KACE Knowledge Transfer - consulting - 1 hour

The KACE Knowledge Transfer is a service that refers to sharing or disseminating of knowledge and providing inputs to problem solving. It is a remote knowledge transfer with an expert directly connected to the attendee via screen-sharing tools such as WebEx. The instructor-led knowledge transfer is conducted on the attendee environment, by the attendee, with the guidance from the KACE expert. The number of hours guided by the expert are determined based on the customer’s learning goals and the number of topics selected.
