Dynamic security enabled printer

These printers use dynamic security measures to block cartridges using a non-HP chip or electronic circuitry. Periodic firmware updates will maintain the effectiveness of these measures and block cartridges that previously worked. Perfect except for one small issue
Printer exceeded my expectations. I upgraded from the Color Laserjet M570dm. This printer is much faster and actually smaller (which is amazing). The big bright display has cool features like allowing you to define new "copy" buttons that have all the settings set. You have your "normal" copy button then you can define a one touch button to get double sided to single sided color with 2 copys. This will be a big time saver for my staff! The ONLY problem I have with this printer is the lack of A10 envelop support. You can print on an A10 envelope however if you want to set one of your trays up as A10 size it is not listed. All my previous HP printers have had the A10 size as an option for the tray. The ultimate result is you either need to use the manual feed OR if you have A10 in a tray you have to hit a button twice on the display in over to override the tray size to get the envelope to come out. I have tried to use "custom size" setting to no avail. I have not had time to call HP tech support however so there may be a solution but at this point the "quick" solution would be if A10 was a trays size option in the settings of the printer like it has been on all of my previous HP Laserjets. If envelopes are not an issue BUY THIS PRINTER. If A10 happens to be the size envelope you need to print then be aware there are a few limitations for printing a lot of envelopes in one print job.

Hard to Set Up
This printer is great, but it's difficult to set up the fax and email options. I still can't set it up. So, I gave up and don't use those features.

$3200 paper weight!! from
Does NOT work with Windows 11 - don't listen to what they say.
This was great until Windows 11!! I have called four (4) times & was online & on the phone with HP for over 5 hours on multiple days! I now have a $3,200 PAPER WEIGHT!!!!!!!!!! This does NOT work with Windows 11. The one rep then was downloading drivers that was giving WARNINGS to NOT download but he did anyway! What a mess!
