Trash - don’t bother!
Trash - don’t bother! It won’t hold a basic monitor, comes with zero instructions and support is in…India! I won’t ever buy anything by Kensington again!!

Excellent well constructed dual monitor arm
I really like the Kensington dual monitor arm. I was looking for arms that would support quick switching from horizontal to portrait with ease And this arms do that with ease. It comes with an Allen wrench to adjust the tension and all the setup and installation for very straight forward and easy. Overall, this has been a great product and I will highly recommend it to everyone.

Doesn't work like you would think
It only works in 2 positions all the up and all the way down. I have really thin light Dell 24 in monitors and it cant stay in any position in between, it slowly just collapses. Doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the up/down gas shock either. Also the instructions are terrible.
