Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gave installation errors (solved by updating printer) I had difficulties installing this into my HP Color LaserJet MFP M180nw. When I replaced my old cartridge with this one, my printer refused to print and kept giving an error about the cartridge not being a genuine HP product (even though it clearly was). It was difficult to resolve this error because all the support pages just told me to install a genuine product, rather than telling me what to do if it WAS a genuine product already. I did end up fixing the issue by updating the printer and reinstalling the new cartridge -- but it took a lot of troubleshooting to get there!

I did not know the product number but all I had to do was enter the printer model number and HP advised me of the correct toner product. number. I ordered the toner and it was shipped to me within 4 days. Smooth sailing.

The toner I got was about $20 cheaper than what I was finding on Amazon. It was shipped to me in great time. I'm very well pleased with the service!

I ordered on Thursday, and it was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, but it arrive on Saturday! Installation was easier than with older HP printers. So easy. Almost too easy.

Initially I couldn't figure out how to make the exchanged, but the website resolved that. I installed, packed up my old one, and took to UPS drop. Soooo easy!

HP has over-reached into customers’ domain with it corporate doctrine of “security chip” in cartridges. I will never buy another HP product.
