HP 206A black toner cartridge
The online ordering process was very easy. Delivery was delayed due to shipping and personnel considerations during this pandemic but it finally arrived in good condition. I very much appreciated the communication from HP regarding the delivery delay. I think it all adds up to great customer service! The toner (black because I use that up faster for copying) is a backup for our color laser jet, which, by the way, gives great color fidelity.

I was trying to replace the toner on my wife's HP Laserjet P1006. I ordered two toners online and assume I ordered the wrong items. When I got them, the boxes all look the same -- and I don't buy toner very often -- only when needed for home use. I opened one and thought it looked different, but maybe they had been updated. But it didn't fit -- of course. So I repackaged it and asked to be able to exchange both -- the opened and unopened or get a refund. But I was not allowed to return the opened item. So I am simply stuck with it and the $60+ deficit from my bank account. Essentially, thanks for nothing!

First time HP purchase of black ink toner.
This was my first time purchasing via HP site as usually the past two times I needed black toner, they were out of stock. I was very pleased with transaction as was delivered promptly on time and packaged very well. Product is performing well thus far.

Works OK but some functions are slow
The quality of the scanned file is quite dependent on the lighting and what the background is. The colors are rarely true to the original There doesn’t seem to be an adjustment for a scan done outside vs one doing inside a building where the light source is white different.

We purchased this toner cartridge on 7/7. Finally received on 7/21. As of yesterday - received a notification on the printer that toner was low. Should toner really only last 2 months? Seems quite odd to me.

I purchased a laser printer for my small business. There is no stock for color toner. I have not been able to print color copies for over 3 months. Poor way to support small business.
No one can tell me when there will be stock available. Disgraeful.

I wanted to buy the 206X, so that it would last longer, giving me a lot more pages that i could print. Of all places, you would think that the HP website would offer all of their own printer products for their printers, ergo for their customers!

nOT SO MUCH THE TONER AS THE THE PRINTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! My printer rejects HP toner every 6 weeks. Getting anyone on the phone is a joke and AI has its limits. I'll use up toner an then but a Canon. Oh and the printer was an HP refurbished without any warranty - nice

Cartridge does not print cleanly - Defective
The cartridge does not print cleanly... leaves large streaks on color test page in the black section and anything I print in black. I know it's not my printer because I can put the old black toner cartridge back and this issue resolves. Now I inconveniently need to reach out to HP customer service to get this issue resolved. Quality of HP toner cartridges needs to be reviewed.
