Rated 5 out of 5 byJames H from nullThe sound quality is great. It is easy to use and manage. The areas of improvement would be the earbud fit. I find the earbuds do not fit as well as I would like. I would also extend the cord attaching the power port cover. The cover tends to get in the way during charging.

It paired with my Galaxy S6 (sound was nice), but my Kindle Fire and laptop with Windows 10 couldn't find it. I went on the Jabra site and found that it was not compatible with Kindle Fire. I wrote Support to ask if they had any recommendations and never heard from them. I returned Halo Smart to Amazon and bought a different brand, which paired to the phone and Kindle Fire, but not laptop. Their support offered a couple suggestions on trying to pair to the laptop. They didn't work and they offered a partial refund. Be specific in your advertising. Don't say tablets if it doesn't work with all tablets.
