax and save shelf space. The only drawback is that I expected to be able to print 8.5x11 and 11x17 without having to reconfigure the paper tray. That's a pain, but the quality and throughput is excellent for our needs. Scans nicely. Powerful with ability to change ratios.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Epson WF-7700 Series Are Great Printers! Recently had to sell my Epson WF-7720 Printer because I didn't have quite the room for it in my new home office setting. However I have always been a fan of the printers the I have owner by Epson. It was much larger than I realized when I ordered it online. But notheless I was happy. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good But - Bought This To Replace 2 Year Old Epson I have/had an Epson WF 7620 that I used mainly for printing plans on 13x19 paper. Worked great until the black stopped so bought a new cartridge but still not working. Ended up being dry ink in the printhead. Removed and cleaned then put it back together and got an error 0x9A. Took the printhead apart to double check everything. Did the power off reset and still the error remained. So I bought this 7710 because I had all new ink cartridges for the 7620 and that seemed the cheapest and fastest route to get me up and working again.

We printed art prints on Epson 13 x 19 watercolor paper. The results were excellent. We also used it for card and standard paper. So far, it seems quite economical on ink. The scanner works well. We set it up easily on wifi and can use it between two work spaces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many issues I bought this printer less than 3 months ago and i have been having so many problems with it. First It didn’t want to print and when it did there was blotches of black ink all over the paper. Then it would stay on an error state and would not let me print even after checking to make sure everything was correct. And now it prints very bad regarding the color especially because it prints the wrong colors. The colors also came out very uneven in each print and even after multiple attempts at running nozzle checks and much time and ink wasted on trying to get it figured out I think I might just have to move on to something else. I had really high hopes for this printer as I read many great reviews on it but I have had nothing but bad experiences with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT!! First let me say I am such an Epson lover! I am so happy with my printer! I am so happy to have Epson printers back in my home. My company bought me another brand with enough ink for almost 7 years. I was just waiting or a reason to buy and justify my purchase and now I have bought the 2720 as well. One is for my business and the other is a personal for the house to use. I just love your products! I wish I could afford to have some of your other products as well. (Projector, Smart Glasses, and ET Pro) I am trying to save to get them. (LOL) I am looking forward to what is next.

If you thinking about getting this printer, whether to convert it or to keep it as it is, you will love it. It's much bigger than I thought so make sure you have space for it. Enjoy your printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not great at all. Even though I have changed the printer settings, the colors are faded and a little blurry when I print something. Whether it be a coloring page for my kids or a product lable for my skincare line, it does not do a good job. And it also takes FOREVER for the print job to finish. I saw the commercials for this printer where photos were in full color and printed out smoothly and quickly. How come mines is not doing that? I'm hurt and disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features, excellent photo reproduction I've used this printer for the past 9 months. I especially purchased it for the ability to print tabloid size prints. I've used the tabloid size to print flyers for our church. I've also used the printer to print iron on transfer sheets. The iron on sheets printed beautifully and transferred beautifully to the shirt. All other functions of the printer work great. The paper selection is very varied and specific. I often get frustrated because the printer will give an error message if the paper selection made in the printing software doesn't match the printer selections. This is frustrating because it often wouldn't matter and it would be helpful if the printer accepted the software selection. This is an excellent printer with great features, great output, and it's easy to operate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its a home office printer I bought this from BestBuy about 18 months ago and its worked flawlessly since then. I work mostly from my home Office and use the printer everyday. It works as advertised even with non Epson inks. Now its time to change the maintenance tank, which I will buy from Epson. Double sided printing is flawless but manual feed needs better control from the software. It is definitely not a photo printer as the Durabrite inks are flat and there are no light colors with this setup. I paid around $275 for it so it's costing me 42 cents a day to run this printer at this point. What a deal!