IBM Business Critical Service - extended service agreement - for IBM DataPower Gateway X3 Appliance with HSM Card

Under the Business Critical service upgrade option, when you contact IBM for support and IBM determines that onsite support is necessary, IBM will target to be onsite within 4 hours, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This target is measured from the time onsite hardware support is deemed necessary. IBM will contact your representative to arrange for the onsite visit.
