Awful product
We purchased this copier 2 years ago. The first one that came was immediatly broken, and had to send it back (after unpacking, setting up, and then having to repack and send back such a large item... it was not fun) got a new one, and within a year it started clicking loudly, and contacted HP and had parts replaced under warranty. They had to completely disassemble the printer, and were here for about 2 hours to replace the toner disposal system. The printer is now broken again, and HP said its not under warranty and to contact someone else. Don't go with this printer