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very unreliable Second 7710 in three years. The first one kept shutting down and restarting. Customer service no help. I could hardly understand him. Took a chance and purchased a second one. This time it became a large brick. It shut down and would not start. I spoke with customer service and she said it was a hardware failure and offered me a 15% discount coupon valid for 7 days. Worthless since they are out of stock and have no idea when the stock will be replenished. Funny, how these printers fail a short time after the warranty expires. When it works, it really works great, good quality, good performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Microsoft Edge does not seem to like this printer Have a new computer that has a 9th gen i7. Opened up the Epson WF7710 and unfortunately when I download internal revenue service forms, it does not want me to be able to print them. And several tablets do not print effortlessly. HewP printer did not seem to have as much issue connecting. When it prints it is quiet and does a nice job. I think the problem may be jointly with Microsoft and Epson. I would be checking yes to recommend this product but after reading such a strange nonbinding statement from some 3rd party that may not want anyone to make useful comments toward fixing problems obviously I have to check no so that perhaps a vice president of tech support will decide to not to Boeing Epson which is after all a fantastic company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clunky paper handling, but great printer excellent printer/scanner. I don't fax. Drawback: only 1 paper cartridge, so you have to reconfigure the cartridge to change between paper sizes, and then you have to tell it what paper you installed. If you want to then print a picture, you have to override control to print on non-photo paper, or remove and insert tray and tell it the paper is photo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Teacher approved excellent printer I replaced my 10 year old Espson Workforce 365 with this printer. I teach pre-engineering classes and often find myself wanting/needing to print jobs larger than 8-1/2 X 11 pages, plus the two sided function stopped working a couple years ago. After a long debate, I decided on the 7710, and I love it. Just printed 13 X 19 images for an exhibit booth at a Robotics competition, the prints came out looking great. It’s nice to have a working 2 sided print option again, now I just need to remember that when I want single sided jobs! The quality of the prints are great, and my kids swear it is faster. So far the ink is holding up, I did a bunch of large prints last week and I am still on the starter cartridges. I definitely recommend this printer. I’m attaching a picture of our booth, all but the two really big posters were printer on the 771p.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Beast of a Workhorse I purchased this to replace a Canon All-In-One system that I had. This Epson WF-7710 is designed and built with robust construction which beats the Canon hands down. This thing is solid. I have printed a lot of pages and the cycle time and print time is very low. Duplex printing is simple and very easy to use. Excellent quality. I love that it prints full bleed and will print on large size paper. I am looking forward to pushing the print quality and see how it does on high quality paper. I will update when done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great multifunction choice Received the WF-7710 as a Christmas gift last year after spending a lot of time scanning multiple pics on an older and smaller Workforce model, WF-3640 (only 2 years old at the time). Really made me appreciate the need for a scanner that could handle duplexing better and larger format images and documents. Though I do not use the fax capabilities it is nice to know they are there. I do not use the wireless capabilities since I have hardwired ethernet to the device. I have not utilized the USB or the NFC capabilities so I cannot speak to those. I have used the printer to print envelops and it did that adequately enough (I did not ask for it for the printer capabilities). I have used the scanner quite a bit. I have amassed a lot of cons but they more significant irritations than truly limited functionality. None the less, something to keep in mind if you are in the market for a multifunction device. Pros: - network scanner - large format scanner bed - duplex document feeder - wireless capabilities (untested) - fax capabilities (untested) - NFC (untested) - Epson Scan 2 software is a significant improvement over the old Epson Scan software - scanning speed is improved (over the WF-3640) - copier capability (untested) - price. Quite possibly the least expensive large format scanner you can buy, that just happens to have other capabilities. Cons: - artificial document feed length limit of legal size. It should be able to handle any length document (software/firmware flaw). - the document feeder has occasionally gotten stuck even on documents it should not have (design issue?). - the document feeder does not handle hard or thin stock particularly well (design issue or lack of signage?). - there is no auto-sizing on the document/pictures. This is something the software should be able to handle (software flaw). - the skew correction has actually introduced skew to photo's that were not skewed. Today alone I tried 4 times before I realized I needed to turn off skew correction to get the picture to scan correctly (software flaw). - not thrilled with the need to use the touch screen when you clear a paper jam. Since the device can sense when it is open or a document is in the feeder human intervention should not be required on the touch screen once the document is cleared (firmware flaw).