Rated 5 out of 5 bynullboxer from So far so goodI have only had this printer in service for a couple of weeks but the users appear to be very happy with it. I have had no complaints, but it is still a little early to grade it on reliability. The model it is replacing 2025n and M451nw which only developed non wear & tear issues after 6months of service.This printer appeals to my users cosmetically and ergonomically. I have already had several requests for replacements after deploying it.

Rated 5 out of 5 byh2os from DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER.This printer cannot print from an iPhone over WiFi. I had HP support on the phone and they told me that you can't print over WiFi you have to use hp email print web service. I told them why do they have it listed as a Apple AirPrint printer and why does in the configuration list a Bonjour Service name. They had no answer for me. Also, HP technicians didn't want to even try to figure out the issue and told me to send the printer back. That's HP solution to send the printer back and buy a different brand printer. I think I will start buying another brand HP! DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDano from Good Low Cost alternative to InkjetWas thinking of getting a high capacity inkjet printer, but for the price I did better with the LaserJet Had to download software driver, the CD did not work. I use the printer for documentation on a private network.

I did have some problems getting the device connected to all of my computers though as the MacBooks and my HP laptop don't have CD-ROMs so I had to download the drivers from HP, load the software, then run the .exe in order to get the computers to recognize the printers wireless network adapter.If you aren't a little tech savvy and you don't have a CD-ROM drive, you may be challenged w/this product if you are connecting via wireless access.
