But HP said they would reimburse me for the nonworking cartridge. So I attempted to buy another one and submit my order number, as they recommended. This attempt was excrutiatingly difficult, using the website. I don't know yet if I was successful. The attempt took about an hour's time.

I didn't see the 901 come in high yield though. 200 pages is really not high enough so I ended up having to spend even more money to buy two 2paks. Each pack has one blk and one color cartridge. Having it shipped (very timely--within just a few days) is very convenient.
