The Jabra Engage 75 Mono Headset is a wireless headset designed for use even when away from the office desk. It has a maximum operating distance of 492 ft. with up to 13 hours battery life. The headset features an advanced noise-canceling microphone to make clear calls. It comes with an integrated busylight for ease of use. Intuitive controls on the headset let users easily answer and end calls, and mute and adjust volume.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThe headset works well for desk phone and cell phone via bluetooth. Unfortunately it does not work with my AT&T Deskphone (Model ML17929) as there is such an echo it is unusable. A phone call with Jabra support was no use. The response from the engineer was "We are aware of the issue and working on a resolution." They could not offer me a brand of phone or model that would work well with my headset. I've chatted or spoke with support four times and asked for a recommendation. I am willing to buy a new phone to make this work but they cannot even offer a recommendation. I have now spent over $500 for the headset, lifter, panasonic adapter and cannot use the headset in its primary function, the desk phone. I will say it is beautiful in design and makes a very pretty desk ornament.

I love the dual headset its helps me hear better and it connects to my cell, my skype meetings, my cell phone all while providing superior sound quality on each device. If you are looking for an overall telephony experience this is well worth the investment!

I have tried reshaping the hook several different ways, but it pinches my ear.The volume is not very loud, I have to have it on 100 in order to hear anything, versus only 25 with standard earphones.Callers said the reception on their end is clear and loud enough to hear.I like having a handsfree option so that I can type or move about the office while on a phone call.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThe Engage 75 works well with the Cisco Jabber for Windows application on my laptop. The base station has a display that shows a call coming in from "softphone" and also rings along with the call. The sound is crystal clear, and has noise cancellation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullIt will connect to BT with my phone, and will work for 5-6 min then all of a sudden it cuts out and says over and over 'Out of Range'. I've disconnected the call through my phone, I've disconnected the call through the headset mount directly, nothing stops the repeat of the 'Out of Range' announcement. Each time I have had to disconnect it from the wall all together. So super frustrating. I'm back to using my cell phone on speaker for work conference calls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThis is a great product. I love that I can use this for my desktop phone and also with Skype. It's nice only having one headset to meet all my needs. Set up is a little confusing and took a little trial and error, but was able to figure it out and get set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullI chose the rating because of the amount of time it took to set the headset up. This headset is certainly not plug and play. Even after spending over an hour setting it up on the app, I had to tweak several sound settings. On top of this the headset came to me with a defective battery which I am still waiting to hear back on my replacement after Jabra received the bad unit last Friday.
