Low ink
I installed all new ink cartridges and all but black are reading as low ink levels on my printer. I haven’t even printed anything to use the ink.

Wasted time and money
Had been buying non HP cartridges. Got annoyed by printer messages saying I had a non HP cartridge. Bought the HP cartridge and installed and the printer won't work! Says the cartridge is missing. Threw the HP printer in the garbage (with the new HP cartridge) and bought an Epson.

Very disappointing
The 920 and 920XL Yellow cartridges proved to be extremely disappointing in that they failed to deliver the estimated number of copies,and in fact fell far short. The XL is the biggest disappointment in that one expects it to deliver about 50% more copies than the regular size, but was a vast disappointment in this respect. It actually appeared that the XL held only 20%, or even less, ink than the regular size.
This disappointment was evident in other colors as well, but yellow appears to be the worst!

No Lasting Power
The color cartridges' color performance are great; rich, defined hues. The problem is that they do not come even close to the advertised '300 copies'. That includes the 'XL' units. This gets very expensive. Very disappointing, coming from a company like HP.

The yellow cartridge doesn't work at all. Must be clogged or made wrong. The other colors work fine. Suggetions to fix this?

Fast and Easy
Delivery was SUPER fast and cartridges are simple to insert!! Love the ease and simplicity!! And the windburn from the unbelievably fast delivery service. It's almost as if the stockroom is next door to me.

disappointing quality
as soon as i put in the new yellow cartridge, I received a notice from my printer that the cartridge is too old and to order a new one!!!!

specific cartridges.
This yellow and magneta cartridges show almost empty after a small amount of printing. They were either already drying up or half empty while in storage/ inventory. I had just purchased it a week before. There were only about 20 pages printed. They were purchased directly from HP online.

I may never drive to Office Depot again! From now on, I'm ordering online from HP and saving myself a trip--and a few dollars!
