Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scanning ProblemsPrinting works great! scanning if fine as long as its to a USB. To computer file has major issues an only works some of the time. After hours on the phone with tech support they blame my server. Meanwhile we have three other printers that have no problems communicating with server or any other computers in my office. they them tell me there is nothing they can do and consider the case closed. Looks like I am a Samsung man for life!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from STAY AWAY! THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR OWN MACHINEI strongly recommend staying away from this printer/HP. Check out an Epson SC T5270 MFP or a Canon imagePROGRAF TX-3000, instead.HP's own employees don't even know what the maximum print size is. The maximum roll size is 36" x 300', but no one has any idea what the print & cut size is. If their own sales staff can't even answer a SIMPLE question, "SUMTIN' AIN'T RAIGHT!"As an engineer, I'll say, "Don't sell what you don't know about."
