Cartridges that don't last.
I have been a customer for many years. The problem with the cartridges that I bought the last few times is, that the don't last too much. I don't do too much printing , so I don't know what the problem coud be. My last cartridge only lasted one and a half month.

Ink is nice but there's not enough of it...
I think the ink quality is great and it dries pretty fast so you can touch the paper as soon as it comes out and ink won't smear. However, I think that the ~240 page capacity is very misleading because it seems as though my cartridge levels are down to around 60% after printing 40 pages.

What is most important in routine printing?
I have used the HP site to maintain my cartridge supply for decades through different HP printers and through different locations. I have always found this as the best most efficient and most convenient way to print things. I buy my paper by the case. I buy my ink in large quantities also. I have NEVER been disappointed in this routine. Speed and accuracy is most important.

My printer communicated to my computer that I needed a new cartridge, but it communicated the incorrect cartridge, so I spent money on something that was completely useless. I would expect the machine to accurately know what ink it needs, and therefore, it should be much easier to have success in this

I have the HP Deskjet #4100 series Printer. The first one I purchased lasted about 7 months before it stopped working. Fortunately I had purchased the insurance so the unit was replaced. I have now had this unit about a year and it suits my home needs. I am very frustrated that I have received threatening memos from HP concerning a replacement ink cartridges as I had purchased a non HP less expensive version.

I bought it in June. It works ok, but it is loud when it prints. It uses too much ink. It wants to do the alignment very often. I can work with it ok, but I was hoping it works smoother with less maintenance.

Having trouble. Printer turned off and can't get to come on to install this ink cartridge. Manual said to push power button and wireless button on back of unit and hold for three seconds. DOES NOT COME ON.. HELP would be appreciated.

The place where the ink is inserted is quite small for my big hand , the black ink goes in easy , but the colored ink is another story , worked for an hour the second night I had it an just couldn’t get it in . Took it back to Walmart but they said I had it one day past the day for returning it . Said I SCHOULD CONTACT YOU.

I purchased the HP 67xl ink cartridge directly from HP. Says it will give you 240 pages. I got 80 and it was out of ink. Can never find cartridges, and even HP is always out of stock. Very disappointed. I love my printer but it's useless without ink. Poor product.

I don’t like this printer.
The HP Envy Pro has a ridiculously low page yield. If you need to print lots of paper (at least 50-100 pages in 1 day), then you’d better purchase a different printer. You’ll spend more money on new ink cartridges than what you’ve spent on the printer itself.
This isn’t a printer to buy if, say, you need to print out flyers for a business. Much better options out there.

I bought #67 X and it ran out after about 50 copies. I asked hp to replace it and was told to return the cartridge first before they would replace it. Therefore, I had no ink for many days. I also had to ask them to send a label. It seems like a careing company as large as hp would send the new ink and wait for the defective one. I got it on ebay and find that regular sellers are much more responsive and trusting than hp. Seems like the #67 cartridges are not full, as I also had to replace the color cartridge after only a few copies. I went to the store and bought it myself rather than go to hp again. My other printer uses #61 ink and they seem to last much longer - never had a problem there.

Disappointed in HP making the wiantity of ink half of what it used to be in ilder cartridges. Example the Ho 60 and Hp 64 have 200 pages for nornal cartridge and 600 for the XL cartridge. This new HP 67 in black only has 100 pages fir a normal cartridge and only 200 for HP 67 XL cartridge. Works well nut comeon double the price in a sneeky way shpuld not be happening.

I've had this 3 months and still haven't discovered how to throw a photo in, copy it to a file and save the file to my pc without logging into my HP account (why do I have to have an account to operate a piece of hardware I own) and messing around with the "cloud". My $50 Cannon that lasted 10 years did everything I needed once the Solution Menu was loaded.

