I do a lot of photo printing and so far this printer does great quality. My only complaint is that in the paper tray, there is no "slide" to hold the regular paper size in tact. There are sideways "slides" but none at the length of the paper which allows to paper to shift when pushing in paper tray.

Great Printer So far!
I set up the new printer earlier this week as so far so good. The instructions were easy to follow and although the software took a little while to download (this could be partially due to my wifi connection) it seemed to work fine right away. We will be careful with the paper tray as I read from a previous review that it is not super strong. In my experiences HP has always made great stuff!

I have always chosen hp printers for theIt reliability and quality, I purchased my printer 3 weeks ago and it was easy to set up, I took advantage of the ink replacement feature, it doesn’t send ink and bill me every month, it sends It only when the system says I need it. the model I purchased has some nice features, I am very happy with my model decision.

I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 to replace an HP Office Jet Pro 8610 All-in-One. The new printer is more compact and seems to be doing everything the older printer did, but a little more slowly for some reason. Quality of print is good. The on-printer screen is extremely sensitive to the touch, so it is more difficult to enter commands properly.

Printer worked great. I have the HP 8610 I bought on 2012and thought it couldn’t hop on the Internet. I found out there is nothing wrong with my old HO it was the Verizon Router that was messed up. Once Verizon fixed it my old HP worked fine as well

I can't get the help I need on simple issues.
I like the printing, but getting to simple help like getting the printer back online never makes sense. I remove the checks like the video says, and it still stays offline. Blue light lights so wi-fi connected.
Also the promotion for HP Ink is way overboard. I took the sticker off the top of my new printer (I don't need your advertising - I already spent $250+++ to buy the thing to replace an old HP printer and I'll get ink when needed) and the glue from the sticker didn't come off. Now I have a mess.
HP products are great and we're definitely buying them as noted that some were not available anywhere I looked, but your help is not helpful and your advertising way over the top. Yuck.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 is much faster than my old printer. The automatic paper feeder is great for large jobs. Haven't tried the fax yet, but did manage to set it up using a phone line splitter shared with my landline.

I am happy with the printing speed, and the HP smart app is nice. What annoyed me is that the 2nd time ever turning the printer on, it was making noises for several minutes, and when I tried printing it failed. I had to wait a few minutes again while hearing weird noises, and the I was ablte to print what I needed.

Very nice printer
Although I have only had my new printer (HP Officejet Pro 8025) a short while I am enjoying in a lot. The feature that I like best is that the user can lot more paper in its enclosed bin that models where paper in loaded in an exposed position on top of the printer. The print quality is superior. The only complaint that I have is that it is a little hard to setup especially as a network printer.

A Perfect Step forward
Being a work from home person as well as a Mom with a high schooler and third grader I need a reliable printer. HP has never failed me and gets better and better with each new printer. The OfficeJet Pro 8025 is a nicely designed printer that is not bulky and works perfectly for all my needs. The setup is a breeze, plug into outlet, turn on, install ink and load paper then go to the printer software download page, straight forward and easy. The touch screen is a great size, bright, and easy to use. Printing is quick, quiet, and great quality. Scanning, copying and faxing all work perfectly. The Smart app is by far the best and easiest app I have used for a printer. You can view everything you need to know what the printer can do, even see your instant ink information. I have this setup for use on three laptops, two iPhones and an iPad and all work great. I even love the print anywhere option in the Smart app, definitely comes in handy. I have been an instant ink user for awhile now and highly recommend it as I have saved so much money. Replacing my printer on my account was so easy and best of all my rollover pages transferred over plus I got an extra 4 months free of instant ink.

One complaint
I was disappointed to find that the shelf that the printouts come out on can not be lifted to a slanted position making access to the paper supply area easily accessible. In order to reinsert a document for back-side printing (I don't always find using the "print on both sides" what I want to do) I have to remove that shelf to get my document back in the paper tray. I would suggest giving attention to improving this.

I bought this for my kindergarten and first grade combined class to be able to print colored activities for them. It is a great printer, although the paper tray sticks a bit and the color of the images isn’t quite as bright as I had hoped.

After a lot of research comparing printers, a big selling point was InstaInk. The printer itself is nicely designed. I hope it lasts longer than my previous HP printer which I bought in 2013. I am used to HP quality from years ago...the laserjet I bought in the early 90s lasted 15 years.

I bought this printer based upon a recommendation of a Staples employee despite the online reviews... believe the reviews. Printer works great for the 14 day return period, after that I won't print without a great deal of effort. The print cartridges are also very quick to run out of ink. Huge waste of money.

I bought this printer a week ago. The black print head on my old HP printer stopped working, and you cannot replace the print heads on HP printers. I like the fact that I can scan multiple documents all at once, my old HP that I bought in the 2010’s could only scan one at a time. So far the print quality is good, it connected to my WiFi and I can print from my phone which is a nice feature. There is also a customizable email feature which I have yet to try out. I believe you can email files to the printer, and then print out those email files from the printer.

Can't Handle Paper!
I just unboxed my new OfficeJet 8025 this week, and it has given me nothing but headaches. Number one problem: It loves to grab multiple pieces of paper from the paper tray to print a single page. It has used as many as seven sheets of paper to print a single page, 1/2 on the first page, an inch on the second page, a line on the third page, etc. until fully seven sheets of paper were ruined. The paper tray sticks like mad, and you have to remove the paper catching tray to get the paper tray to pull out. Getting it back in is just as tough. I have owned HP printers for decades, and this is the worst I've ever seen.

The printer was fairly easy to setup, as were the Fax and Scan features. Operates smoothly (my old printer shook the entire printer table).

Was hard to set up.
After several hours of installation the printer is working fine. I'm now just worried about changing the ink. The past two printers I had from HP both were working fine until I was told to change the cartridge and then they "need to be replaced." I don't like the way the paper tray fits. It is very hard to put in check paper when I want to run a couple of pages of speciality paper.

The printer setup could not be easier. I am not a techy and was able to get the printer up and running within 20 minutes. It was pretty much plug and play. I downloaded the app, plugged it in and used the setup on the screen to finish the job. I love the fact that the printer`s footprint is so small relative to all it does. Bottom line, the printer does not take over my desk. The black and white printing was much faster than I expected while color printing was a bit slower. I tried printing photos as well as documents and achieved great results for both. I also scanned a few documents and found that the results were more than adequate. I found only two design issues which I could live with. First, the paper tray was a bit difficult to access. Second, the document catcher does not automatically emerge when something is printing. The HP Smart App worked really well. I loved the simplicity of scanning directly to email. As far as HP`s ink service goes, I continue to use it. I am not certain that it is the most cost effective solution for purchasing ink. However, I am willing to pay a small premium for not having to ever think about my ink supply.My only issue with the printer is that I could not find a way to store stuff to OneDrive which is where I hold most of my business documents.

Product was received in good condition, based on the outside of the box. I was eager to get the printer set up once I received it, but I only had a small window of time. I decided to give it a shot.SETUP:I was extremely pleasantly surprised at how easy the setup was! No instructions were needed as the display on the printer guides you through with ease. The most difficult part was unwrapping the printer cartridges. The setup was complete in 5 minutes.CONNECTING TO THE PRINTER:This is the part I always dread. I can never remember my WiFi password. Fortunately, I didn`t need it. The printer found my WiFi and connected via the HP app on my iPhone. It couldn`t have been simpler. Before I knew it, I was able to print.PRINTER QUALITY:In terms of product design, not much seems to have changed. I have had my share of HP Office Jet printers. This one appears much like those of the past, looks-wise. The display appears clearer and easy to read, without glasses. The size is what you`d expect, not too large, but not terribly small. Power save mode is helpful. The quality of the print is impressive. The HP app creates an easy way to get your documents printed.

First, the instructions that came with the printer were not enough, so I had to go to YouTube for more help. The steps on the printer display panel were straight forward, but the part about the "scan" was somewhat confusing. Eventually, I had to go the "HP Doctor APP" to get the scanner working.
Finally, the price of the printer was very reasonable, and the quality of the printed copies are great. However, when I ran short of paper, the paper tray was somewhat difficult to pull out. Otherwise, this is a great printer!

There is no owners or user manual and the set-up pamphlet is a joke with NO written instructions only VERY vague pictures !!!!

Problem with ink cartridge
I received my HP Office Jet 8025 today. Setup seemed to go well. I set it all up on my iPhone. It easily connected to my home WiFi. Printer cartridges fit right into their slots easily however I kept getting an error message saying they were missing or damaged. I tried unsuccessfully to troubleshoot with the virtual assistant. I called HP and after being transferred twice I spoke with a very helpful guy. After doing most of the same things I already tried he is sending me out new printer cartridges. They won`t arrive for 7-10 days apparently because this is such a new printer. Personally I don`t think it is a cartridge problem but I guess we will start there. I`ll update this review when my printer actually prints something

Before unpacking my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025, I did as I usually do with newly purchased electronic products, and went online to read reviews beforehand, in order to familiarize myself with possible obstacles or issues that may be encountered during the setup and/or use. I became somewhat discouraged and disillusioned after reading some the reviews. Several stated a time-consuming, difficult process to setup and a few stated an irregularity in performance. Thankfully, I encountered none of it. Start to finish, I would guess the entire process took roughly half an hour. I now have this multi-function printer connected to two laptops, replacing one that was aging and non-wifi, but yet still functioning and in good condition. I needed an upgrade however, that would be quicker, function flawlessly, and have better options suited for my home business. This printer has it all. Besides the easy-to-use functions of print, copy, scan and fax, a few of the other impressive features that I find helpful are the simple color touchscreen, the generous paper input tray and the option for automatic two-sided printing. In my opinion, one of the best features however, is that the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 can be enabled to work with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Microsoft Cortana. I have not yet tested the voice-activated printing, but I am loving this unit and looking forward to doing so shortly!

Easy purchase, easy set up
My old HP printer wasn't working so I called customer service for help. After spending some time trying to trouble shoot we determined it was not fixable. HP recommended this printer as a replacement and I was able to order and get it shipped all in one phone call. The set up was fairly simple and it's working great!

HP 8025 OfficeJet
Received my HP OfficeJet 8025. It was securely packaged in a plastic bag with handles that was easy to grasp and pull out of the box even with all the styrofoam. Set up went quickly the instructions direct you to have your wifi password handy and with that I had it set up in less than ten minutes. You can load multiple papers for copy or scan while leaving the lid closed which is really convenient. My favorite thing about this printer is the speed of the printing. It is as fast as a laserjet printer. The led panel makes navigating simple. The print quality is clear and crisp.The 8025 is boxy and a little larger than most at home printers. While it prints very fast it is also noisy when it prints.

Classroom Printer
I am a math teacher at a middle school with very limited copier allotment. I was looking for a printer and scanner that I could use that would be easy to use, as well as affordable. The HP Officejet 8025 All-in-One wireless printer has marked all the boxes. First the affordability of the ink is amazing, the HP instant ink program not only saves me time, but also money. I no longer have to make a trip to the store to purchase ink, HP automatically send it before I even think I need it. Also the cost for this program is much cheaper than buying the cartridges from those Mega stores. Another great feature is the ability to print from my phone. Many times I am not at my computer, but I received a communication from a parent or another teacher that I need to print. I no longer have to log into to my computer and download the communication to print. I can print it from my phone using the mobile print feature. One of the best features is being able to use it for those one or two copies that I need. I no longer have to leave my room to make an extra copy of a worksheet for a student. I can now use my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Wireless Printer to scan and print the required document and give to the student in the fraction of the time it would normally take. The quality of the print is excellent, and it take very little time for it to complete the print jobs as previous printers would have a lag time.

Great purchase!
Purchased this after a the return of a laser printer when I realized after it didn't have what I needed in a printer such as being a copier and the scan feature. Returning the first printer was easy and the replacement came days later and se- up was a breeze as was the first one I received. Has everything I need and is easy to operate. Thanks HP, as customer service helped me through the online feature “chat” and I was able to get what I needed for my personal needs!

Bring some color to your life
I had the pleasure to be able to test and review the HP Officejet Pro 8025 All-in-One Wireless printer. This printer is an amazing piece of machine. It makes your life so much easier by allowing you to print, scan and fax all from one place. The print and scan quality are truly vivid and amazing. I must be honest I have not used the fax option on this, so I cant comment on that. The printer has about 3 inch color and touch screen display and connected effortlessly to my wifi and has stayed connected. I have been using this for over a week now for some office work and kids school and it's been great.

