Great Features - However......
One of the selling points I used to purchase this Chromebook was a "backlit" keyboard as noted in the specifications. I started a chat twice, and called once, in order to confirm this Chromebook came with that feature. I was told by the sales persons that it "for sure" had that feature. Ordered it. Shipping took about 2 days, during Christmas week...Awesome.. Wrapped it, waited a few days. Opened it for Christmas. It does NOT HAVE A BACKLIT KEYBOARD. Grrrrrrr. Very frustrating. Otherwise, this thing rocks and is a very awesome mini powerhouse. Must add Zoom from the Google Web Store, as it will say the Zoom App on Playstore is not compatible with this Device. Once you add a Micro SD card, the book will start telling you to remove the card correctly, and SD card detected. Once you shut off those File App notifications, you can cruise like a big boy.

Nice Chromebook, bad HP Shopping description
Called Once, and chatted twice to confirm this Chromebook had a backlit keyboard. Was told during every discussion that it did "for sure". Ordered it for Christmas. Came in 2 days...during the rush.....fantastic shipping. Opened it on Christmas day. It DOES NOT have a back lit keyboard. HP needs to update the description to accurately describe their products. People actually look at the specifications before ordering, and use that info. to decide. Other than that, I like the Chromebook a lot. It has everything else I wanted. Too bad I'll probably be returning it and buying the Lenovo Flex 5 from Costco for the same price. The Flex has 128gb of storage, AND A BACKLIT KEYBOARD.