HP product information is inadequate. Confidence ordering correct product is reduced because of difficulty in contacting HP for guidance. Of all the companies in your industry, HP is at the bottom of my list for getting help buying a product. This is not a single occurrence. It was HP way of doing business 20 years ago when I bought a printer for the home office. I said never again would I buy from HP that made it so difficult to seek information and buy your products. So I purchased elsewhere. Then my kids bought me a new HP Printer. I was happy and appreciative. It is a good printer. But my frustration with HP resumed in simply trying to buy a HP inkjet for it. I say to myself why are you so difficult to communicate to a customer that wants to buy something from you???

The external dimenisions of the supplied cartridge which prints 30 pages is the same size of the cartridge of that prints 220 pages. HP creates massive customer dissatisfaction by cheating its customers of 20 cents of ink.

After my original HP printer finally failed! Went to a local store to check-out a suitable printer and found they only had 4 in stock. 2 of the same model which would meet my needs and 2 leaning towards the type used in offices. Selected the less expensive HP unit but they were out of stock of replacement cartridges for it. Found them at HP supply at a similar price to the store. I ordered what I needed and will use them when the supply that came with the printer runs out. I like the fact that I will be able to recycle the empty units at no cost to me. Better then tossing them in a landfill.

Not that it matters to whomever reads this, I've been buying a lot of this ink recently and it doesn't last. The last one lasted under 5 days and printed approximately 72 pages using black and color. The ink cartridge is empty.

Operating the printer via iPhone and iPad.
The printer does a good job producing sharp images. Operating it via computer or iPad is not so simple. I do better operating it hands on……on site. Appreciate the chat feature but it’s another bothersome detour to accomplishing my job. I’m not a computer guru so this printer may not have been the best choice for me. Computer smart people would not be challenged so it would be great for them.

I have had only HP printers and always use the official authentic HP cartridges. I prefer the XL. The Instant Ink is not right for me but I do not want to discourage anyone who likes it. Just do the calculation.. The XL prints 800 pages for the black ink according to what I read. And, I could do 800 pages in one month or 300 one month and none the next etc without limits that you should pay attention to for the monthly Instant Ink. I get excellent quality from the XL and my husband uses the laser and is very pleased with that. Youican also get good support from anyone at HP which is a benefit.

High Yield is a stretch. This printer model is probably a hit IF you can access Instant Ink. Without that service, these tanks run out laughably quickly. The ink is fine. Easily installed.

I have placed 2 orders for 67XL color and black ink cartridges, since I bought my new envy 6052e and have had problems with ink from both orders. They do not have consistent ink amounts. One cartridge will print 223 copies, and the next one printed only 50!! The third cartridge wouldn't work because it said that it was unsuitable for my copier. Either you are labeling regular sizes as XL, or you are shorting the containers, but either way, there isn't nearly the ink that I expected. I do not print any photos and when there is colored text or diagrams with lots of black, I note it in my page count.. I am very dissatisfied with both the quality of these latest cartridges and the envy printer and would warn others to stay clear of them as they produce copies that are very expensive for a printer that is supposed to be an "economy" model.

in an effort to push your subscription program, you've lowered the amount of ink in a cartridge. When I can't print more than 50 pages with an XL cartridge, we have a problem.
I do not have consistent usage so a subscription program is not for me. I'm using up the ink I have and will consider just buying a new printer - not worth the low performance.

I went on the site under what HP printer I have bought. And I thought it would only bring up the ink I need for my printer. But somehow I got an ink sent to me that was completely wrong. I opened it and put in my printer before I realized this was the wrong cartridge for my HP printer so I can't send it back so make sure you have your cartridge in front of you and they match up to what's in there or you will waste your money like I did and then had to turn around a buy ink again.

In recent weeks I have received 2 ink cartridges that wouldn’t print. They had all the symptoms of being empty
I assumed the first one was human error.
not so sure at the second occurrence.
They are 67XL cartridges with the stamp Malaysia on the side.
The ink in the cartridges doesn’t last very long. Not near the number of pages they are advertised to print.
At this point I am thinking of getting a new different printer. Not sure how one I can afford the ink for this one.