I have alwas bought HP printers for my clients for over 20 years with very good results, but after Windows 10 I have had alot of problems making the WIFI printers work which I never experienced in the past.
I hope this serlous problem gets corrected.

I was forced to buy another HP printer after the 2 i owned both failed because of a broken printhead. The new printer wont connect and the ink leaked all over the printer and the other cartridges. besides the fact that Im stuck with the unused ink from the old printers that have never been used. How about you submit something new like a decent printer that holds paper and enough ink to do the proper job! Until something is corrected you will not get a good review from me. My old 6700 was a marvelous machine and I need something equivalent. This ridiculous machine that you sent me doesn't quite fit the job!

Good printer to streamline printing
The printer was nicely packaged so that it was not damaged and easy to open up. Setting up the printer seemed easy according to the included picture instructions. Most of the pictures were self explanatory and I had not problem understanding what to do. I did run into a few glitches with the setup. First in the 2nd image, where it showed the languages, I did not realize that you were supposed to select the language. I realized this when I could not load the ink cartridges in step 3. When I did select English, I was able to continue. The ink cartridges were nicely packed and easy to install except that the orange clip was extremely hard to get off on all 4 of the ink cartridges. Once these were installed, the printer display menu seemed to be stuck on the display, "Thank you for installing instant ink ready cartridge. Touch OK to continue." I touched OK MANY times! and nothing. I then tried to turn off the printer and it did not turn off. I even held the button down for 10 seconds many times and the printer did not turn off. I had to unplug the printer. When I plugged the printer back in again, I was able to reprint the alignment page and continue with the setup. I continued the set-up online, but had problems connecting to the internet. When the printer was finally set-up. I was happy with the printer. The print quality was good and the speed was as expected (not to slow, but not faster than other printers of similar quality). With this printer you can sign up for an automatic ink refill subscription that will automatically send you ink refills when the printer gets low. I like to have more control over my ordering, but I am sure many would love this feature. You can also connect your smart phone to the printer and print directly from your smart phone. This is a great feature that I enjoy using as my can print photos directly from my phone for my kids as we are viewing them to use in their school projects.

Previously, I owned another HP OfficeJet Pro for many years. I was very pleased with it until the printheads broke and would have needed to be replaced. I ordered another HP OfficeJet Pro (for much less than the replacement printheads would cost) and am very pleased to own another HP printer that can perform the same functions. It was easy to install and is easy to use.

New HP Office jrt Pro 8025
I bought this because my previous HP printer Cyan color would not work. The service rep was very good and I decided to purchase the 8025 while I was working with him. The printer has all the features that my previous printer had, copy, fax, scan and network capability. The set up was easy and I was able to continue using the instant ink contract that I had with the previous printer. It workd find but it does squick at the end of the printing cycle. I hope that won't me a problem and maybe be be eliminated.

Happy with the purchase, and it's QUIET!
I bought this printer to replace an HP OfficeJet 6970 that bit the dust after countless print jobs. I'm not easy on printers and working from home, the noise factor can be an issue if you need to print something while on a call with a client or conference call - this printer is seriously the bestI've had in this price range. I don't use it for photos as I have a separate specialty printer for that - but this does charts on BI documents perfectly.

I bought this 8025 a few weeks ago after my HP6050 died. So far I am very happy. It prints excellent quality pictures, which I needed, and after struggling a little with the set up, it now works good. The photo tray is not as easy to operate as my old computer. I may be doing something wrong, but it doesn’t seem like should take special knowledge to make it work smoothly. I had a hard time figuring out how to adjust it to paper size without it readjusting every time I pulled it out. The paper catcher also doesn’t seem to want to slide easily to fit the size of paper I am using. Other than the paper issues everything is as I hoped for.

Our former printer died and HP was able to help select a new one with a very nice price. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. They were very generous about starting our Instant Ink program over so we basically got credit for unused cartridges from the old printer.

My old HP printer died, and I bought this one to replace it. It's not the same model, but very similar. It was easy to set up and had a familiar "feel" to it. The only thing I'm missing so far is the USB port on the front of the printer instead of in the back....It's not as convenient for plugging things in quickly. So far no problems.

I recently purchased this printer and have been pleased with how easy all of the functions are to use. The printing is smooth. It's easy to connect to a computer and even our cell phones. My only issue I had with this printer was that it did not come with a 2 prong phone cord so that I could hook up the fax. Overall, I am still very pleased with this purchase.

This 4-in-one was very easy to set up. I had it up and running in about 15-20 minutes.The print quality is excellent, both color and black and white and it prints pretty quickly.Copying is easy and fast.The scan function, however was difficult to figure out. It was difficult to determine how to scan to a PDF and have several individual pages scanned end up in the same document file.Overall, this is a very good quality printer!

I am very angry about how I was tricked into purchasing a newer printer. I was on the phone with an HP employee (for almost an hour-no less) trying to help me figure out why my original printer wasn’t connecting to the internet. He said it was too old and talked me into purchasing a newer model. After my new printer was delivered I discovered my 2.4 WiFi wasn’t working-only my 5G was. Once I got the 2.4 booted up my old printer started working again. So now I have 2 printers taking up space in my office! Now the new one won’t work because it’s not picking up the 2.4. Very angry and feel like I have been taken advantage of

This is my second HP printer.
First one I liked a lot, until about 6 years later, developed a software bug.
So I bought another hp printer.
Like the features on this one, nice printer except for really really cheap paper tray, that you load the paper in. Would definitely recommend this one if it was not for that.

I just bought this a week ago, I had to reinstall the online software twice. It don't come with an installation CD anymore. The machine parts and paper tray is very fragile, don't know how long that will last.Compared to my 8600 Premium that got surged by lightning, no comparison at all.

I receive delivery and followed all the instructions for set up. After putting in the 4 ink cartridges there was an error message saying that the cartridges were deflective. I was shocked because it was brand new.
I took them out and replaced them, then it said I had a paper jam but I had not place paper inside yet because I was just setting it up. The printer never work. I stayed on the phone with IT for over 2 hours trying to troubleshoot the issue. NOTHING WORK.
I had to return the printer the next day and I AM still waiting to here back from HP to ensure they have received the printer so they can send out a replacement. I must say this has never happened to me before. I usually go into the stores to purchase my printers but with everything going on I had to order one from online. I hope the new one works and I think I should get some type of credit for the hassle I am facing.
The printer is for my home business and this has set me back 2 weeks worth of services.

Not as good a my previous HP printers
This printer is not as good as previous all-in-one printers. It is noisy, the paper tray doesn't hold much paper and the document feeder works sporadically. It is on the "instant ink" program, but the printer doesn't always realize there isn't enough ink inside so when I have a larger printing job, many copies turn out illegible, but I still get charged for them. Plus, I like the all black printers versus this off-white color.

I had this printer purchased for my use at work. This printer is slow to print (unless you put it on 'draft' mode), doesn't scan two-sided, and has a really small paper tray. The older model I had before worked much better (until it didn't) - not that this one works poorly. Give me a second paper tray for envelopes please.

HP 8025
I LOVE my HP 8025. I purchased the 8025 to replace my HP 6069. The set up was seamless. I have several devices that need to use the same printer and each one was super easy to connect. As with my 6069, I love the HP auto ship program for my cartridges. I always have a new cartridge when one runs out. I printed some Christmas photos that are as good as what I would have gotten from the local Big Box store print kiosk.

Nothing but trouble since the day we bought them...Ink runs out in two days and you cannot interchange with another exact machine. Paper tray barely holds any paper. We bought several and are returning them. never have I had a worse printer.

Great personal printer
Purchased this printer to replace an HP Model 8510 all-in-one printer that I've had for several years. Used it for a couple weeks now and it meets my personal home office needs very nicely. Quality printing. However, I paid the exact same price for this model as I did the HP 8510 and I find that the 8510 had one very convenient feature that I particularly liked and miss on this printer. That feature is that the 8510 automatically fed and flipped the paper for two-sided copies without having to manually flip the paper to copy the second side. Also, the 8510 seemed to be constructed a little better than this Model 8025. The paper tray in this model can be a little troublesome to remove/replace and the movable adjustment holders for various paper/envelope sizes don't move as smoothly as on the 8510 paper tray. I believe the 8510 is slightly better better designed and constructed than this mocel.

Only one problem --
Everything is good. Easy set up. Only issue is scanning. When I scan a white document it scans through as a colored piece of paper. I work for attorneys and submitting a colored document to a judge is not an option. I have been trying through the Print & Scan Doctor and email help, I have not yet been able to fix the problem.

One word, Amazing!!!! I could sum it up right there but I won't. I am not kidding though this printer is very fast. Fast to set up and Fast to print and Fast to scan, especially scanning directly to an email account. The set up was a breeze. Took less than 10 minutes, without any updates that is. The WiFi access is great. My old printer which was less than a year old disconnected all the time. Not one hiccup with this one yet!!! The print quality is spot on. Documents are clear. I haven't used the picture print yet but to scan items that may have a logo or something looks great!!! So again if I have to use one word! Amazing!!!!!

Easy set up
I purchased this hp printer, because I have a hp laptop. I thought it would be easier and more compatible to use. It was a easy setup, my only issue is resolving the offline problem. I'm still working on it, but for now I can print so I'm happy.

I bought this printer just over a year ago. It has not given me many problems. Now that it is out of warranty, and just after I bought $200 worth of ink, it decides not to print very well. When I call the store, they state this printer was RECALLED and the faulty 910 ink was as well. When I call HP they tell me that it is not true. I originally paid over $300 for a printer that has only lasted just over a year. HP's remedy...BUY A NEW PRINTER!?!? You are kidding? Up until now, I was a loyal HP customer. Not so after today!!!

Don't waste your money
My company purchased this for me as a replacement for another printer. It is the worst, I have not been able to scan to my computer since 3 weeks after it came in, it BLOWS through ink, and the ink is almost always out of stock when you try to purchase it.

Great Printer for Black, Yellow, and Red Ink!
Overall, this printer is wonderful at printing yellow, red, and black. If that is all you require, five stars. But if you need to print blue, or need service from HP, or use Instant Ink, one star.
I purchased this printer about 5-6 months ago. About 90 days after my purchase, I received an email from Instant Ink saying that there was a recall on my blue and yellow cartridges and that I would receive new ones. A little after that, my printer stopped printing blue. "No problem," I thought. "The new blue cartridge will fix this issue." WRONG. It took a month and a half for the new cartridges to arrive (although HP gladly charged me for my Instant Ink subscription in the meantime).
When the new cartridges arrived, I installed them, but blue still did not work. After about 3 hours troubleshooting the printer, I found someplace on the HP website to enter the serial number. They sent me a recalled blue cartridge!
I tried the HP chat feature twice, and each time the feature crashed. For my third attempt, I decided to call HP. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful and said he would get a new cartridge sent my way after a brief hold so he could speak with his supervisor for approval. The hold was a disconnection. I have not heard from HP since, and I'd rather go buy a Canon or some other printer rather than spend another 4-5 hours pulling my hair out.

Technically Twitchy, Ink Refills Are Unavailable
The wireless setup process is arduous. The menus on the touchscreen are not intuitive. The app supported is an improvement, but misses on many of the technical support issues I have experienced. Also, when you run out of any of the three color types of ink, it won't let you print at all, greyscale or otherwise.
Also, none of the required ink types are available for sale on HP or Amazon. So its useless to me now.

I bought this a couple of months ago after my Cannon printer died due to it being almost 7 years old. I should have stuck with Cannon, but the price on the HP was too good to be true and it was. The print quality is horrible and it takes forever for anything to print off of Wi-fi.

Great Features w/ Some Downside
Overall this is a good printer and the scan capability is very good. On the negative side I constantly have issues with the printer being "Off Line" and not being able to connect wirelessly. Also on the negative side the ink levels go down at a fast rate even when not using the printer, does the stuff evaporate?

Love the printer, but HP has ink supply problem.
So far I'm happy with the printer, quick wireless setup, and scanning features. However, the ink cartridges ran out pretty fast. I don't print that much at all and was suprised I was running low already. Trying to buy ink online is a nightmare because it seems like all the color cartridges for this model are out of stock everywhere. Get it together HP.

