Great product
HP makes it so easy to replace toner in my laser printer. I get a reminder which color is low, complete the order transaction in just a couple of minutes and have the new toner days later, return the empty for recycling. All done with minimal time and effort. Nice!

Compared to other products
My husband is a retired professional photographer. Now as an "amateur" he still uses expensive printer with expensive toners (xxx per print head). My HP printer and toners produce color prints that compare very favorably with my husbands prints and for a lot less cost!

Too Soon
I purchased an HP 281cdw printer and purchased replacement cartridges because I wasn’t sure how long the intro cartridges would last. So, it’s too early to provide an actual review. But I’m counting on a good experience when the time comes to install these cartridges.

Defective
Replaced all 4 cartridges, and the other colors worked fine, but not yellow. Have no time to deal with the return for replacement right now. Not what I expect from the official supplies.

Easy to replace
I bought my new laser printer in October and it came with tester size toner cartridges. They started running low in March, so I purchased regular size replacements. They came next business day, they were super easy to install, and HP includes a UPS label to send the old cartridge back to be recycled.

No instructions for installation
I ordered three 202A toner cartridges from HP, one yellow, one cyan and one magenta. Although all were. ordered at the same time and processed on the same date and same bill, each cartridge arrive on a different day and each was packaged differently. One was only in its manufacturer box without any additional packaging. There were NO INSTRUCTIONS IN ANY OF THE CARTRIDGE BOXES on how or where to remove the old cartridges or install the replacements. The only thing with the cartridges was a paper and label for recycling the old ones.

You came to the rescue
With the Covid-19 virus, I was desperate to get toner cartridges. The local Office Depot was completely out, Amazon was busy with essential items, and I decided to go direct to HP. Will continue to order my printer needs from HP because they delivered to my apartment. Thanks

HP ink cartridges
I purchased a great HP printer in the fall. Very difficult to purchase theses ink cartridges even at Best Buy where I purchased my printer. Then attempting to purchase ink from Office Depot not reliable and slow service. All my future orders will be with HP.

HP makes very good toners for their color laser printers. The 4 color cartridges are easy to install and they work well from the first color print. The standard toners will provide 3 - 4 months of full color prints and are often discounted by HP.

Order flub up!
I ordered four toner cartridges, one of each color, for my laser jet printer. They sent four cartridges but sent two blues and omitted the yellow (the color I was out of, of course!). So I called and they confirmed it was their flub up, but I still had to return the wrong cartridge BEFORE they would send another cartridge. Typical HP service

HP inkjet will not show new toner all replaced
Well I have now purchased 4-brand new toners, and put them all in properly according to HP instructions, and all the “toner”levels show empty, and nothing I do works! Highly disappointed, because each time I use my HP inkjet copy, scan, fax, etc I have a pop up that tells me “your toner level is low or empty!”

Unusable printer cartridge
I purchased these cartridges for my printer which is nearly out of ink, according to the website these were the correct replacements. They do not work because they do not have a HP chip (that's what the error message says) and they will not function. This is the second time with the same problem.

Product Great. Delivery not Predictable.
The cartridges for my color laser jet always seem to perform flawlessly. Frankly, amazingly well and reliable. However, the performance of the free delivery when ordered from HP online can be very unpredictable and not confidence inspiring. The use of more than one shipping company on the same order may be at the heart of the problem. Handoff from a private carrier to the usps for last mile delivery is shaky and not well tracked. Please just use FedEx or ups from a to b the whole way.