Prints wet, runs out fast
When I print a regular page with text, I have to be careful not to touch it, since the ink goes on so heavily, so wetly, that it smudges on even the slightest contact. If I print an image or mostly black page, the paper practically feels damp.
And so of course it seems like I'm always shelling out for a new one soon after the last purchase, even though I switched to using an office printer for more of my work, to maximize the longevity of my home printing setup.

I bought both black XL and tri-color XL. The black is great! The color was problematic and after 1/2 hour on the phone with tech support, it ws deemed defective. I was then transferred to customer service to get a replacement. all in all an inconvenience and in the meantime while waiting for a replacement, I can't print anything. A bit inconvenient when you live in a rural area with few other resources. I will rate the performance based on prior cartridges.

Waste of money. You barely get a few pages out of each of these before it runs out. Every time you replace the cattridge it spits out a "test page" that uses up half the ink you just put in. Theres nothing "XL" about this thing.

Ink depletes quickly
The cartridges purchase dwere XL versions and I don't think they come close to estimate of 200 plus copies. I don't know how to see how many copies my printer has made but I am only a casual printer and in two months since printer purchase I am on my second set of XL cartridges. Delivery took ten days so I was out ink for a week. The upside as the print quality was excellent.

The printer has a really hard time after rebooting my Windows 10 computer. Something happens with the driver and HP does not offer the correct one.

After some confusion when I ordered a printer that is no longer available, HP delivered a great printer and Ink as ordered. I was planning to order a more expensive printer, but HP convinced that this printer was perfect for my limited home use.
Set up was surprisingly straightforward and performance has be flawless. I recommend the "ENVY" series to any home user that does not use more than a few copies a day.

Was not able to get this from any of my usual suppliers. Attempt to force me into ink subscription, which is not appropriate for me or my business. Moreover it only fits a printer that is really a lousy product and difficult to install easily. All 130 pages of manual do not explain how to print from printer surface without going through cumbersome experience.

worst HP cartridge - much less yield than promised
The product info claims that each cartridge is good for 240 pages, but in my experience (having gone through 3 or 4 of them), it's probably 100 at most, maybe 75. I would strongly advise against buy a printer that requires this ink cartridge - we had an older HP printer for many years that used a different cartridge, and we were replacing it maybe three time a year. This one lasts a month under our standard use. Also, you might notice that it is frequently out of stock, which makes me think this is a systemic problem - they can't make them fast enough to keep up with normal printer usage by their customers.

Caused a malfunction
When I inserted this new cartridge into the printer it caused it to malfunction. I didn’t even know what the error message was until I looked it up and it said it was due to the cartridge. I even took the printer home to my dad to see if he could fix it and he couldn’t. I had to buy a new cartridge from a different store and when I did that the printer worked just fine. It was exact same type of cartridge so I know I got the right one the first time. I don’t print that often so by the time I discovered the faulty one it was too late to return it. Kinda sucks because it makes it feel like it was my fault, but the online store sent me the bum cartridge in the first place. Oh well.

New HP 67XL Black Cartridge Apparently Defective.
Installed new HP67XL Black. It would not print black, even though it showed as being full. Reinstalled same problem. Replaced the new HP67XL Black cartridge with a remanufactured cartridge purchased from another source and the remanufactured cartridge worked fine. Apparently the new HP67 XL Black cartridge was defective.

I'm so happy with the quality of prints, the ease of working with this copier / scanner. Everything is easy with the bluetooth. Can't say enough good things about this printer.
I print close to 50 sheets per day possibly more. Each one is as good as the first until I run low on ink as with any printer.

I ordered multiple cartridges for a large print job and these worked great!! They install easily with no mess and produced the number of text only pages estimated in the description. Delivery was fast, but a prepaid recycling envelope was only provided when I ordered 4 cartridges.