I bought this to use when working from home. When it works, it works great. When it doesn't work it is difficult to determine the issue. I typically only print in black & white, and have my settings marked as such, but when color ink is out it will not print. It takes a long time between the time you push the start button to when it is actually ready to print. Jams upon start up most times regardless of quality of paper used.

Although I managed to get it set up it was not as easy as the instructions said it would be, I am not sure about the ink cartridges, they are much smaller than the ones in the HP 8600 I have, which I still intend to use.

Don't buy HP
I bought this printer to replace another HP Office Jet printer and I was very disappointed. It was easy to set up and connect to the network, I could print right away. However, the fact that there is no paper guide, made the printer grab multiple pieces of paper each time it printed. There was no way to fix it. I looked for help online and basically there is no fix. I knew this would drive me bonkers in the daily use so I sent it back and got a different model. That model ended up getting sent back to! HP you need to up your game. You are not making good quality working printers like you used to. I won't be buying any more HP. It's a bummer because I used to be a big fan.

However, I also bought a three year care package / extended warranty and H.P. has yet to acknowledge the care package and continues to send me notification that I need to sign up for a care package. I cannot get any live person to assist. Although their product is good, their customer service is very bad.

My only complaint is the poor quality of the slide out tray to receive documents coming out of the printer. It is difficult to pull out and push back in which makes me worry that it will break. Otherwise I’m very pleased with the product.

Setup was super easy. I purchased because I previously owned an HP OfficeJet for several years and LOVED it. The printer heads decayed on it so it was time for a new printer. This is a piece of junk. I printed about 50 pages and it already needs new ink. Instead of sending a warning message that it is out of ink the last 20 pages had huge streaks in them wasting the colored ink as well as paper.

Have printed about 20 documents and many photos. Excellent quality. Easy to set up... although trying to follow the multitude of directions, hints, offered programs, and subtle semi-directions was time consuming, frustrating, and overkill. The simple, quick setup is all that is needed for basic high-quality productivity. Price is average sale... could have searched for a better deal.

Overall a good upgrade from my last all-in-one
I really enjoy using the OfficeJet Pro. My last one stopped working after just 2 years. But I have had a lot of hp printers over the years and am very satisfies overall. This one works easily and well. However, I do have one negative change to report. In order to change or add to the paper feed drawer I now have to completely close the paper catch unit just above it to access the drawer. I do change the paper with some frequency and this is one more step that slows me down. I used to be able to reach the drawer from my adjacent desk without getting up, and now I have to stand up, close the outtake catch unit and then I can access the paper drawer to add to or change it.

Long load time; No Paper Error
It takes about 60 seconds for the printer to warm up and actually print something. Even more time is required when the printer is restarted.
A paper jam occurred on my 3rd print. I cleared the jam and then an error message appeared saying there was no paper in the tray. There was clearly paper in the tray and the paper was properly positioned. I tried restarting the printer, troubleshooting online, and to no avail. It looked like it wasn't communicating with my computer or something. I gave up and came back an hour later and the print job miraculously completed while I was gone. Very odd.
I just "upgraded" from an old HP printer that came with a laptop I purchased about 15 years ago. That old printer worked better and was more reliable. I'm hoping the kinks will be worked out with this new printer in future prints.

Excellent quality printing, whether as a copier or from my tablet/phone. Scan to email & fax also came out well. Paper feed from tray or up top works well. Generally easy to use, but not completely intuitive— even when I just replaced a similar hp machine. Quick setup sheet comes with it, but no info to find a detailed manual online. Not sure what the print quality differences are between options, but all good so far. Terrific value for home use.

We purchased This scanner to scan multiple coppies front and back. But when I tried to do it. NO GO it scans all of the front page with no prompt to do the back went to the HP tech and after an hour of them trying they said that models does not do front and back only one side then you can add the second side and all will read 1,3,5,2,4,6 REALLY DON'T BUY IT. Oh lets not get into how much problems I had trying to just print. HIT AND MISS. Paper tray is made of soft plastic, IN SHORT BUY SOMETHING ELSE

Have had it set up for about a week. Quite a bit of difficulty getting it to work - had to reboot twice. Harder to load new paper than my prior HP printer. The prior quit printing color after about 4 years and HP tech help was unable to solve the problem. The new one now seems to be working OK, but today the carriage is squeaking when it runs all the way to the left to start printing. Has several features that I will probably never use. Time will tell.

Only difficulty is operating the scan feature from the control panel. It works from the software on the computer but not from the panel on the printer. It still tries to use the driver from the old printer and the HP software does not deal with this.

Wish I had an instruction book.
Basically, I like it, but too much I just am guessing how to do/fix as there is no instruction book. I have no idea how to work many of the features I bought this certain printer to get. I also was disappointed not to get the warranty.

Easy set up
Just received it. Needed an AIO for home office. The scanner is the most used tool. Flatbed or feeder seamless so far. Coming from a laser; the speeds are slower(expected) but the color output makes up for it. The WIFI set up was quick and all of my machines found it. New to the HP app, but so far been able to work it.

Smart Looking, But.....
My previous HP 6960 lasted less than 2 years. I purchased this directly from HP as it was the same price and free shipping. A bit tricky to get set up to my home network but most of that was probably the operator.
The "but" in my title is that the whole machine seems much chinsier/flimsier than my broken one. Glad I purchased the 3 year no questions asked warranty this time for only $32.00.
I would purchase this one again.

Prints fine, but not so good for scanning
I bought this less than a month ago, but had not used it for scanning until recently. I scan a lot. First, because it would not do two sided scanning, the driver had to be updated, which took about 1 1/2 hours on the phone with your tech support to get it right. Second, the scanning dialogue box is practically illegible, because it is so small. It is 1/4 the size of the one for the OfficeJet Pro 6968 that I had before. No one seems to know how to fix that, and you want a fee just to look at it. Since they cannot say even if they can fix it, any fee would be wasted, since I doubt they know how. If you do a search on the internet for this problem, you will find that it is a common one. Your tech who write your drivers must therefore be incapable of updating them to modify (i.e., enlarge) the dialogue box. Very unsatisfactory in that regard, but also in the ability of your tech team to fix it, or in fact, even try.

Constantly "low ink" when I just purchased and installed a new cartridge of ink. Constantly stopping mid print to "load paper in tray" when tray is completely full. Constantly stopping printing and i have to start over again. Constantly has paper jams. You cannot and will not get anything done with this horrid printer. It also constantly prints half of the page, therefore wasting sheets of paper.
Don't buy!!!! I regret half of my paycheck spent.

The printer does a good job now.
The set-up was complicated for a novice like me. I needed clearer directions to connect to my laptop and had to spend over an hour on the phone to get help. The person was really wonderful and the printer works fine now but I wish the set-up directions were clearer.

I bought this printer because I am taking online classes. It makes it so easy to submit my by scanning them with the automatic document feed. It prints fast and the pages are high quality. It's a great purchase! And I love that I don't have to go out and buy ink.

Where to buy ink cartridges?
It's going to be a wonderful printer however I have been unable to find cartridges for any refills. Due to being wiped out by a wildfire I'm finding a permanent residence I haven't opened the box yet but I investigated the places where I could replace the cartridges and there are none. Therefore can only give it a 2 star rating at the present.

If you're running a mac, pass this printer by. The software does not work with it unless you do MAJOR work arounds that should not have to take so long to scan to computer. If you ask HP, they blame Apple. Well I blame them. Don't advertise a printer that doesn't work with over half the world's computers.
OH Look! access to my dropbox right on my printer? How neat! Not really. You log in through the tiny screen, having to push a letter twice for it to record. Then when you try to scan it comes up with an error. Surprise! what's the error? Who knows, it just says error. Can I fix it? Apparently not.
Ok, then I will scan to my computer. NOT POSSIBLE without using their desktop app. Which, by the way, is also UTTER GARBAGE.
NONE of the advertised features work with a Mac so if you have one, don't even bother with ANY HP printer. Nothing you are paying for will work on your computer.

Not the usual HP quality
I am not impressed with this new HP printer. I have owned several models of the Officejet over the last 12 years. This one was to replace my old 8600. Unfortunately, this 8025 is a real disappointment
The paper tray is flimsy and does not hold the paper securely so the prints are most often crooked on the page.
The power switch is temperamental.
The overall quality seems cheap.
None of this was expected when I purchased HP.
I was going to give it 1 star but it does have a couple of positives. The setup was seamless and the small size is nice

Wireless printing impossible
I've spent many hours trying to troubleshoot the wireless printing. It prints okay, but so far only from within the app, which is inconvenient and time-consuming.

Terrible Color Printing
I replaced an older HP all-in-one with this model, and I shouldn’t have bothered. While the new one is faster, the color printing is just as splotchy and uneven as the old one. Next time, I will try a brand other than HP. With ink being so expensive, you would think printers would actually do what they are and PRINT.

Much like my old one but not as tall.
I have found it like the one purchase just a year ago but am really disappointed that the old one only lasted 13 months and was just one month out of warranty. I am having trouble getting it to scan to the computer and print from others using the printers email address. The other features work well. I do like the message board that tilts. It makes it easier to sea.

Nice looking, goes well in our den, office.
This replaced our 7 year old All-In-One, which was terrific. This new model is much quieter. However, I takes about 40 seconds to produce the first page, and It takes longer to produce multiple color pages. I produce 60 to 100 page docs, so this is a little disappointing. Perhaps an HP Tech can help speed it up. But, it is very sleek looking and helpful office tool.

I started using my HP 8025 Officejet printer on Sunday, May 30. After unboxing the printer, I installed the ink cartridges (1 black and 3 colored). I downloaded the HP app from the Microsoft Store, started an account and then followed the set-up process online. The instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow. I was also given the option to set up an automatic ink delivery for a monthly fee (with free shipping) depending upon how many copies I would estimate printing each month. Then the ink is shipped after that number of copies is reached. I also easily downloaded the drivers for the printer.The unit printed very well both in color and in black and white. All printed pages were clear and sharp. What I was amazed at was how easily I was able to print from any of my computers or my phone wirelessly after they were set up. Each computer and my phone are connected to the same router as the printer. I was also able to customize my set up so that I can sent print jobs to the printer via email (very cool feature). The unit prints fast so large print jobs printed quickly. This quick printing is a timesaver for me. This printer is a great improvement from my last printer, both in quality and speed. The wireless printing works perfectly and its screen tilts up for easier viewing and reduced glare. I think the automatic ink delivery option is also a great timesaver since I don`t have to worry about running out of ink. The only thing I would change on this printer is to have a larger screen to make reading of the menus easier without having to grab my glasses.This is a high quality printer that makes all of my printing quick and easy. I anticipate using it for a long time.

severe microsoft compatibilty
After 40 years of buying HP printers, this may very well be my last one. Aside from the last one being replaced because of premature failure. ( thankfully i had a warranty extension), the replacement failed early too.
However, while this one is working ok from a printer perspective, there are problems turning off duplex ( 2 sided printing). Support has no idea what to do and sadly were unaware. It also gets more complicated when moving from MAC pro to IPAD. I can not print one sided from IPAD using "viewer" for a PDF. Cant do it using Word, unless I use a little known option on the print screen which opens the word file in viewer on the MAC, which adds a PDF extension and can be printed one sided. Support is horrible. Apple gave me more assistance than HP on this problem

My review of the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer
I am really happy with this printer. The set up was the easiest of any wireless printer I have ever owned. The instructions were very clear except for how to access the ink compartment to put the ink cartridges in. Nothing in any of the instructions tells you to push on the little button to open up the compartment to get to where you put the ink in. We found it ourselves after struggling to figure out how to open it. But all in all that was the only issue we had in the set up process. I connected my phone, and the other pc`s in my home and office so that we can print remotely which is a bonus for when you might want to take a screenshot of a document and print it out at home to have it. Out of the box the setup is super easy, just one chord and its powered up. The on screen display walks you through the set up and I found that extremenly helpful. The scanner, copier is a great bonus two for storing documents or making copies of them. The whole machine is super high quality and like all my other HP products I expect it will last me a very long time. I can find nothing that I would change other than clearer instructions on how to get to the in compartment.Overall, I love it. I have only ever purchased HP products since the first thing of theirs I bought (a pc). I find their products last and have few issues if any. My last HP Printer/Scanner lasted 10 years so I am sure this one will go as long! I love it!