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A breeze to set up I own a smaller, older WF Epson model and decided to upgrade to the WF-7710 model. So far, so great. Absolutely wonderful installation/wizard set-up directions. Works fantastic! Would so recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for small business I bought the printer to print heat transfers for my custom t shirt business and it works great so far. I print full color photos and the pictures come out good and print with decent time. I also use it to print contracts and fax. It’s a great all in one choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should be calle WorkHORSE!! I had an Epson wf 7610 for years - loved it. When I saw that the 7710 was on sale, I bought it, set it up and use it daily (gave the 7610 to a family member who uses that daily). I can not say enough good things about this printer - excellant quality, vivid prints on a variety of paper sizes and weights (cardstock, gloss, etc). It was very easy to set up, and the wifi connection is invaluable. Treat this machine with regular maintenance, and it'll serve you well for YEARS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great output, a little clunky to use (could be me) I bought this printer a few weeks ago. Installation was straightforward if a bit awkward. Print quality is excellent! Fast print times. My only nits are around usability. For example I had to use the screen keyboard to enter the WiFi password. With lots of upper and lower case and special characters it was cumbersome. Could it be done via a web page? Also, if you print to 11x17 with 8x11 in the tray and forget to change to single sheet in the print dialogue you have to cancel the job and try again. The printer is smart enough to know that the 8x11 won't work but it won't offer you the option to switch to single sheet; you can only cancel or print a portion on 8x11. Maybe it's user error (me) but it was inconvenient to walk back to my PC and start again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Happy with results of printing. Can't read it. Dell sold me a peice of junk. Not sure Why they didn't listen to me. Would have been better off with laser printer. The problem is that when I print something out it's giving me faded words I can't hardly see. I tried to adjust the settings to no avail.

I love how easy they are to set up. And, I love the quality of the support on the off chance that I need it. I would ONLY BUY EPSON.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Printer! I have owned two older Workforce printers that I loved (except for the price to replace the ink). I had high hopes for this printer but it was glitchy from the beginning. First I had an issue with the scanner getting stuck and only copying half of the page. Then after I replaced the ink the yellow ink didn't print. I purchased a second set of ink which as you are probably already aware is extremely expensive. The second yellow would not print either. I called Epson whom helped me trouble shot only to find out it was the ink head and my only option was to send back for a new printer. Epson put a hold on my credit card to insure I returned the old printer. Two months later I have not received the new printer and now none of the ink when replaced will work. I was still using the Black ink as I am a homeschool mom and I have a small business and I need to print worksheets and contracts. Now I am forced to go and purchase a new printer because I need it right away today and can no longer wait for Epson to send replacement. I definitely do not recommend this Workforce as I have read other people with similar problems as mine. Add printer and horrible customer service!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WorkForce This printer has been in my possession for nearly 9 months and I cannot find anything I don't like about it and the performance. I highly recommend this printer that prints on ALL paper sizes, two sided-print, easily change settings, etc. I'm back to Epson printers and have totally kicked HP out of my life!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy setup! I just received this at my door today, what a monster of a machine! I ad to carry it up at big flight of stairs. I'm 4'11! It was pretty funny, but I unboxed it and had it setup with ink, wifi, connected to my computer and phone and registered so quickly. Follow the instructions and it's a breeze! I'll come back in few weeks to give an update.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got what I paid for! Needed a printer for large format, that's about all it's been good for I'm not impressed! It's always in error mode and can't fax or copy more than one page through the feeder, requires many of the projects I print to be ran through the rear one page at a time, and is always jamming! Sorry not impressed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Far So Good First, I just wanted a printer, but found large format only came with multi-function. Second, It's difficult to get complete specs pre-purchase. It's not clear what weight paper stock the printer is rated for. After installing, the card stock paper selection is not available (greyed out), but seems to print on card stock anyway. I can't imagine choosing a large format printer, up to 13x19 and not planning to use