Sweet laptop
Love the backlit keyboard for starters. I socialize from my recliner at night and I can see the keyboard beautifully. It’s also a great work pc because I’m on call after hours anyway. Sleek, powerful and fast. Everything an IT guy looks for!! 5 star!!!

Doesn't Have CD Drive
Inaccurate pictures that shows CD drive, inaccurate description that notes CD drive as an option and poor communication as received confirmation that this PC includes a CD drive prior to making online purchase. Immediately returned without starting computer as did not have CD drive. Was charged a re-stocking fee.

Not ProBook Class...
Had for 3 mo. now and the paint is already chipping off the touchpad. Can't add additional drive, memory. Overall, feels very cheap in comparison to the ProBook 470 series. Marketed as a business class, whereas more like consumer class. Come on HP? If I wanted to replace my laptop in a few years, I would have bought an Envy.

Laptop Is Good
I bought this month ago and I am so happy with this product. Best Laptop for it price. I use it almost everyday since I am working from home. Very very good laptop.

Serious Design Flaw
Whoever designed this tablet computer and decided to put the power button on the side deserves to constantly step on Legos. The processor works fine. The transition to tablet mode is annoying and confusing. But the reason I wouldn't recommend this computer to ANYONE is because of the power button. THREE times this week I have been in the middle of working, barely bumped the side of the laptop, and the whole thing has shut down. It is an incredibly poor design choice that makes little sense. Objectively it seems the purpose is to be able to easily turn it on and off in tablet mode. If that is the case it would make much more sense to have a button that is not raised from the surface, but rather one that is flush with the computer edge and requires less than a tap to shut the whole thing down. Luckily it does start up quite quickly, but the hassle is not worth it. I'm irritated enough that I felt the need to write this review. Other than that button the machine works just fine.

Very good machine.
Very portable, solid laptop. Very fast too. The quality of the screen will not be UHD like on the Zbook or somthing, but for the price its great! I would recommend purchasing directly from the official HP website to avoid any fakes (if there are any - not that i know of).

A great laptop!
I bought this laptop based upon the great experience I have had with a previous HP laptop purchase. So far this one has been great as well. I love the large screen and things like a CAT5 port and so on. I bought this laptop to be able to use for business when away. So far it has been great!

Everything we expected and More!
Bought it for my wife after her old Android Tablet got too flakey. Unpacked it, plugged it in, and we were up and running on Windows 10 after a few minutes of screen guided set up. With the USB Mouse we bought with it and the "Touchsmart" screen it is a pleasure to use.