Unfortunately my HP printer broke down. Called support to help try and fix the problem. Could not be fixed and I was out of warranty. Recommended this as replacement. Did everything over the phone. Added 2 year warranty + Auto Ink Package for 9.99 a month and 300 pages. Wish it came with USB port for scanning items. Next model up has that feature.

Our HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 is a poorly designed product. It will not operate from a power strip & the cord is too short to reach a wall socket. The printer goes into sleep mode after approximately 2 hours requiring a shut down & re-booting in order to print. I often have to turn the printer off & re-start 3-4 times per day. Very disappointed in the printer. You should inform customers of these performance issues prior to purchase.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer
The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 was easy to set up and connect. Any questions I had with any set up, or printer options, was easy to find with the HP website help. The wireless technology makes it great for my small office. We currently have a laser black and white printer and was worried it wouldn`t be as proficient as our laser. The black and white printing is very quick (comparable to the laser speed) while the color printing takes just a bit longer but still fast. The print quality was great for a inkjet printer as well. The 8025`s compact design is nice for small spaces and can easily fit on my shelf. We have the gray option but when looking I saw they have color options which is great in my opinion! I would love a printer that has "personality"! My only complaint, which isn`t really that big of a deal, is the noise it makes when it`s calibrating. It`s sort of distracting and loud but overall it`s a great printer and gets the job done.

The HP 8020 printer was sent to replace the HP 6890 printer which I used from Dec 2017 until it broke for no reason in Feb 2020. This printer feels cheap and unreliable. It lacks some of the features that my older printer had including 2-sided copying. It also has a tendency to copy papers crookedly because the feeder is not effective- it grabs the paper on one side and pulls it through on an angle. I am really disappointed with this printer as the 6890 was a really good, reliable, versatile printer. This one is mediocre at best.

Terrible Experience
This is the 6th HP printer I have purchased. My last one, which I loved, silently died after very little use. The new one which I purchased directly from HP Support had no, nada, instructions for loading the driver which, BTW, was not on a CD nor was there any indication included on what steps to take(not at all like previous HP printers I have purchased). I spent a couple of hours wandering through confusing pages at HP support with my frustration mounting since I had work to do that required a functioning printer. i can’t even begin to explain the level of frustration I was experiencing. So...I called HP printer support. The young woman was polite but almost impossible to understand due to a very strong accent. After 5minutes on the phone with her. I wanted to cry. Eventually she got the driver from the HP website installed on my printer which I had successfully connected to the internet prior to calling HP. But I am done now. Sadly I will never purchase another HP product. And by the way, just so you don’t reassure yourself that I must be unfamiliar with printers and software and drivers, I am a successful regional sales manager of software products and have worked for national and international companies, traveling across the country.

Although I just received this printer and haven't really used it yet, but compared to my last HP printer I think it would be a good upgrade. Installing the printer was actually easier than I was anticipating and the setup instructions that came with it were easy to follow. In a future review I will defiantly either recommended or not; at this time I am still in the process of evaluating it.

This printer is fairly large and heavy, but it gets the job done efficiently. The touch screen in incredibly responsive. I personally enjoyed how the screen provided videos to watch during the setup process. I will say, it did take close to an hour to finalize the setup between the printer and my HP account. However, now that it is complete, everything runs smoothly.

Love the Functionality!!
I received my printer and I absolutely love it. It connected to my home wifi very easy and the instructions for installing the printer cartridges were easy as well. I loved how it allows me to color copy, scan, and fax, all of the functionality for a small business. It also has a built-in security mechanism. The one thing I really like is the HP Smart App, which allows me to print from my phone as well as so other tasks. It's small yet efficient. I have a small business and I'll use my printer that purpose. Thanks so much!!

I so love this !! Replaced my old 8600 with it ! Not only is its footprint SMALLER, its FASTER to ! It has a super nice sleek design compared to my old printer, this would go with any room any decor. Also the ink cartridges are pretty good size and its pretty fast over WiFi ! No problems connecting over Wifi (very simple), Print quality is great the same as a photolab that you would pay top dollar (and take a lot of time going to pickup prints at a photo-lab ..)

Fast and efficient and easiest to install
I purchased this less than a month ago and it was so easy to install. It was mindless almost. I had not gotten a new printer in years. My previous HP was still in plastic and looked perfect, but I had to download drivers from the internet or a CD for my wireless. I had to do nothing. I still cannot believe how easy it was to finally get a new one to fit the color of my furniture. Best decision I ever made

Great for a Home Office!
Over the past few months I have been doing a lot of work from my home office and was looking for a printer that could keep up with me. This HP Officejet Pro can definitely keep up with all the printing I need to do. When I first took it out of the box I can honestly say that I loved the look of it. I set the printer up wirelessly and it was so easy. All of the instructions are right on the screen so I was guided step by step. As far as putting the ink cartridges in, that was simple too. In the past I have found some ink cartridges to be difficult to put it or change, but these were quite easy to work with. After getting the printer set up, I did a practice print and was so pleased with the whole process. The printing itself is very quick and the quality of the printing was excellent. One great thing about this printer is that it’s pretty quiet which is great if I’m on the phone and printing at the same time. I did not find the noise from the printer to be a distraction at all. I found that making copies on this printer was also simple and the quality is great. I would definitely recommend this printer to someone with a home office or even a person or family that often prints at home.

Printer operates great-only 2 questions; Why does it defer to COLOR printing-rather than black printing-or can that be adjusted? Why unlike previous models does it not say-"out of ink-change cartridge'- it just warns you "ink getting low"-have another ready when printing is not good-

Set-up instructions not thorough enough. A few pictures are good enough only when things go smoothly, When they don't we need detailed written guidelines. A printed users manual would also be nice to receive with the purchase of the printer.
That being said, after one week, the printer is working OK

Love my HP Gear and Ink Plan
I recently purchased this OfficeJet Pro 8025 for $99. The best $99 I ever spent. HP has got this printer thing down, from great machines to great online presence. I am so satisfied. The Printer almost sets itself up. HP makes a potentially difficult task into an easy one. I am now learning how to send through the internet pages to print from my cell phone. Awesome. Great photo printing, great letter quality pages, Looks good, copies excellently. This will be my last printer assuming it lasts and HP printers tend to last. I'm so glad I decided to spend an extra $40 to upgrade to this printer; well worth it!

Extremely Slow
I purchased this on on the advice of the HP representative I spoke with. He advised is jest as good as my previous one that broke 2 days out of warranty. It’s not the same at all. Although the the quality of prints is there the speed is horrifyingly slow. And the ink cartridges are also very small I would have trashed this thing already if it wasn’t for instaink.

Great replacement
I bought this a few weeks ago and it has been a great replacement to my 8610 since the print head failed on that unit. Jericho was very helpful although he reassured me that I would be reimbursed for my opened and unopened ink cartridges for the failed printer and upon receipt of the new printer that I would be able to send back all my cartridges and receive cartridges for the new printer. This was not the case as I am only able to send back the unopened cartridges. Now I have these opened but full cartridges that do not work with my new printer. Sadly. But other then that. No complaints. Great printer awesome features. It is more compact then the older printer.

I bought this printer two weeks ago. After ordering it the speediness of arrival was great! Being an educator and having two kids at home doing @homelearning having this printer at our usage was one of our best purchases for our virtual classrooms. Still love my 8600
As I unpacked this 8025 printer, I noted how much less solid it seemed than my 8600. Since I'm having problems with wi-fi in the house, I cannot give it a comment. But already know I will be giving the 8025 away to a charity who might need/want a newer printer. I'm sticking with my old 8600. Loading the ink was a pain! Got very frustrated!!!!!
Thanks, anyway. I hope the 8600 lives forever!!!! LOVE THAT PRINTER!!!!!

Because of the threat of the COVID-19 in Louisiana we had to evacuate before of age and severe existing health problems... We have used HP printers for the past 24 years and always been extremely satisfied... look forward to using this new Pro 2085 soon!!

Ok, but not as good as my 6950
I purchased the 8025 as I moved and needed a new printer. It was reasonably easy to get installed. My complaint is the paper try does not slide as smoothly as my previous printer. Also the cover for the printer paper is not very well made. Trying to pull the slide out with the flap to prevent pages from falling on the ground is difficult to operate. If I did not need get busy printing I would have returned this printer. Very Sad.

Review of HP 8025
We`ve been using HP printers since we started our company 11 years ago and have been very impressed with them. So impressed, in fact, that we typically recommend them to anyone who asks. As a small business owner, we don`t have a lot of need to print as much any more, but it is important to us that the printer is easy to use and easy to troubleshoot. Unpacking the printer, I found it to be so much more compact that my other printers. I did struggle a little bit with the set up, I think it was putting the ink in. But the step by step directions on the screen were very nice. They were all pictures that walked you through what to do next, which made everything easy. At first, I struggled with getting the device to scan in the top feed compartment, but quickly got it all to work for me. I find this printer to be right sized, nice and quiet, and ultimately very user friendly. I`ve scanned documents, printed labels, printed things from my phone...all the things that I regularly do and all of them were easy to do. I love that I can assign an email address to my printer...so much easier than trying to remember the one assigned by HP. I think the automatic ink reorder could come in handy, though it`s not something that I find important to us at this time. Nice job HP! Another great device in my printer arsenal. :)

Superb print quality - both photos and text. I am thoroughly happy with the HP 8025. But initially I was not. I bought the 8025 to replace an HP 8610 with a printhead problem that cleaning would not fix. One task I performed with the 8610 was writing checks. But I discovered that the sliding rails on the paper tray of the 8025 would not close far enough to fit against the top and bottom edges of a check, whereas they would on my old 8610. I luckily had a piece of plastic from a clothing hanger that I was able to cut and file so as to fashion into an L-shaped filler piece to overcome this shortcoming on my new 8025. Problem solved.

So Easy!
When my old printer finally gave up the ghost I wanted to replace it but could not find that model anywhere. When I contacted HP I was informed that it was not longer available but that they had a similar model that should meet my needs. Their price was the same as my local retailer and it was shipped out the next day, free shipping. It arrived 3 days later. It was so easy to go through HP for my printer needs.

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace my old 8715 OfficeJet Pro which only lasted a year and a half before needing "print heads". It was a good printer, so I was very disappointed that it didn't last longer like my past HP printers. I like HP and the instant ink, so I decided to try another one, but I did buy the extended warranty. It was easy to set up and has been working great. I definitely recommend it.

So far it seems to work from our phones, iPads, and laptops/desktop computers. It seems flimsier then the 8500 or 8610 series. Print jobs are clear and precise. One thing I noticed missing was the flash drive port on the front. It will make scanning to a flash drive not as easy.

My previous all in one printer died, I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke to was great. I said he was replacing my 8620 with the newest comparable version. The order was canceled because of a stocking issue and I wasn't notified. I called customer service and they were able to expedite a new order for me. When I finally received the product. When I finally received the product I realized that I was sent an 8000 series not an 8600 series. This 8025 all in one is clearly inferior to what I had not only in the quality of the actual machine but in it's functioning. I have had nothing but trouble with it since I got it last week. The paper jams very easily and frequently. It stops working frequently and I have had to shut it off and turn it back on at least twice a day since I've had it. I was actually going to give it one more week than call for a replacement with a different model

It runs as smooth as silk, no connectivity problems, HP customer service is invaluable and best of all is there ink service. Slow, Not Efficient
We bought this (3 of them actually) to replace our 8600 after it broke for a small office. It doesn't hold very much paper, the tray doesn't open and close smoothly (have to lift up the printer each time), and it asks WAY too many questions... like you have to confirm the paper each time or it won't start printing. It seems way too much focus was put on the wifi office features than the printer itself. It constantly does "maintenance" as well. The ink seems to have "bubbles" where it goes in fits of bad printing and then good. (we buy ink direct). And it warns you that the ink is running "low" long before the cartridge needs changed, but then just runs out (it tells you to change it when the quality isn't acceptable anymore, which is usually in the middle of a print job). If I could return them, I would and buy a better printer. Since it was another 8000 series, I expected they would be like our other 8000 series, but this one seems like a much cheaper downgrade.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.The HP Office Jet Pro 8025 Printer is a great printer that allows you to easily complete all of your daily print needs. I really like the scan to email function, among many other things. The instructions are great to have, but I really did not use them (only to look at the HP website link, to get my printer started). The printer was ready within minutes. Set-up was effortless and I started printing immediately. I have used HP printers for my last few printers, they are great and allow you to accomplish many things with ease. The Office Jet, is a beautiful printer, that is high functioning. I have been able to do: standard printing, making copies, scanning to email, my computer, as well as making beautiful 4 x 6 color photos. I am very impressed with this printer and proud to have it on my desk. After inserting my 8.5 x 11 paper, I thought there was a problem with the drawer closing. I pushed, looked, pulled, tried this again. After a little while, I realized there was no problem, I just happened to pull the paper catch forward and it aligned with the paper tray perfectly.

