I buy the black and colored cartridges of cyan, yellow and magenta. They work well. Sometimes have a problem getting off the ink protector cap, but do it. Like the ease with which I can order them.

The HP website gets me where I want to be after several tries. It keeps wanting me to sign up for automatic delivery - sorry I don't use my printer that much so quit hassling me. Then on installing the ink, the printer decided it wouldn't work. Where do I find help. I had to jump through hoops. I used to have "doc" app on the laptop but that too has disappeared and finally after many days and attempts I resolved my issue and got the printer working again. it's just not as easy as it used to be. I don't think it's my little old lady attempts either. Make it easier please.

Very hard to remove orange top before installing
The ink is fine. My dislike is the orange top/handle that has to be snapped off before installing. I do not understand why it has to be so difficult to pop off. I struggle each time I have to install a cartidge. Surely there must a better way.

Bad return policy
I didn’t use because the problem was the print head. Though it said returns in 30 days, HP declined to refund purchase, even though I ended up buying a new printer from them with instant ink. Therefore, anyone need a new cartridge? I can’t use a replacement cartridge because it won’t be instant ink cartridge.

cyan ink cartridge
color was great but... only lasted for a short time. the other two colors are still 3/4 full and were put in at the same time. I had to order the cyan through you as Walmart was out of that color. Very disappointed! Usually I do not have that problem with HP as my source. Couldn't figure out how to get an exchange or refund. Couldn't find receipt online.

Insult to Injury: Cyan Ink Fails to Print
After nearly four months without being able to locate HP 910 in Cyan, this ink showed up on HP’s website. It does not work in my HP 8035 printer and made matters worse: all my black ink copies are now RED. Two hours of wasted reinstalling and troubleshooting, I finally gave up ... and bought a Canon printer.

I bought a genuine CYAN Hp Cartridge which my HP 8035 printer said was defective. Right out of the package it didn’t work. So my printer would not print anything. Even a simple black ink document. So I had to buy a new Cyan cartridge. Really frustrating.

Ordered all 3 colors from HP and but all prints come out with yellow or orange background. Cyan cartridge is not giving any ink. I am spending money with fedex office and UPS stores to print the color copies. I was thinking HP store would sell quality products but not the case here

Wrong Hartridge
The 910 cartridge a small one would not snap into place so I threw it away. I didn’t went to my local store and bought a 910 cartridge large one just like I had taken out of mine and put it in my 8025 and lo and behold I got a message saying that the cartridge would not work in it because it was not manufactured by HP Although it said on the box that it would work so I’m out approximately $58 and no printer to use.