Was to print over 200 pages but only got about 150 pages printed before it was out. No pictures and size 12 print. Tried to sign up for instant ink and spent more than 20 hours on different days and had to end up buying this HP 67XL and this is what happens.

Poor Ink Cartridge
I bought HP Deskjet 2332 one week ago in shop at Adelaide and I have just printed less than 25 pages (With the carry come 67 ink) and the ink "67" has gone low to about 75% usage. What is really happening, does that imply HP sells it products with "fake" consumables? It actually calls for serious concern.
I bought same product last year 2021 January in Nigeria and till I left Nigeria to Australia in March 2022 I am still using the ink and has printed over 100 coloured pages with more Black pages.

HP ink is very good. No complaints. My problem is that a) it is so expensive, even if you buy the large cartridges. Two sets of two large cartridges and you are getting close to the cost of another printer! And, (b) if you are going to electronically force us into using only your fine cartridges--which you do--you have, in my view, a moral obligation to keep all sizes of all cartridges available for purchase at all times. Recently you had none of the tri-color cartridges I needed, and none of the large black ones. It was 12 days before I got my needed black cartridge. I bought the tri-color one at Staples.

I will let you know if you get 5 stars if the ink actually last as long as it should. We have not been getting very many copies when we buy at stores, and they will not do anything!!!! Last time we only got about45 print and then both color and black was out (mostly color ink).

I've been printing books for a band project. Ran off about 100 pages (with XL cartridge) and had to replace. Replaced with XL cartridge which produced semi-splotchy printout for no more than 100 pages, and had to replace, again. Printed probably 75 more pages, again splotchy. Just went to print and I've got low ink warning, again. *Supposed* to get "up to 240 pages". I continue to be less than impressed with HP. #MissMyLexmark

I bought this at the beginning of the year, because of the high yield claim. Installed it, then realized why it's high yield. Because the ink prints sparingly. Pages look faded & washed out, like a wet watercolor painting. I've tried everything to get pages to print bolder & nothing. Maybe I got partially dried cartridges, I don't know. Whatever the case, I'm out $55 (I bought the 2pk).

Do not order from here.
I ordered this product, it never shipped. I called the company and asked about it and they verified that it never shipped from the warehouse and all they that they would cancel the order and place another order for the same thing. I never got the second order either. I called the company again and they said that they couldn't fulfill the second order until the first order was returned. I NEVER GOT THE FIRST ORDER, so how can I return it in the first place, furthermore, had I gotten the first order, i never would have called to see where it was!

Hopefully will last longer than last one (truthfully) bought @ store due to time constraints. Otherwise, printing fine. Easily inserts into HP printer. Arrived quickly.

Buying a cartridge of ink (that's important to me)
I appreciate the efficiency and easy with which an order can be placed. I only wish that, for those elders of us on fixed incomes and still some brain cells to do things could didn't have to pay so much for the ink. If we can prove to you that we are truly "elder" (say, older than god), would that help with a genuine decrease in the cost? I do appreciate your service.

Use an HP cartridge with an HP printer.
I tried another brand ink cartridge first and it wouldn't work in my printer. I assumed there was something wrong with the printer because it was a brand new cartridge. Wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong. Ordered a genuine HP cartridge and all is good. Keep it simple.

Happy with clarity of print and longer lasting cartridge.
I am very happy with these new cartridges. I am a writer and make copies of my work a few times a month. This cartridge prints dark and clean and outlasts the old cartridges by weeks.

It’s the quality for me
Won’t waste my time with the off brand products anymore. The quality is it for me with Hp! I also choose to purchase direct because I have had the least number of issues with purchase/ delivery. Unless there’s a crazy sale somewhere, I am shopping here. Only thing that might make it better is a recycle program to ship empty cartridges to, receiving a discount in return on my next purchase.