I ordered this online. Shipping was fast and I couldn't be happier with my new HP Officejet 8025. It was a piece of cake to set up. As soon as I plugged it in, a set-up process popped up on the computer screen and walked me right through it. Sharp printing with cartridges that offer more pages per cartridge than my last HP. I like especially the double-sided copy feature. I was contacted by customer support a couple days after I received it to be sure there were no issues - very professional.

A Terrible, Worthless Scanner
I bought this printer at the end of February. It worked fine for general printing and copying. Then a few weeks ago, I had to sign and get back to the company on the board of which I serve an important document for the company to apply for some of the federal loan funds. After I sent in a scanned signature page, the CFO got back to me and said it was not usable so I had to send in the signature page by regular mail. Then last week, I was getting an important legal opinion to a client so I scanned the letter with my signature to send to the client. Fortunately, I looked at the PDF before sending it and discovered to my shock that the quality was terrible and would have made me look unprofessional. Once again, I had to send the original, signed version of the letter by regular mail. I promptly went out and bought another, much more expensive All-In-One printer and it works very well. For more than 20 years, I have bought HP printers and they have all performed well and lasted a reasonable amount of time. This one is terrible in its scanning function and no one should buy it if they need decent quality scanned documents. In fact, I think HP should stop selling it.

I've owned a officejet pro 8025 for over a week now and am somewhat disappointed with my short experience thus far. I have printed out lengthy assignments with multiple pages added at the end of the print job as well as multiple blank pages throughout the document. I've never had a printer do this to me before so I'm unsure if it's a user error or the printers mistakes but wasted ink, paper, and time aren't my favorite things in the world. Especially when I bought this printer with the idea that I would'nt have to worry about much according to the ease of use reviews I read prior to purchasing.

Concerns about quality of equipment
Since I have only had this new printer for about one week, it has had limited use. However, one thing is very evident and that is the quality of the material used in manufacturing this machine is not up to HP quality. I am specifically addressing the paper carriage and the printed paper extendure. I should also tell you that your representative was absolutely terrific. She knew the product and worked tirelessly with me to help fix my old HP printer and in the setup of my new computer.

Setup was not super easy. My brother did it for me and said some important details were left out of instructions.
Paper tray is not easy to remove to load and seems flimsy and will break over time. Paper is angled up and ore often then not more than one sheet of paper is fed through when printing. Jammed probably 10 times before I got it to print correctly. Not off to a good start with this printer.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer was so easy to set up. There was an information card with step by step illustrations to unpacking. The ink cartridges were simple to slide in. Inside the printer it was color coded to help with correct ink cartridge placement. I really liked the App that I was instructed to download. The app gave me simple steps to set up and load the software. I was able to test print right from the app. Problem solving was also offered that would take you through step by step. The printer is quiet and quick with printing. I love the wireless feature. I have my printer set up in my downstairs office. I can print from my phone from upstairs. The copies are clean and crisp with clear colors. I have printed photos from my instagram app. They came out clear, crisp with true color. This printer is much easier to set up and use than my former printer. The electronic setting panel is easier to see and use. The printer is neat and compact with many printing options at a great price.

I've only had this printer a few days but like it so far. I had to search for a Youtube video for detailed setup instructions. Found an excellent 16 minute video. Manufacturers no longer include adequate operating guides, although I found HP's instructions online. The scanning function is not so good - my old prtr scan function was better.

Strong suggestion NOT to purchase this unit
I have been a strong supporter of HP products for several decades. Currently I own three other HP printers, two 'All in ones' and a Laser Printer. I purchased this unit after reading several reviews, some were good and others bad. Since I already had a history with HP I decided to 'pull the trigger' on this unit. I am so sorry I wasted my money on this unit.
It refused to stay connecdted to my network, constantly going 'off line' and refuses to print to computer.
I cannot count the hours spent with HP support attempting to rectify the issues with this unit, but at a current per hour charge for my services, it accounts for a tremendous amount of money. The relative cost is not the problem...it is the wasted time attempting to solve an existing issue.
It would be great if HP had a 'lemon' program to assist customers with issues such as this.
I have had no problem with HP support, other than some issues understanding their reps, but all have attempted to solve the issues. At times, it seems to rectify the issue and then the issue re occurs. Thinking that the issue could be within my network, I had that evaluated by my supplier and equipment replaced.
Yesterday this issue returned and currently, I cannot get the printer to function. The computer and printer indicate they are connected to the same network, the two uints are within three feet of each other and the HP remains 'off line'. I can connect with a wired connection and it functions...just will not stay 'on line'.
Although this unit is less than a year old, I am currently searching for a replacement. I am simply tired of the repeated failures of this unit. Currently, I am searching for other manufacture instead of HP.
Buyer beware...this is not a wise investement for your small printing/scanner needs.

Replaced our old HP printer which stopped working, evidently due to some issue with the ink cartridges. This has caused us to lose over $100 in ink cartridges which don’t work in the new printer.
Also, refilling paper in new printer (8025) is much harder than in our old (6700) printer. That’s really annoying. Sorry!

The printer was a pain to get set up even the tech at HP couldn’t help but I finally managed to get the printer working on my own. To top it off when I was looking for a new printer and called HP the person I talked with said that this printer was at the best price. After I purchased it in the Nextel days I received an email with the same printer on sale at a much lower price.

Nice redesign.
The printer was purchased to replace a previous Ofiicjet Pro which died after 5 years. The new design is more compact, yet, faster and more efficient. The materials are less prone to collecting dust and fingerprints. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

We are very satisfied with performance of our HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All in One! "Exceptional" is the best word to describe the value of our purchase online! Consider that we were about to spend nearly 73% of the total price of the new unit on toner for the printer we already had. Opting instead to upgrade for an unbelievable low investment for our new 8025 that including shipping was a "no brainer"! Now we our enjoying, "ease of use", "fabulous great looking high quality documents and photos", "faster print speeds" and other very useful features of the HP 8025 we were missing on our old unit. Most notable are "automatic (2) sided printing" and "enhanced scanning tools!" Delivery was super fast and setup/installation were an absolute breeze! Good Quality, Easy to Use
I've tried to revive an older HP printer, but I finally had to part with it. I'd had it for probably 10 years and it mostly just collected dust. I spent HOURS of research before buying this product, and I've been using it for a couple of weeks so far... and I've been so happy with it. I love how I can send jobs from anywhere from my phone, and it RESPONDS INSTANTLY (hallelujah chorus). I signed up for the instant ink because I'm a teacher who now has to do remote learning from home for three schools, so my printing needs will always be a little heavy at the beginning of the semester, and the plan seems very competitively priced. I'll certainly get my use out of it. Print quality has been precise, and the speed has been pretty fast (though printing in color on both sides will, of course slow it down a little). So far, I'd say it's a great product for the money. Note* you will need to download some software to your computer/ device before you can use the scan feature, but it's relatively easy to follow and takes less that a few minutes.

Love HP printers
Have only had this printer for 4 days since it was delivered while we were away. So far, that's my only complaint. I specifically requested delivery after our return frommactrip to TX for our sons wedding. Nevertheless, it was shipped the next day and delivered 2 days later. Our neighbor took it in and held it for us.

Only had this printer a little over a week and we’re very happy so far. We upgraded from an Envy 7155 which was a nightmare. It was the best thing we ever did! The 8025 is fast, reliable, so far, and prints beautifully! we expect it to continue to perform as it is now. The printer is for personal use.

it's not the best HP product printer I've had. I have had HP printers since 1986 and just don't care for this model. the design is ok but the printing is not like the other one i had. makes noise after printing is done for at least 2 minutes like it is resetting. the paper tray is not to my liking and the output tray is difficult to move and the paper tray is too. This was recommended by the sales rep on the HP site and i should have looked further. very disappointing The sales rep didn't even know the item was BACKORDERED.

Works Great
Purchased to replace a 4 year old 6830. Works smoothly. Had to download printer driver through Windows as HP said that my computer (Win7 32 bit) wasn't supported. HP needs to update their drivers. Windows driver works fine with all the extras too.

Nice compact printer
I was having problems with my 9 year old HP printer, getting it to print from my Win10 computers, so needed a new all-in-one printer. This new printer is a great replacement and at a good price point. It's best feature is it's a compact size and uses separate ink cartridges, not the combo. Fast printing and love the newer HP Smart app. Made installation fast and easy for all of my computers.

If you have a Mac, make sure you download the HP Smart app and use it to set everything up, makes it really easy. iPhone set up was also a snap. My one complaint (and this is really stupid) is HP put a big sticker right on top of the printer that didn't come off clean. I know they want to sell you ink, but is it necessary to put a sticker on top that I have to now scrape the glue off the top of the printer? Super annoying.

So far I am extremely happy with this printer. I've always used HP printers and this one is the best by far. Very easy to set up, got my Instant Ink account cancelled on my old printer and set up on here thanks to some very helpful HP people. This printer is so much faster I can't believe it. I'll be waiting on it to finish printing a couple of pages and it's already done. Also a new thing for me, if you need to copy two sides of something no more flipping it and taking the sheet of paper out and running it through again. This one you just flip the item over and it prints both sides and prints it out with out having to re-feed the paper. Love it, If you are thinking about this printer, don't hesitate. It's so far a fantastic printer, loving it!

This product was a replacement for a warrantied printer that I had purchased previously from HP. It was quickly sent when the old printer broke. I really like the new model, as it is more compact and instead of being black colored, it is white and gray -- which looks so much nicer in my decor. It works very well, and we use it a lot!

The little printer that could.
This printer is replacing one that was about 50% bigger so right out of the box I am freeing up some much needed office space. From out of the box to setup was about 30 minutes, but 15 minutes of that was taking a baseball bat to my old printer that had me frustrated with depleting ink and wires. This printer was fast and easy, I pulled it out of the box and plugged it in hooked up to my wifi network in less than 15 minutes. I added paper to the tray and from my phone sent a few files to print. I love the fact that I can print things from work or while I am out shopping. If I find a good recipe while I am out I can email it to my printer and have it printed for when I get home. I like that HP has an instant ink subscription that will have the ink to your door before you run out of ink and have to leave your house. Lastly I love the addition of Google assistant to give you voice activated printing, touching a screen to print is so last year, I need voice activation for everything I do.

We purchased 9 printers for our office. Our printing is just average everyday printing.
The printers are very nice but really do go thru alot of ink. The downloadable app is ok, but you just cannot personalize it like you could with the older printers software. Overall it is a good Printer and we will purchase another if needed in our office. HP is the only desk printers that we will buy. They are very dependable.

after I figured out the instructions I'm 73 yrs old and not that computer savey athough since I have so many electronics but affter the directions I was able to get both computers hooked up to the printer and all is working well. Onl problem was Fedex whos's 2 day delivery lasted 5. but not HP"s fault

I was watching for a sale on HP printers because I was frustrated about the speed of my old printer. Such a relief not to wait for my scans and printing. Price was right within my budget and delivery was even free! It was a learning curve for ink placement, loading the paper and finding the pull out for print jobs to stack. I wanted to be cautious not to force anything. A bit more complicated than prior printers. I have been overly impressed with its performance especially for the price. It even came with a 300 page intro a month and several other bonus months of paid HP instant ink- which by the way is the best ink program since sliced bread! I will definitely continue to suggest HP as the printer and ink program to invest in when recommendation is an issue.

