Rated 5 out of 5 byJStrong from Good machine, wireless needs help!Very solid machine. It did not come with a cord to connect to computer manually, which made for a nightmare initial setup. Setting up the wireless should be very easy but it was overly complicated, and also did not work 100%. It always showed the printer as offline even though it was connected exactly how it was supposed to be.Once I bought a separate cord to connect manually it has been great.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTycho from So far so good...This is the best printer I’ve had. As always there are a few things that are different but the overall pluses outweigh the minuses. Only found out today that it’s difficult to switch from two-sided to single sided printing in landscape format. Copies great and color printing is exceptional. Don’t use the fax so that’s an unknown.

This was the fastest delivery ever - and i purchase many items online from all over the world for my business. This model is truly a business workhorse - it would be amazing in a home office as well. Come to think of it And the ease of use for middle school through graduate students makes it a dream for any home and the price is the best i have seen for all these features. Quality . . . Ease of setup and use . . . but most important the price AND the call from CDW after setup checking in to see if I was happy. Meant the world to me....
