Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP Inks and Printers are superior products. I have been using HP printers and HP genuine inks for decades. The performance of both have been excellent. The printers have a draft mode, which I use for my most of my printing, both black and white and color. I am able to save a lot of ink that way and the documents print far better than other printer/ink combos. Most of the time, no one can tell the documents, greeting cards, flyers, etc. are actually drafts. The only thing I use the recommended settings for are photographs. As long as I continue to get the same quality, I won't ever consider changing to another printer or ink.

After sorting through thousands of knock offs on another site, I just went back to HP Canada directly and bought the cartridges. Shipping was the same, cost was less. It is a simple choice. I've used HP printers and ink over 15 years. the HP 952 series is by far the most expensive and least yielding ink from HP yet. Print quality is excellent. Yet, I have now spent more money on 952 ink in the first 6 weeks of owning the HP 8715 printer, of HOME use, than the cost of the printer. I know you have the Instant Ink program, but, this series is WAY too expensive for the results. We all know that ink is where the money is - just like cell phone minutes- ink is really the income, not, the printers really. But, this is out of control now. Sorry!

This means that the HP printer that I bought in the Caribbean won't work with ink bought in the US without changing the printer's region code, even though it is the SAME model. After I replaced all the cartridges as one was empty and the other's were getting close. To my surprise the screen stated the cartridges were older generation and would not work with this printer. These are the exact HP 952 cartridges that came with the printer. They tell you to get firmware updates so the printer will work well!!!!!!! What a joke as they changed something in my HP PRO 7740 so my orignal cartridges are worthless, ALL THREE SETS!!!!! To give you THANKS for selfish BS! Myself, family and good friends will never purchase another item from your greedy corporation.

The prompt that comes up on the computer as a result of low ink is very helpful and easy to use. You simply quick click on the prompt and it takes you to their shop where you can order anything needed for your equipment. No shipping and it arrives within 2 days. You cannot get much easier than that and the convenience of avoiding a retail store is a huge plus especially when you’re just buying supplies.

I then had to figure out how to print Oversized documents. This Printer has a Screen that is Informative for multisized copies. It informs user of empty cartridges, software updates, and many other features without having a thick manual to read, guess, and remain puzzled.

Yes, the cartridges would have been cheaper in the long run but the printer itself was horrible and we had problems with them over and over. We resolved the issue by going back to our HP printer and are not sorry. We will only buy HP from now on and always get a great print no matter what the project is on tap. Thanks HP!

I purchased the 952 bundle and after completing the install, and running the print test, results shows that the ink level for 3 out of 4 was 100%. The Cyan cartridge was only 75% full. I am disappointed, as I am not going to receive the full benefit of using the cartridge in its entirety, unlike the other. Too much of a hassle to return 1 cartridge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be easier or faster I needed ink for my printer could have bought locally but why bother? Overnight shipping, best prices and I didn't need to leave the house. Was exactly what I needed arrived next day and I'm up and running again. Will definitely be back again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the black didnt work! I bought this because the ink and the black did not show up at all, even though the cartridge felt full. I was so upset, I am now I hesitant to order again but my printer is so strict I with ink think that I might just by a new printer that is not hp. I currently have to print stuff at work only.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Genuine HP Toner I ordered toner from Amazon thinking it was genuine HP toner (it looked the same). It was not, and I'm glad it is all used up because it was certainly inferior to the REAL HB toner that I always had used previously! I won't be making that mistake and will from now on order directly from HP!
