Quality costs less!
Great fit and awesome outcome. Do not buy the cheap alternatives...they do not work as well and the quality is poor, and they do not last very long...so you end up purchasing more often or more of it.

Found that my membership had changed from Citibank employee to regular. Toner use as expected and satisfied, however, price of HP toner has gotten more expensive. I went online with another retailer and purchased another HP toner for about $10 cheaper.

toner runs out fast
HP should give away the printers for free because they must make a ton of money on the toner. It runs out way too fast. The black prints very crisp but at a high cost.

SUPER EASY TO INSTALL!
This cartridge is a monster and you figure there's no way you ordered the right one to fit in this printer. Yet, it does! You just pop open the drawer and slide the cartridge in sideways and you're done. And it lasts forever. Well done!

am impressed with the "express" service. I ordered toner from another on-line company and they referred the order to another supplier. I did not receive the toner for over a month. And when I finally received it, it was the wrong toner! Waited another several weeks for the right toner. Ordering it through HP gave me assurance the toner is authentic. Free 2-day shipping to Hawaii made it a painless shopping experience. DO NOT use refilled toners! Eventually the printer will not perform up to expectation and you spend time and money tossing out the recycled toner not to mention lost time reprinting everything once you realize what's causing the problem.

Does not cover as well as it used to
I use a lot of Hp ink and this product does not cover as well as it used to. I think maybe in their effort to increase yield, we are getting an ink that does not have the deep saturation it used to. I have a lightly textured paper that I print and you can see through to the paper in some spots even when I use the highest quality setting.

I haven't put it in as yet as the replacement comes with all kinds of info on how to return the used cartridge but ZERO info on how to disarm the replacement and place it in the machine.

genuine toner works best
I really like my HP Color Lasejet, had it for 10 years, but the toner is expensive. (HP will love this) I tried some cheaper toner, but it looked all washed out. I tried in vain to find an .icc file for this printer. I was faced with either just using this as a monochrome laser, or getting the expensive toner, and I chose the latter. It went in easily, and instantly the color was as good as ever. I'm glad they still stock the parts.

Great product, when I can afford it
I have been using HP 305A toner sets for well over a decade. Find them expensive, I tried third-party alternates, but gave up on that after a while because nothing worked as well. I just wish they were less expensive! My compromise has been to print nearly everything in Black and White, saving the colour for special occasions.