Good All-in-One Printer
I bought this as a replacement for an HP 6600 which gave years of good service until the ink sensor system came down with dementia. I expect this 8025 to give at least as long and quality service. So far so good; setup was easy and printing, scanning, and copying are quick and high quality. But, the paper tray configuration of the 8025 is inferior to that of the 6600 IMHO. I much prefer the open tray configuration of the 6600 which allowed one to see how much paper was left at a glance, rather than the closed drawer of the 8025 which prevents seeing the remaining paper and, to boot, does not easily nor smoothly slide open. Further, the 6600 catch tray (for wont of a technical name) accommodated many printed pages laid flat, whereas the catch tray of the 8205 is inferior (again IMHO) because it forces printed pages to curve upward, potentially resulting in a jam from pages slipping back into the printer when many are printed. Lastly I prefer the all black color scheme of the 6600 over the two-tone color of the 8205. Hopefully the 8205 will be a higher quality, longer lasting printer such that I forget these relatively minor dislikes over the long run.

It's okay
Was nothing wrong with my other HP Printer I had but because it was brought in 2014 HP felt it was necessary for me to by this one. Don't like the color. Works the same as my last printer nothing special. Printed 25 pages with the ink that was sent with computer and its running out already. Does it do what it says Yes don't loon for longevity.

the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 is almost perfect. I use a lot of doublesided printing and it works flawlessly! The printing quality is amazing. With school coming up, we've been printing a lot of forms with color and without, which both qualities are above exceptional. Direct printing through a smartphone or tablet is seamless and provides a great integration with the rest of my smart equipment. This printer provides a great experience with how easy it is to use either on the LCD screen or from a remote device. I have had no issues with connectivity. This printer will exceed your expectations!

I recently purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 -- it's super easy to install and configure. I love that the printer takes 110 lb. card stock -- the HP printer I had before this purchase could only print up to 100 lb. I used a satin finish/semi-gloss card stock recently for some tags and cards I designed -- the print quality was really nice.

It didn't work!
I was waiting for this printer to arrive. During setup, we received an error that there was a paper jam. We didn't even have paper in the printer. We contacted technical support and found that the ink carriage was not moving. We had to return the printer and are now waiting for a replacement. I have to now wait for the exchange to be processed and for the new printer to arrive. It's so frustrating!

When I called to get Fax & Scan set up the person I talked to didn't know what to do. We finally got cut off on the phone and I still haven't tried to send a fax yet. I don't know if it its set up correctly or not. Also it is very difficult to open the try to put more paper in. Sorry but I am not too happy with this printer.

I received my HP office jet pro 8025 7 days ago and have been trying to down the operating software ever since. I have spent more than 8 hrs on the computer with different Hp people trying to resolve the problem and have got someone not qualified to help, getting cut off, and not being able to help by not answering my questions. I have not had a problem with downloading other products.

I wish it was easier to figure out issues. We could get one or two pages to print and then blanks or grey scale so faint you couldn't read it.
Long story short, it was a defective black ink cartridge. Finally got thru to HP support on the phone. Had a lovely and patient tech who worked thru a variety of potential issues. I would never have guessed it was a defective black ink cartridge. The 3 other cartridges were fine.
Fortunately, I had purchased extra ink when I bought the printer. However, it appears it has mucked up the instant ink program. But, if I didn't have the extra cartridges, more days would have gone by before I had ink to diagnose the problem. A darned if I do and darned if I don't scenario.

Sure beats EPSON!!!
I bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 for my small insurance office and it has worked like a charm. It's so good, I bought it's little brother the 8025 for my assistant. I will never go back to Epson printers. It's night and day in comparison to ease of use, functionality, and intelligence of the printer/scanner/etc. Plus, with HP's new ink system I never have to worry about running out and not having replacement ready to go!

Easy to Set Up & Use Immediately!
After only 3 weeks of recovering from shoulder surgery, I was able to easily get this printer out of the box and hook it up. There's just one cord that plugs in the back of it and into the wall. Using the model number, I went online to download the software. I was able to print out my flight information for an upcoming trip. No sweat! The print job was crisp and clear. I also signed up for their ink program, so I never have to worry about running out of ink. As a teacher, I often run copies and print things at home. I don't want to wait for the copier at work. I highly recommend this printer for things you do at home or in your business!

Very easy to install and get started. App on phone and computer installed with no problems. Very user friendly and easy to use. Quality photo, document and pdf file prints. Scanning and faxing were just a breeze. Highly reccommend.

For the price it is a good printer.
I purchased this printer because my HP Officejet 8710 printer prematurely died. The cost of a replacement printhead was more than buying a new printer. So, I purchased this printer and it works fine.

Impossible to set up
I don't recommend this printer. In the past I haven't had trouble setting up my connection to my HP wireless printer, but this has been impossible and I'm unable to reach tech-support. Can't complete my work today.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 does it with new All in One
This new printer was great and easy to setup, I was able to do so without a manual. Yes I'm tech savvy but if I weren't I still could have. All the connectors were straight forward. We already had a laser jet by HP but wanted to try a new version that adds additional features like scanner and fax. I have had to search out a location to fax since it has become some what of a thing of the past, so it comes in handy once and a while. Scanning I was taking a picture of documents to send to myself but not any more. The printing is much faster than the laser printer so that's a great improvement. I'm pretty impressed by it and so is my wife who is a school teacher. She prints a lot for work. I recommend it and so does she. We even signed up for the super convenient ink service which just made sense.

Great printer
I enjoy this printer. It prints double sided and color printed pages pretty fast. Setup and use was simple and I enjoy the option of the instant ink. I of course signed up to try out the service and received my first batch of ink in less than two weeks from signing up. Accessing and adding the cartridges was simple. I had to use just a little force to put the last cartridge in but aside from that no problems. Connecting to my home wi-fi network was effortless. I am now able to print from my computer, tablet, and phone without too much work. I previously used an Epson All in one which this nice new printer has replaced. The interface is simple and uncomplicated. The only concern that I've had so far was with it going to sleep after initially setting it up. The printer made some odd beeps for about an hour in 15 minute intervals which alarmed me. That has since stopped. O love the overall look of this desk jet pro model. There is even a 35mm film slot for your negatives to print photos. No complicated attachments to print them. Hp covered the basic necessities with this printer while also making it an easy go to printer for my printing needs on a whim.

Good except for double sided copying
I thought I would be able to do double sided copying... like stick the papers in the top feeder and it would do dounel sided copies... but it does not have that option, you have to manually flip the pages over to make the copies. Disappointed. I assumed 2 sided copying meant 2 sided copying. Paper tray is hard to open... Otherwise we like the printer so far.

Another quality product
I’ve only had the printer a few days, but I can see several improvements from the last one I had. I have been happy with every HP printer I’ve ever owned. I use my printer for personal needs and some school projects for my students. It’s prints quality color prints and pictures. I don’t print a ton of pictures, so not sure how it would do if that is your focus, but for my needs it’s perfect. I also have HP Ink and I LOVE it. I save so much money and hassle with this program. Highly recommend it. Service help was very helpful when I called for help on my last printer. Reasonable prices and quality product, very happy customer!

I love my HP printer
I purchased 8025 printer online and had no idea what it looked like. I found the print to be very cheaply made. I was very unhappy with it and return it. I have always loved HP products in the past. I went to Best Buy and purchased a
HP Color Jet Pro MFP M281FDW printer and love it.

Just installed it today, wanted to install with Ethernet, and instructions were not really clear. I have used HP printers for many years, and each one I purchase seems to be made a little cheaper. The printer itself seems to be good quality, but the paper tray seems to be more flimsy. The print quality is very good.

Printing, copying, etc. work very well. But -- the paper tray is very difficult to open and close. It's so stiff that I was afraid to push it in at first for fear it would break. Needs to be re-designed. (They do not replace paper trays.)

Recently my printer's hardware went out (HP OfficeJet Pro 6960) and I had to purchase a new one - HP Officejet Pro 8025.) If I didn't love HP products so much, I would have been very annoyed. When I called HP for assistance, the service was genuine, the recommendations were honest (after my research) and the customer service rep (Amit) was very helpful. The shipping was free and I had my new printer within 2 days. However, my last printer did not last long; I was a little upset by this, but Amit explained the reason why which made a lot scents; and I do recollect how my last printer was delivered (not purchased thru HP) which would have caused damage.

Not what I thought I was going to get
I purchased the copier over the phone after my existing machine stopped working and the HP customer service person told me it couldn't be fixed. I was told the copier would do 8.5" x 14" copies, but when I got the machine I noticed that the glass plate is only 8.5" x 11" so it will be a very difficult process to run the larger copies (it's a 3 step process.)
Not happy about that.

Ugly machine, difficult to set up.
HP told me this model was the current equivalent of my previous HP All-In-One (the OfficeJet Pro 6978) which I liked very much, but it was pronounced dead after frustrating hours of tech support attempting to find the problem. So I bit the bullet and bought the 8025. I found it to be ugly (why the white casing?), the paper tray unmanageable, the setup instructions and software impossible. . . I returned it, and good riddance.

I've been in this program for some time now, and it is great! The computer keeps up with your ink supply, and HP automatically sends ink as it is needed. The cost is MUCH less than you'd pay at an office supply store, so start saving today!

This printer is wonderful! It looks great, functions beautifully and super easy to set-up. I didn’t give it 5 Stars because the paper tray is temperamental. You think it’s all set and you get a paper tray error. Pull the tray out, put it back in and it is OK.

I received my printer and was able to set it up successfully, then it wouldn't work on my network and I had to use a printer cable to connect to it. It seems to be working fine now. I would rather be able to use the WI-FI connection.

Small printer with great features
This printer is a really small, but with lots of features. I really don't have lot of space in my office, so this printer fits perfectly. I plugged into my computer (Windows 10) and it detected and installed the required drivers automatically. I could printed few pages in no time, and I can tell you, the print quality is excellent, and its very quiet when printing. I was also able to connect to my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S10) and print a document from my phone directly, isn't that cool. The printer came with few cartridges. I scanned few 4x6 postcard photos, and OMG, the scanned photos look better than the original printed photo. I have been looking for a good scanner to convert all my old 4x6 photos to digital, and this is it. I know what I am doing this weekend. And, btw, unlike my old scanner, this doesn't take lot of time, it took may be 1.5 seconds to scan a photo, which is fairly quick. I have yet to try other features, but I am already blown away by this printer. I will continue to explore and update the review. So far, my favorite feature is mobile printing.

My experience with the Pro 8025
Hi I decided that is gonna be more productive if I do my review as I unbox. So the first thing I notice maybe it`s because I`m doing a review there was no power cord in the box luckily I have one around the house. I downloaded the app very smoothly on my iPad Pro and is automatically pointing me to set up the printer, it`s also prompted me to automatically log into my home Wi-Fi network. It quickly signed me into my network and allowed me to skip the registration which I`m not really interested in doing. I`m going to load the ink I`ll be right back to tell you how easy or not that was.So I was able to load the ink in the paper pretty smoothly those individual cartridges are a bit annoying but I was able to get the printer is set up now I`m about to try to print.I love the WiFi feature and I was able a print some very crisp photos from my gallery. The ease of it and the print quality prompted me to print a photo on glossy paper, superb!I printed about 5 pages of text, I love the speed. The scan feature allowed a quick copy of an old photo. Overall the setup and use took 15 just minutes and the printer works great.As a home user I feel it`s too big. My space is limited but this equipment would work great in an office environment. It quiet, quick and multi useful. 1. What does the product do well?The print quality is excellent.2. What is your favorite feature?The quick out of box setup.3. Low on ink and didn't notify
I really like this printer, the color quality is good. Some of the parts of the actual printer feel a little flimsy but everything works. My only problem is that while printing, I noticed the black started having some smears . It was most obvious where black was supposed to be solid. I printed again and finally after that it said it was low on black. Hopefully it's just because it's new? Other than that, I'm happy with it.

Pretty easy setup
Nicely packed, loved the little ‘remove me’ flags for packing materials. Setup was a breeze until I hit the ‘hp123’ part. Printer works from Mac and home screen, scanner works only from Mac. Still fiddling with it.

An extended warranty is must!
My first HP printer died a couple of months past it's one year warranty - a leaking HP cartridge damaged the print head. I was hesitant to buy another HP but the price of a new printer plus extended warranty has given me comfort that any issues will quickly be taken care of.

