Rated 5 out of 5 byITSupportTeam from This must be the LEMONI have a couple of the older versions of this model, which are the 400's and work great. HOWEVER, this particular 452 has caused nothing but issue. Constantly just stops printing and have to power cycle to get running again. Other times printing takes like a minute between pages if printing say 5 pages. Tried both firmware update on Printer and multiple Drivers with no success. Even tried to put on USB rather than Network and still exact same issues. I've read a few reviews on HP about similar issue so maybe it's hit or miss. Good Luck if you get your's to work, but just my opinion as I bet I got the LEMON :(

Rated 5 out of 5 byVMME from Legal TrayWe really enjoy our new printer. Everything works well just seems to take a bit to warm up and start printing. The other complaint I have is we bought it specifically to use it for legal paper. The paper fits in the tray just fine but just wish the tray would close all the way instead it sticks out a bit. Other than that all is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 byNotAHappyCamper from Could Never Get It To PrintVERY DISAPPOINTING - COULD NEVER GET IT TO PRINT. Bought brand new. Installed provided software and used existing USB cable, tried a new USB cable and tried connecting directly to computer via network cable and we could not get this printer to print. The computer would recognize the printer when any of the cables was connected. Test pages would print but Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. would never print using any method. Printer spool was reset, queue would be empty yet nothing would ever print. Uninstalled all USB ports, reinstalled them and still no print. Spent over 3 hours on phone with HP Support and they tried installing various versions of driver without any success. It's sad how an HP printer connected directly to an HP computer won't work.

It was entirely acceptable using the starter toner cartridges. When these ran out we were annoyed that the 452 required cartridges different from the 451. We purchased genuine HP replacement cartridges. They are not nearly as good in print quality as the starter cartridges! I attempted to work with HP "support" to determine the problem. I spent more than two hours on the phone without ever speaking to a human.

Rated 5 out of 5 byGreg from Good printer to supplement MFPs for some use casesWe have several users that print sensitive documents, labels, custom forms, etc., so aren't always a good fit for our MFPs, which handle the bulk of our printing.The HP Color LaserJet Pro M452dn has been a great printer for those people as it does color, is duplex, is easy to use, and has been pretty reliable overall.The bulk of our printing is to MFPs so the volume to these printers is more specialized and lower volume. For that purpose, they work well.

It is relatively compact for a color printer and has good features such as duplexing and is pretty fast to start printing. All for a price that is incredibly low. I do recommend this for a medium volume level of printing.
