DRIVER IS HORRIBLE!
I Encourage you to avoid this line of Printers because the driver at least for Windows10 is horrible! It will not work with Windows Fax and Scan software, it will constantly switch between single and double sided, and it will swap between wanting paper in Tray 1 to Tray 2 even if you try to preset to go to either tray! Cost me 2 hours of wasted paper trying to print a simple label for a shipment because of this problem. It will cost you labor hours and frustration for employees.

Network connectivity Issues
I've had this printer for about 2 years. I have to call I.T. company all the time because it switches between one sided and 2 sided printing manual instead of Auto. Output bins are there, but you cant get the printer to use anything but the default top bin. The customer support is worthless. This printer wasn't ready to be released.