Not good for writing checks, you have to complexly remove the paper drawer to put the checks in. My 6600 you could just lift the flap & slide the checks in.

it Jams paper a lot, and opening the cover to get the jamed papers out is not user friendly, you have to guess where to push what to do at the beginning, even after the video on its screen. And the material feels cheap, not like my earlier printer OfficeJet 8600. so far not too happy, I hope my feelings will change later on

First of all, sometimes setting up technology can intimidate me! I hate to admit it but, I always worry I am going to mess something up either with the machine or the wifi. Now, if all set ups were this straight forward and easy, I could be an IT support tech! The steps for the actual printer were step by step and dummy proof! Then the hook up to the wifi went like clockwork! Hurray!The printing quality is FABULOUS!! I Every copy is clean, straight and completely easy to read. Colors are the exact of what they should be, plus no smudging. I can print copies of X-rays, letters, or any additional required forms. My favorite attribute is that I can print from my phone or my lap top any where in the office. The printing is quick and easy to assign from any of the locations throughout the office. This is a wonderful addition to our office!

My old HP printer gave a fatal printhead error. It was several years old and well out of warranty. HP couldn't fix it but gave me a discount on this new one that had all the same features, plus free shipping. I also got setup with the Instant Ink program. Fantastic idea. We'll see how it works when I start to run low on ink later on.

My new business partner....exceptional printer
I received the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer and couldn`t wait to set it up. Setting it up was very simple. Within 7 minutes I was printing documents from my phone. The quality exceeds my expectations. I really like the tilting display screen. It`s very user friendly and allows you to view the screen at several angles. The display is very easy to read and to navigate. The print quality is superb. I didn`t realize how bad my other printer was until I saw the pages come out. They are so crisp it looks like a professional print.I am a small business owner as well as a college teacher. The smart tasks you can add with a simple touch are exactly what I need. Repetitive tasks now take one click! Time is a big factor in both of my professions. I can now spend a lot less time on admin tasks. I can`t emphasize the efficiency this printer exemplifies. The first week it proved itself and I was able to cut my admin tasks by well over 4-5 hours weekly. Time is money. I love the thought of having an extra 20+ hours a month to work my small business. My new motto is "behind every small business owner is a printer that can help with mundane tasks or sales sheets all the way to brochures, presentations, etc."I use Dropbox exclusively for my teaching job. The printer has solved some of my issues right off the bat. I`m looking forward to the Fall to see how much of an impact it will be for the online classes I teach.Our old printer was also an HP. I can`t believe the differences. This one is so refreshing. Some of the things I like are: -I can easily print from my phone or laptop.-The apps on the front display are so easy to navigate.-I absolutely love being able to print a photo directly from facebook!! -The printer has its own email address.-The scanner is phenomenal. You can scan and fax, scan and print, scan and convert to a PDF, even scan to cloud!-It is a lot smaller and quieter than our old printer. It has a very sleek, modern design. Thus far, I haven`t found any bells and whistles it doesn`t have or that I would want to add. It`s an overall exceptional HP Printer. I look forward to using it for many years. I recently purchase this printer and I am very pleased. He was packed well, easy to set up and works very well. I like the individual color ink tanks. The cost per page is much lower for this printer than those that use Tri-color ink tanks. At $99.00 this printer is a terrific buy. One word of caution - don't buy extra ink tanks with the printer if you plan on signing up for HP's Instant Ink program. You can save about 50% on ink by signing up.

Solid printer, lots of features!
I am very impressed with this printer! Past experiences with ANY printer I have had was quite a tedious process, getting it up and ready took an hour minimum. After that, they were off and on with wireless printing, sometimes it worked, more often than not it didn't and required tinkering with to get it to print. This printer however, is NONE of that! I am blown away with how easy it was to set up! I think it took less than ten minutes from the time it was unboxed and placed in the home office to be up and ready to print. It was a breath of fresh air, kind of like a 'plug 'n play' experieince. I love the touchscreen, it is responsive and quick to do so. As for the wireless printing, bringing the printer online was part of the initial under ten minute unboxing and running. The printer prints at a speed that is pretty average for a printer (black ink), and the print quality is outstanding; letters are dark and crisp. I have not had occasion to print a color picture out howver I am certain it will be fantastic. As I said above, this printer is a steal for the price, and is a printer you will not regret buying!

I am relatively happy with my Printer, and I've been using it about 3 weeks. The print quality is excellent as expected, and all functions are working. Print time is quick, copy quality excellent. I am also an instant ink user. The printer is connected to ethernet since my router is located nearby. However, there are a couple of annoyances: small "squeak" that is emanating from the paper feed mechanism, and the display is always on--it is set to go to "sleep" after 5 minutes of non-use, but it doesn't seem to do that. (The display did go out after 5 minutes of non use when I first set it up). I have not yet contacted support for assistance.

Miss my old printer. I should have stuck with it
I had a 7520 and used it for home office and photos. The ink was out and kept drying up on me too fast so i decided to get a new printer. I bought this one because it seemed to have everything. It doesn't have a separate photo paper drawer which was so convenient. I haven't even printed a single photo because I have no idea how to! Not what i wanted. May try to return it.

I have had this printer just over a month and have been very disappointed. It has trouble staying connected to wifi, the paper tray is flimsy and it often sends the paper through crooked or prints on more than one sheet at a time, it runs out of ink way too fast and the color is terrible quality when the ink gets low. And the instant ink is not so instant.

I have to play with trouble-shooting and all kinds of tricks to get the printer active again so I can print through my wireless network. It's frustrating and time-consuming, and often the trouble-shooter doesn't fix the problem, so I have to turn everything off and on, try to print a status sheet, use the scanner or copier, or other tricks to wake it up so it will print what is in the queue.

I bought this printer a few weeks ago and it was shipped to me without a hitch. I like the new printer. It prints double sided which cuts down on the paper I use and I am trying the new ink feature where you pay a monthly fee and they send you ink.

From off to power on???
This thing seems made very cheap. It is very slow when the power button is pushed, from powered off, to able to print. It goes through this "checking the printer phase " that takes, it seem , 30 seconds. That part of it is bad. I have a Brother MFC-J5830DW that is almost instant on when the power button is pushed.

Another great product from HP. It was very easy to set up and the colors print out the way original drawings look. The one thing that could be improved on is the drawer for the paper. Just seems a little flimsy. All in all it is a great printer for the price.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.My old printer has been chugging along for several years now, and I never felt the need to upgrade. The OfficeJet Pro 8025 did a great job of showing me the strides made in my years since shopping for a printer. Setup: Upon unpacking the printer, I was a little concerned at the lack of printed materials that came with the printer. A sheet displayed the instructions on how to download the `HP Smart` App. Once the app downloaded, I was walked through the setup instructions step by step. When I couldn`t figure out where think it was supposed to go, an animated video displayed how to lift up the scanning surface in tandum with the print feeder in tandem to uncover the print cartridge holder. Use: The ease of use from an iPhone was incredible. If connected to your wifi, you can print pictures and documents almost instantaneously. If your phone is only connected to data, the app needs only a minute to identify your printers status and you`re good to go. The app also gives you an estimation on your ink status by color. The ability to scan from your smartphone to cloud storage accounts and email is a nice touch, and sure to cutdown on the number of apps needed to run a home based business. These features are intuitive and relatively easy to use.Print Quality: To be honest, I`m not overly impressed with the print quality. I certainly wouldn`t want to print photos with this printer, and I`d probably still stop by a kinkos for a professional document or presentation. For reports or other common documents, it`s plenty capable.

Over the past ten years, I have owned two HP Printers. One was a copy, fax and printer which really was nice when I was a Pre-K teacher. The next one I upgraded to get Wi-Fi, it was a scanner and printer. I loved both of my printers so much. When I saw this campaign I was so excited. This printer is a combination of my other two printers. HP has always been my favorite brand and I'm never disappointed with the quality of the product. This printer is the all in one and I'm so happy with this printer.
One complaint I have is, common with all my printers is the ink. The price for the ink with each one has been a big increase.

I received the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer for free. I was excited to try the product since I have had many printers in the past that met certain needs but failed to meet others. Overall this printer has exceeded expectations in the following areas: 1. Ease of assembly- aside from inserting the ink and paper this printer is ready to go out the box. The use manual provides clear instructions.2. Accessibility- the app is easy to access and enhances your ability to print from multiple locations. It also simplifies the printing process. 3. Quick summary: This is a great product after you complete the set up process and have it working correctly.SET UP: I had several issue with the set up of this printer, although it initially seemed quite simple. I began , as instructed, by going to the web site indicated on the enclosed material, only to be given an error message that my operating system was not recognized on my i-phone. At that point, I went to the same website on my Mac, and thought I had completed the steps correctly. I went thru the on line registration steps and downloaded drivers. Unpacking and basic following the diagrams was fairly simple, till I began getting an error code indicating that I had not installed the ink cartridges correctly. After solving that problem, things seemed to go smoothly. The printer recognized the wifi network and password, and the computer said it was communicating with the printer. It printed the test page and the "alignment page" without difficulty. The "instructions" enclosed with the printer are all in diagram form with no words, so sometimes they are a little confusing; some of the pictures do not look like THIS printer. After you set your preferred language, there are some verbal instructions on the printer itself. They tell you what is wrong, but not how to fix it. In truth, the instructions could have been better. Then I tried to print a document and nothing happened.The computer gave me a code for a different printer series. I tried a few things, then called HP Customer Support where a very nice gentleman tried to talk me thru it and ultimately asked me what version of Windows I was running. It`s a Mac. At that point he said that he should have started with that question and transferred me to their Mac department. Set up took a total of 3 hours, about 30 minutes of which involved the Mac department of HP taking control of my computer and doing it for me. Bottom line--it is working. Underlying reasoning--I`m confused, it looked like the whole process would have been easy from the beginning. It seemed very automatic. In fairness, this is a newly released printer and the software may not have been set up for it yet. The problem was NOT in the printer itself, but rather in the set up of communications between computer, cell phone, and printer. If all you wanted to do was to wire the printer to a computer thru a USB, you could eliminate nearly all the set up time, but you`d lose most of the amazing features. There are instructions for doing a wired installation. OPERATION: This machine is amazing. It is a "all in one" printer, scanner, copier, fax that does color and black and white. Like all desk jets, it is a little slow if compared to laser printers, but the quality is excellent. There are no lines thru the documents and the copies come out dry. There is no time lag between sending a document from my computer or phone and the start of printing. The scan and fax features are easy to use and work well. I can use their software on my phone to scan a document (now that we got that loaded correctly). It will automatically straighten out the document as cell phone photos are never perfect and I can send it to the printer with print instructions...so when I get home, it is already printed. I can scan a document on the printer and send it to my computer or cell phone. It is very easy to use, no matter which mode I`m in. During the installation process, the computer is assigned an e-mail address which you can then change to something you`ll remember. The document transfers work thru this address. The touch screen on the front of the printer allows you to change printer mode easily. It comes with a standard size cartridge of each colored ink and a 1/3 size cartridge of black, although there is space for a full size black cartridge. That means that the enclosed ink will likely not last long, but the printer includes an offer of 2 months of free ink for up to 300 pages each.

I bought this a month ago after my older HP Printers both died. I had been wanting a wireless printer but it was on the "hold" list until necessity required a purchase. At first, I was going through Amazon, but after trying to do some research on compatability with Mac products, decided to contact HP directly. The representative I spoke with was very helpful, insuring me that this would work with Airplay (we have 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, and a MacBook pro laptop). She also suggested I purchase the extended warranty for 3 years after the HP 1 year warranty expired. I usually do not purchase extended warranties, but decided to do so with this purchase just in case - decided an extra $12/year was worthwhile. It took awhile for me to figure out how to get airplay working, but it was really simple once I determined it was not necessary to login to HPSmart app to set up on my Mac devices. I"m still learning, but so far I love how I can print from remote locations, and just scanned my first document today. Again, very happy with my HP Printers over the last 20 years for my home use.

This is probably the worst printer I have owned. It is super slow, every time you come to print it does this non-sense system maintenance that takes 5-10 minutes. It is a very inconvenient printer.

Beats my expectations
For the price I paid, I did not expect this printer to be so good. I was looking for an OK printer just to print my daily stuff, what a surprise! it has not failed me yet compared to a much more expensive one I bought last year.

