RECENTLY PURCHASED BUT HAVE NOT USED THE CARTRIDGE AS YET. WHAT I AM FURIOUS ABOUT IS THAT WHOEVER DELIVERED THE PACKAGE LEFT BOTH CARTRIDGE BOXES WERE LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN AND THE BOXES WERE SOAKING WET!
I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THE CARTRIDGES WERE/ARE WATER LOGGED WHEN WE OPEN AND ATTEMPT TO USE/LOAD THEM INTO THE PRINTER. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO LEAVE ON THE ROAD IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN THE POURING RAIN WITH NO ATTEMPT TO PUT ON COVERED PORCH--2 OF THEM!! UNABLE TO ANSWER REST OF QUESTIONS, BUT YOU NEED A DIFFERENT DELIVERY CO.
IT HAS BEEN FRUSTRATING TO ATTEMPT TO FIND THESE CARTRIDGES IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW THIS!

Bought this because it was recommended by our tech person. Uses way too much toner. No where near the suggested print count. Trying to get more toner is like pulling teeth. I ordered several weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet. disappointing

I have had problems with the paper feed when trying to scan 30+ documents. The feed takes more than 1 page at a time. I also have had problems with the printer connection. I get an "offline" error. I have had to deinstall and reinstall. I never had these problems with my HP laser jet printer

I recently bought my new HP LaserJet printer for a business, and I've been printing like crazy. My factory installed printer posted over 1000 pages, and I was given plenty of time to get it replaced thanks to the HP reminders. The toner I ordered through HP was competitive or the same as other online retailers. HP delivered the toner fast and it came quick. I am also able to return my old toner with no issues - same box, with the provided label! Thank you HP!

While HP’s ink is good, purchasing product is not easy. Their AI portal is useless @nd it’s almost impossible to reach a live representative. HP has a corner on the market a nd unfortunately we are at their mercy. I’m not a happy customer.

HP Toner does not work in printer
The toner cartridge causes an error code 79 and will not print. When I put the old (non HP) cartridge back in it prints fine. HO online help is not helpful at all. Please give me a phone number to call. Thank you.

No need to buy early…. Able to receive quickly.
I had a new cartridge for a couple months. When I put it in, they said if was low. I can only figure that I had it too long and it dried up. I was able to get another quickly, but I would warn that having it too long, it may not work.

Great product but way too expensive, as are most. The total for all four cartridges was almost as much as a new printer of the same model. Probably next time I will get a new printer instead. Seems like a big waste but... Anyway, the cartridges are easy to install and provide beautiful color. I did appreciate the recycling opportunity with the free UPS return label as well.

The HP 206X Hi Yld Black LJ Toner is excellent. I've tried to save money using off-brand toner, but it's not worth the grief. (e.g. streaks, poor color, clarity, etc.)

HP's use of DHL for delivery is a joke. I'll never buy ink from HP again. Other vendors are available for purchasing Toner. HP says 3 to 5 days for delivery took 2 weeks.

When i bought the hp laser printer i was informed the cartridges would give me thousands of printed copies. In less than a year, it gave me a few hundred copies, and then cost me more than half the price of the new computer just to replace the cartridges. I now have only their advertising claim to say if i will get what i paid for. Hp was the last place i looked because they were the most expensive...but the only place that had them quickly available. It remains to be seen if their claims hold up, or i just go back to ink jet

Double printing of black
When printing something with a lot of black it sometimes double prints the black. This one is not as bad as the one I am replacing though. That one wasn’t even halfway used and I couldn’t take it any longer. Had to replace. Must be a common issue with this cartridge.

poor interaction between the printer and the cartridge
This is my 2nd HP laser printer. Both printers begin to warn that the laser cartridge is getting seriously low. I go out & purchase a cartridge and then my existing cartridge continues to work fine for months. At the price of cartridges today, this is a rip.

An Expensive Paperweight
The poor design of the HP printer renders it useless if any of the four toner cartridges are empty.
This poor design has rendered our printer nothing than a very expensive paperweight.

HP toner cartridges are good quality, are easy to replace and this order arrived quickly - arrived ahead of estimated time. While it’s unlikely that I would ever use third party cartridges, I still feel that I’m still paying too much.

The toner is fine. Unfortunately the Color Laser Jet Pro M283 fdw consumes it like a parched man drinking water. And for some reason, HPs Instant Ink program does not include that printer so there are lots of trip to Staples. If you are a heavy user, find another printer for this toner and keep track of how many pages it is printing.
