If you want to make $$ on ink, you need to have a great printer product. Med. companies made excellent test machines for diabetes. They made money on the strips. The machines were cheap for such a state of the art product. You need to think of that. I do not know if my next printers will be hp. I have 2. Lots of problems. I printed about 8 pages on this cartridge.

Just the same, when I went to purchase replacement HP ink cartridges, #67 black, I could find them nowhere, even on the HP site. When I phoned an agent, he said that the printer is an older model . That's like buying a used car and finding out that the starter is no longer manufactured, making the car useless. C'mon, HP....what are you thinking? I was finally able to order three of the cartridges by talking directly with an HP agent, but why is this necessary? Please do your research and come up with another brand cartridge that will work with this printer. Otherwise, the HP Envy is FABULOUS.

Bought a Bought new HP printer that took several hrs (including 3 hrs. of chat time) with an HP tech to install. Wanted to do the Instant Ink bit, but HP Ink wouldn't recognize new printer. All retail outlets (e.g. Staples) were out of 67 Black. HP sells ink for a living for goodness sake! Will never buy an HP product again.

The order was "Cancelled" after it's initial acceptance and billing with my rewards being lost in the process or reverted partially to a "pending" status requiring me to wait another 30+ days before I can use them. Ended up re-ordering at twice the price of the original order while wondering if this order will also be "cancelled" and at what expense to me.

I have had with the ink cartridges have had to throw away a brand new one the printer didn't like. The information on how to work this printer is dismal. One little piece of paper folded 4 ways. I went to hp to see about a manual and I would only have to print 128 pages to get it. I also can not get the wifi to work. It is alright at this moment.

I would not recommend using HP Ink. This was a $17.00 item.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from InkJet Cartridges The cartridges are working fine, like the previous two cartridges used, plus last new ones totally unused when printer broke upon installation of cartridges so completely wasted $70+ because the cartridge number is different for the new printer purchased. Personally I think the cartridges should print a greater number of copies---a bit of a greedy proposition on HP's part. The customer should be able to get more mileage out the cartridges in the this day of the current technology level. For those of us not flush with huge amounts of spending income, buying cartridges can rapidly the debt incurred if doing a lot of document printing. Recommendations are based on an HP ink being the only choice.

It was a good machine so I bought another HP printer. I love this one but I wish I could buy my #67 inkers locally instead of online. This printer is great for me. I will say that when I ordered my #67 inkers, they arrived within 3 days which was great.

My daughter brought this one at Walmart as it was the only one available. It prints so slow. 1min and 50 seconds to print a shipping label. The only reason I didn't return was seems printers are hard to find right now and couldn't wait for them come back in stock in late October. Very disappointed as I love HP products.

However I continue to experience B/W streaking even though supply status was OK and there was no message to replace B/W cartridge. This the third cartridge that exhibited this defect. Cleaning does not resolve the issue. I was told by HP support that this is a "common problem" due to clogging. I followed their guidance to turn the printer off with the power button when not in use. However the problem persisted. My printing needs are low but other printers that I've owned have not had this issue. If this is so "common" how about fixing it!

Considering I upgraded from an older HP, I made the mistake of giving it up and going with this model. I will try to return it and buy a bigger and faster model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Actual Durability Lower Than Advertised These HP 67 black ink cartridges don’t print as much as advertised even when printing in modest amounts and in Draft mode. Since I installed my most recent black cartridge, I have printed around 20 pages of pure text in Draft mode, and the HP app is already indicating that the cartridge is half empty; this has happened with practically every HP 67 black ink cartridge I have used ever since I began buying them for my new printer. HP should add more ink to these cartridges or revise what they are claiming about the durability of the cartridges. Aside from this, the print quality is good for a relatively inexpensive HP ink cartridge model.

Having recently purchased an HP printer with two ink cartridges included, I haven't really had to change the cartridge as yet. HP has always been good in the past when I needed ink cartridges.

Experienced B/W streaking in 2/21 even though supply status was OK and there was no message to replace B/W cartridge. Two level cleaning did not resolve. Internet self help cleaning from other HP customers did not resolve. Replacement B/W cartridge ordered 3/2/21 (H341119446) and streaking eliminated. (There was a case number but I can't find it.) Same problem 8/21 -- streaking with ample supply per status indicator and no replacement warning. Cleaning no help so another cartridge ordered 8/19/21 (H343796015) and streaking eliminated. In the interim between the replacements my usage was 18 pages/month. There is a definite problem with the B/W cartridges as indicated by 2 replacements ($34) in less than 12 months with light usage. Internet indicates others with same problem. Whatsup?

I know my way around software and accessories and it's not hard to figure out, this printer just consumes ink and probably works out to $0.35 a page. Dont buy any ink cartridges from any store other than HP because HP randomly invalidates rightfully purchased ink cartridges. Purchased from Ebay and cartridge was authentic HP cartridge sold in Malaysia. Due to not sold in USA, HP blackslisted their own cartridge. Then purchased direct from HP and received a warning when installed the cartridge was not genuine HP. After several minutes the problem corrected itself.

Just trying to return the cartridge or get a replacement but since I'm not a part of whatever the hell ink program they want me to be in I've got no easy avenue to try and get a replacement.

They took an extremely long time to arrive since there was a storm and Covid has put a kink in the delivery system.