As a homeschooling mom of 5, I used the excuse that I live a couple blocks away from a library and go there often enough to never have to own a printer, myself. In our covid-19 lockdown I finally made a printer purchase and signed up for HP instant ink and can't believe I ever did without! The printer was so easy to set up and is so easy to print from any device connected to my Wi-Fi. The $5/month subscription plan is perfect for my family's needs, as I am pretty sure I was spending at least $5 per month 1 copies and prints at the library and getting less than 100 pages. We are only one month into using the printer but it has been a great experience so far!

HP OfficeJet PRO 8020 is organizing my life!
I purchased a HP OfficeJet PRO 8020 all in one printer at a discount for my honest opinion and review. I hadn’t purchased a new printer in many years and am now being introduced to HP Easy Setup. It really was easy to set up and I was printing pages in no more than 5 minutes. Having the 3 in one (my first time owning something like this) is so handy that you don’t know how you actually lived without it!

Great printer for small office
I'm a speech therapist at a school and often need a quick copy and since our copier is in the office on the first floor and I'm located on the 2nd floor I thought this copier would be worth a try. I have to say it does work out great now that it's working. It was very easy to set up but for some reason the first three days it kept cutting in and out; however, that could have been due to the schools internet service. I have used it now for over a week and it's been working great. I love the big screen and love how it prints. I also love how it fits so nicely on my file cabinet in my room. I no longer have to run downstairs or get someone to watch my students. I also love the scan feature. It works awesome. I honestly have not used the fax option so I can't report on that but I would imagine it works just as well. Another awesome feature is the mobile print option. I absolutely love how easy that works. This printer has already saved me so much time. I joined the ink program also so I no longer have to worry about having to run out of ink because I have already received ink and I have it waiting in my desk drawer for when I need it. I highly recommend this printer to anyone thinking about investing in a small office/home printer.

Defective

Have had it 3 weeks and STILL NOT PRINTING
Do not know where my review went but is GONE! Printer is awful--have yet to get a single thing printed! Have had 2 printer trays. Tech people could not explain how to set tray for 8 1/2 x 11 paper-- had to take tray to Best Buy where salesman showed me how to set. Me and a friend who is a tech person tried to print and neither of us could get anything but JAMMED paper! It was presented as replace for HP Ink Jet Pro 8610 but this HP Ink Jet Pro 2510 is lightweight plastic and NOTHING LIKE my previous printer which worked great for about 8 years!!! Have had this printer for one month. Had some technical issues with Instant Ink that appear to have been resolved. Printer is NOT as user friendly as the printer it replaced...e.g. no lit up icons on home page to click on. More difficult to click on tiny icons for various options (e.g. check ink status).

Having my 8600 Officejet die after 8 yrs in the middle of printing correspondence, the technical person steered me to the 8025. It is smaller, same functionality, but it seems very cheap in its construction, and the paper tray does not remove, or adjust to the paper size. Putting the ink cartridges in was easy once I figured out how to open the top of the printer to access the carrier. Overall, the printer is adequate. It prints like it's predecessor, and takes up less desk top space. Let's see if it will last as long as the one it replaced.

The 8025 paper tray is ill-fitting and cumbersome to use. The speed is slower and noisier than one would expect. As many years as HP has been a leader why not just put out best of breed capability?

worst printer HP made
bought this printer 1 1/2 months ago I wish I could return it. It jams constantly especially if its not letter. it go throughs ink and paper from the jamming. Its cheap plastic, lightweight garbage. Stay far away from this HP. I always bought HP printers, but after this model I will never buy another HP printer if this an example of what HP is doing now with printers.

Slowest Printer Ever
I bought this printer around the end of February beginning of March and I have to say it is the slowest printer I’ve ever had the displeasure of owning. It uses a ridiculous amount of ink, is loud, and I often have to power it down to get the touch screen unfrozen. Please don’t be fooled by the price tag - this is not a good value or a good deal and I regret ever buying it. I miss my Brother laser jet.

Printer keeps going offline
I've had two different techs try to fix this printer - may have to send it back and begin again because it keeps going off line and not only won't it print but I lose the HP Smart tasks. The only fix seems to be do unplug my modem for a few seconds and turn off the printer - then when both restart, I'll be able to print for a while, etc., but never for a whole day, etc.

A Printer that Works
My previous HP printer lost some of its processing ability and I replaced it with this one since the deal was good. This printer seems to have the same abilities as the previous one (as far as I can tell) so I should be able to do what I was able to do before. It serves my rather small needs and it prints the volume stuff that my wife needs and looks like it is a steady performer, which is what we most need. I think the printer is slower than similar printers but my wife doesn't think so. She is the one who needs the volume of output so I am glad she doesn't think it is slow. The printer is probably worth what its list price is and is almost certainly worth the discounted price I got when I called to ask for tech help on my previous printer.

Worst Scanning features ever!
I have purchased several HP All-In-One printers over the years, however this one (HP Officejet Pro 8025) is NOT a Pro by any means. I scan a lot of photos for ancestry work. The scanner option on this printer does NOT allow for cropping when scanning. This means I have to scan each and every photo no matter what the size separately. This will make my work extremely more time consuming and difficult. I used to be able to scan several photos at a time crop each out individually and save them with there own file name. This printer only allows us to scan individual photos or if I scan several at a time they will all end up being on one page, then a lengthy process of separating them and renaming each with another file name. This has turned back progress on the scanning function on the HP Printers... this is very sad indeed!

Nice All in One Printer
I've only had this printer for a couple of weeks but I am pleased with it so far. It was very easy to set up and get it running, the print quality is good and I appreciate the double sided print feature, which I didn't have with my old printer. I've always done well with HP products and I expect this to continue the tradition.

I LOVE my new HP printer, I only wish that the cost of it would have included the cord incase I am unable to network it to my computer. I took it to work with me (I am a teacher and I am not given my own printer so I purchased one) and they cannotbgivd me the network information to connect my school computer to the printer so I had to go buy a cord at walmart.

Working on my master's degree, so obviously, printing is important. My Officejet 6978 finally died after 5 years. I will say, HP does not improve next-generation printers performance. Printing speed is way slowed down with this product. I use to print research articles (in color) in seconds, this machine requires minutes. Huge disappointment of a printer. It recommends 800page minimum use per month, the sad thing is you would wait an entire month to print 800 pages. I truly feel you will be sorely disappointed if you are changing from an older higher-quality product by HP to this machine.

BEEN AN HP PROPONENT FOR YEARS BUT NO MORE. HAVING GONE THROUGH TWO OF THESE IN JUST OVER A YEAR WITH STREAKS THROUGH ANY IMAGE IT PRINTS EVEN AFTER REPEATED HEAD CLEANINGS, I'M DONE. PUT THE PRINTHEAD BACK IN THE CARTRIDGE OR MAKE ONE THAT DOESN'T PLUG UP! CONNECTIVITY IS OFTEN MORE THAN A CHALLENGE AS WELL.

I had the Pro 8600 prior to this printer and it was so much better. It was sturdy, had excellent features compared to the 8025. I am very disappointed in this printer. It feels cheap and does not perform well.

I have always purchased HP printers. On the one occasion I didn't I was very disappointed so I purchased the Officejet Pro 8025. This is the worst HP printer I have ever owned, the paper jams easily when more than one page prints, and it's not consistent, it doesn't matter what app I use. When printing labels they are off, so the contents of the label are skewy wiff! Last but not least, the paper tray has always been difficult to load and unload, and it's never obvious if the paper is lined up correctly in the tray! Very disappointed.

Poor print quality
After using the printer for a year or two I noticed severe streaking on graphics. I tried cleaning the head and replacing cartridges and it hasn't helped. I can now only use the printer for text.

Good printer
I received my printer today, easy setup, didn't have to do much, once connected to the internet, HP did everything. This was a replacement to my 8635 which was a very good printer and functioned very well, unfortunately the printhead malfunctioned. The only thing I am not happy about is the material but for the price, I guess it's okay. Ir will grow on me.t.

Device works great. However ordering replacement ink cartridges fro hpshopping has proven to be a challenge - you need to order ink well before you need it because the chartridges may be out of stock - I’ve never experienced this with other hp printing devices that live owned in the past.

Cyan stopped working in less than a year
We've owned this printer less than a year. After the first cartridge pack replace after about 5 months of use, the cyan suddenly quit. No amount of print head cleaning will fix it. I hate that I paid money for this one use throw-away garbage.

STAY AWAY, this thing is not good
We decided to get a new printer to replace an old one and we got this one, but it has only been about a year since we got it and it is already unusable. For one, a few months ago the scanner completely broke, nothing we can do will solve it and it is just permanently dead after very little use, and add to that the printer has to update constantly and would need to run diagnostics which just wastes ink, also about one in four times we added ink to it even though it is the exact kind it needs it rejects it and we have to buy more, overall it only worked passably for the first few months and we eventually just started using our old one even though it isn't supported by HP software anymore, and this week the new one we tried to reset it and now it is completely stuck in a state of trying to reset to factory settings, and nothing we try will make it go back to normal. Do not get this printer.

Multiple error messages, paper jams
I bought this printer a year and a half ago, we have multiple HP Printers at my work. For the last 3 months it rarely works, multiple and I mean multiple error messages and blue blinking screen. I have tried all of the trouble shooting nothing works. I will never buy this model again and would not recommend it at all.

Worst Printer Ever!!!!!
I bought this printer in Oct 2020, and it starting to have problems after 2 months of use (I only used it to print my homework), then the ink was on backorder, could not buy it anywhere else. I had to stop using it for months until I was able to buy the ink for it. Then another problem came, it keep getting blackout and I have to restart every time. Then I reset back to factory settings, that problem is fixed, but another problem came. The cyan ink cannot be printed, even though I changed to a new ink cartridge. I have to reset again, and now the scanner won't work. It just too many problems.

Under no circumstances should you buy this printer
I have used HP printers for over 20 years and generally been happy with the results. I had to replace an old OfficeJet and chose this one primarily on price, as I needed few features just scanning and light printing. Ink cartridges are small and very difficult to install, paper jams are very hard to clear, loading paper could not be more difficult. Overall poor design, HP stop using a different cartridge for every printer, be consistent. Use the same cartridge for multiple printers for a change.

I have had this printer for a while and only used it for fairly simple documents. I am trying to print some pages with pictures on them. These pages have a lot of white space, so this is not a huge requirement. If I print in normal mode, the pictures are fuzzy. So I tried max DPI and not it stops mid-page and won't finish printing. This has happened 3 times in a row with different pages. Unacceptable!

Very Good printer but some issues with the Scan
I have had a number of issues with scanning and had to use the HP Doctor a number of times. Over a period of 3 weeks, there were 4 instances when using "scan to computer" I was not given the option to create a PDF file. I did download all the software HP recommended and still the issue resurfaced. Since last weekend it has worked fine so I'm hoping it's resolved.

Why buy a product you can’t use?!
I bought a product with very entry level ink quantity as it’s obvious that’s where they make their money. Yet you can’t buy ink anywhere because there is no supply. I might be taking back this product to staples as it’s just collecting dust and can’t use it.

problem after problem
I was very happy with my HP6700 so when needed bought another HP product. Set up was problematic, no explanation for signing up for certain features, (is it needed for function) had to use the HP Dr. to get it to work. Two weeks of use and 5 issues requiring help. Now the printer is refusing to work unless I sign up for the insta ink program. The kicker is I am already enrolled and have installed the insta ink cartridges. No help from my local Staples where I bought it.

Great Printer
Had to replace my +8 year old HP and picked up the 8025. The printer itself is great, it prints, scans, faxes; by itself its superb. Installing it and using the HP Smart software on the other hand has been the bane of my existence for the past 3-weeks. For the life of me i cannot get it to install correctly, I've installed and uninstalled, by the book, the manual way, made firewall exceptions and allowances, used that HP Dr thing, entered IPs and Passwords digit by digit. AND IT STILL WONT COMPLETELY WORK. I've had to find workarounds to do things, lucky the printer itself has them! I can scan and send straight to my email, or print directly from my email using eprint. I've even tried the simplest thing, using a printer cable, the software doesn't recognize it despite my computer seeing it. HELP!
