Print quality seems great.BUT... Could not get the internet print to work. Previous unit did not have a (known to me) password. When I tried to set up a new password keyed to my email, I got an error message.Will contact tech support.

It has all the features I was looking for including printing good colour photos, good speed, multiple trays, a large, easy to use display and not be too noisy. I was concerned about the ink cost but so far after six weeks I am pleased to still be using the starter cartridges and expect my first XL set to suit my needs for several months. The scanner worked well directly from my MacBookPro. I can print easily from four other computers as well as from my iPhone using the WiFi connection. So I am pleased with my purchase that included a good discount.

This one has a strange document naming methodology for scanning and the back paper feed doesn't seem to work like it should (maybe user error) but all in all I like the device. About the back feed: I print checks from Quickbooks but the checks will never feed in properly w/o the printer ejecting the check prematurely. I can't seem to figure this out but otherwise I like the printer.

I am a customer that buys HP products, although I've had a photo Epson printer that I stop using years ago. I am now operating in the 21 century finally, LOL!, I am use to USB plugin. I Love my new printer, but don't tell HP.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJim13 from Would be a 5 star if.....The ADF would not keep jamming. It’s quiet, easy to set up. Very good on ink. I am still using the set-up cartridges after printing about 100 11 x 17 sheets. The only issue is the ADF, going to call about that.