heavy weight stock. First job using 100# Cover, that's why I said, So Far So Good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my Epson 4 in 1 printer I had an HP 4 in 1 years ago. Bought a WF-3520 6 or 7 years ago. Showing age early last year (a few annoying problems). Bought a new HP 9970 a year ago, and installed it. HATED it, and after 2 weeks, reinstalled the 3520 with minor annoying problems. Used it for another year. We just donated the BRAND NEW HP 9970 to Good Will. Bought the new Epson WF-7710 on sale a few weeks ago from Office Depot, but had to order it. FedEx shipped unit would not power up. You people shipped us a brand new unit. Just finished successful install. Wow. This is what service is about. I will be buying Epson products from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've had 3 of these now. They're just no good! DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER! I bought this printer not quiet a year ago and for the first few months it was OK. After that, it turned to junk. The first time Epsom sent me a refurbished printer. In my mind I paid for a new one and that's what I asked for. Well the 2nd didn't last a month hardly. So now, I'm on my 3rd refurbished WF-7710 and it's starting to screw up too. As far I'm concerned Epson should just give me my money back and let's chalk it up as a lesson learned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looked better in the ads Prints nice once you can figure out how to make it print 11*17. Not as easy as just picking a paper size and printing. Also, drinks more ink than a thirsty water buffalo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Sailing I was having a difficult time finding just the right printer for multiple tasks, but one thing that I do the most is print pictures. When I was shopping online the printer did not appear as big and when I went to the store to pick it up it was huge, but I love it. It prints almost as fast as a laser printer and the words are crystal clear as are the photos. I am a photographer and every photo I take is very important as I wouldn't be printing them if they were not. I love all of the features such as two sided printing and the touch screen is amazing. My last printer the screen was small and I had to have a light to see it and get up if I wanted to see the screen. This printer has a nice size screen right in front and lights up to see it all. I can store much more paper than my other printer as well. Prining from any wireless device is simple because on many occasions I have to print from my phone and I don't have to worry because it will be there when I need it. I would highly recommend this for any business or even personal use. Just if you buy it make sure you have room for it because it does take up some space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Difficult to connect I purchased this printed based on a recommendation and regretted it almost immediately. We are in a small office environment, two people using the printer, and have found we cannot both be connected to the printer at the same time without removing the connection of the other. We also purchased this to use for scanning. The top scanner is terrible, it constantly mis-feeds, jams, and gives errors. We have spent far too much time trying to set this up, and have even pulled the company IT department in, who were also stumped. I want to return it and get an HP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features and Print Quality We must have a wide format printer for our wholesale grocery business accounting ledgers. and we also need a reasonably good quality color inkjet printer for product brochures, Etc. This Epson wide-format all in one color inkjet printer fills the bill perfectly. It was a breeze to setup and produces much better results then the HP printer we had before this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall I really like it I bought this printer because it can print 13x19. It seems like a nice printer; it's quiet, fast, and has nice quality images. What I don't like is how close the paper tray and the output tray are. I regularly have to pull out the paper tray to add specialty paper and it catches on the output tray every time I slide it in. If you don't have the output tray extended your paper will shoot out on to the floor and slide and across the room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 7710 I love Epson printers, they are great. When my WF-3640 died I of course went online to Epson to purchase a new one. I wanted one that would use my 252 ink cartridges since I hd just purchased several. So the WF-7710 was the only all-in-one. But I was a little surprised how big it is. Bigger then I'd like but it works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good printer terrible scan software I bought the 7710 to replace my 7716 whose print head failed. Its scanner software was simple to use and could do everything I wanted. Not so with the 7710 and 7720 ( I tried one and returned it). The new scanner software is difficult to use and does not seem to function at times. It has editing icons but they are blacked out. There is no information on how to use the new software. If you plan on doing lots of scanning, buy something else. I've scanned with it, saved the image, and use Photoshop to do the sizing as I can't figure out how to do it in the scanner. The printer is excellent, but it is not obvious how to select paper size and type.
