Is a great product so far. Had to run all updates and then go to HP and install all new drivers to get a Bluetooth headset to work properly.
My wife likes it over her Dell.

Not able to setup. Won't take my info
It does not like anything I put in to get it started. Have not been able to use it because of this. It will have to go to a computer shop to see how to get it started. Newer should be easier but my 6yr. old one was much easier.

Power Save Sleep Settings Do Not Work
The power-save sleep settings do not work. The computer sleeps randomly and then can only be awakened by pressing the power button several times. A Restart for any reason puts the computer to sleep IMMEDIATELY. It does not return to operation. It acts as if a Restart is a Shutdown. We have all devices in Device Manager set to NOT shutoff to save power. We set Keyboard and Mouse to awake computer, but it does not work. The only method to awaken the computer is the Power Button.

WORSE COMPUTER EVER MADE
Got this as a school laptop for coding , worse piece of laptop ever made. All does is freeze up , redid windows on it twice. As software developer will never buy a HP again , ill go back to my lenovo thinking mini never had issues with it. I want bigger screen , was told by a few developer it good laptop. Well this laptop isjunk , HP really has let them self go over the years.
